I came in for oil and filter change. On way there I was aware of a tire problem. Both items were cared for in a reasonable amount of time. I have been coming to Bredemann over 20 yrs. Everyone is always so nice to me. I will never take my car any where else.

I bought my vehicle from Bredeman Chevrolet in 2016 brand new. I most likely will never deal with them again after my last experience with them. I brought truck in for oil change and tire rotation I asked service manager to look into a very loud vibration noise. His instant response was that I had put on “Knobby” tires and that was the reason. I said Alex, it’s not the tires they are A/T tires built for road and off road. He proceeded to argue with me. I then called back a week later while still under warranty and said Alex it’s really bad and I need an appointment. He said, Jon I won’t book the appointment until you change your tires. I said Alex I’m not changing the tires and book the appointment. Once again he refused another 2 weeks goes by after I take a road trip to Iowa and absolutely everything in the truck was vibrating at higher speeds. My poor daughter in the back seat was covering her ears. After that, I called the dealership once again to book an appointment and went around Alex until the day came to bring it in. I called in advance to speak to Alex to make sure they would have a loaner for me, he then started an argument with me once again over the phone and I got mad this time and told him I didn’t care what he said that I thought it was the drive shaft or something major as I had said all along. He then said I should of pushed harder than to get the appointment and that I would have to pay for it because it was no longer under warranty. I said that, that it was not right nor fair as when I reported the vibration it was still under warranty, then he said if you’re not going to pay for it who is? I said you need to figure that out on your own. Once again he was still convinced it was my “aggressive” tires making the noise. After 3 arguments it turned out to not be the tires at all but a broken wheel hub, which should of been covered under warranty. Anyways brought it somewhere else to be fixed 700$ later. Goodbye Bredemann you lost a loyal customer.

The sales associate, Henry, was great. Helped us find what we needed and got everything lined out for us. However, the issue is with the process of everyrhing after we left Henrys care. We are from out of state and traveled here to get our truck. We received our temp tags signed all the paperwork. Fast forward almost 60 days later, our temp tags are expired and cant drive the vehicle, which we use for our business, legally. They use an outsourced company to apply for out of state tags. Apparently the company forgot to sign paperwork properly and it had to be sent back. When I requested another temp tag I was told NO and that per the governor of my state, we had a 90 day grace period. Well that was only true from March 2020 to September 2020. I then explained this to the dealership. They dont want to listen and keep telling me a few more days, just a few more days. Well now we are a month later. Now they have gone to ignoring me and not returning emails or phone calls. So the experience for us overall sucked. Mishandling of tags initially, not providing proper legal documents when requested, lied to / misinformed and now ignored. Save yourself some pain trouble, shop elsewhere.

Everything was very professional and friendly. The only problem I had was that I thought it was very expensive to change the cabin filter on my car, $60. At the moment when I got the offer to change the filter, I did not know where that filter was located or cost or anything. But little bit disappointed after a quick YouTube video I realized it was super simple to change it and the filter price is hard to find one over $15. I feel $30 would have been a fairer price.

This was simply the best car buying experience that I have ever had. From working with Yuri online, Patsy in the dealership, to Craig in finance department, the process was quick,and I felt that I was always treated with a great deal of respect. After looking at a couple other dealers, and feeling mislead by listed prices that ended up being not available, I stumbled upon Bredemann. After calling to ensure that the prices listed online were in fact true, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the price listed was available to all buyers, and there was no fine print. Since I was driving from Aurora, I didnt want to take the trip if it wasnt legit, but Yuri was able to give me an out the door price over the phone that ended up being significantly less that any other dealer I had seen. After arriving at the dealership we met Patsy, and she was a breath of fresh air! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest through the howl process. She even found me a discount for being an educator that I was unaware of! Finally, Craig took care of the financing, and was extremely helpful in answering any questions that we had. I took my 2000 Tahoe in for service after other mechanics and myself could not find an extremely frustrating electrical draw. Dave Futchko, the service consultant, and his mechanic worked methodically on the problem and kept me up to date. After some time they did eventually find the problem and now that Tahoe runs as good as new. I will be bringing all my cars here from now on.

A good place to fix your Chevrolet though its pretty expensive. They charged me some $200 for replacing a bulb in my 2009 Malibu. I paid the same price for replacing the other bulb a year ago. If you think it sucks, you are right. Yet, if you own a Malibu, you may know the pain.

Dropped off my vehicle for service. I asked the service advisor for a loaner vechicle. My vehicle was going to take a few days for repair. He stated that he didnt have any available. As I sit on the bench provided outside, I see a vechicle parked outside that says service loaner. The service advisor didnt have to lie about not having a vehicle. Makes me wonder what else they lie about?

Worst experience of my life! Bought a used enclave and 3 months later a mechanic was disgusted that they sold me this car! Wouldn’t pass clean air with 5 codes that came up when i went and failed the test miserably! When i called to talk to them they said it was 150.00 just to have them look at it only to call me and tell me they didn’t want to open up to look at engine! Im a single mother in a pandemic who delivers for insatcart to feed my kids! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!! I would have given zero stars if it were an option
My salesman Joe quoted me a line from Mr. Bredemann himself supposedly. Dont fall for it like I did. And the Finance Manager, well I am sure he makes a ton of money for the dealership but in my strong opinion receives a lot of complaints. To the point I will save $16,358 in payments on a similar valued vehicle I purchased at a competitors dealership. Add another $3,600 for an extended warranty Bredemann charged me for Im close to $20K in savings. The other dealership there was no additional charge.

I told them my options of cars and they did not make it difficult to test drive or see the cars (with covid regulations) Anthony Dichiarinte, Service Rep Michael Delaney, and Manager Victor Trujillo were all great and answered all my questions and made buying a car easy. We called to book an appointment with a specific salesman, who was unavailable. When we got there, we stood at the door like we were told to do by receptionist, took a while before someone noticed. Mike Delaney, reluctantly spoke with us. Showed little to no interest in our business. When discussing options, we asked a question and Mike failed to answer the question. Once we put pressure on him to answer, he claimed we gave him a dirty look and he stormed off in the form of a temper tantrum to get a manager. At this point, we lost all interest in buying a brand new vehicle from this dealership. We waited and spoke to Victor Trujillo (manager) who was fantastic. Had we worked with him from the beginning, Bredemann Chevy would have likely sold a $39,000 car to us. Based on Mikes actions and unprofessional behavior, there was no gaining our business back. This experience is very unfortunate, considering we have family that worked for this dealership. As loyal Bredemann customers, we expected to be treated with more respect from the beginning. We want to thank Victor for helping end the experience on a positive note.

My car was towed here due to me having a blowout on the expressway. Alex from the service dept was vague and rude. Spoke to someone else who was much more courteous. Get a new tire for $122 and they offer no warranty at all. My husband asked why and no one would give a clear answer. Worst experience ever! especially for service that I am PAYING for.
Very rude staff in the parts department. Jennings Chevrolet got my business today and going forward.The response below doesn’t address the issue at hand. I understand everything you described and have no issue with that, I can provide any proof of ownership he needed and told him that. I have a car that I own. I have documentation of that ownership. I have a key to that car that I wanted to make a copy of and he wouldn’t tell me a price and accused me of stealing it and when I said I could provide all that paperwork he just kept being more rude and wouldn’t tell me a price. So I went to Jennings, they took my existing key and looked up the key code and cut a new key and used my current key to program it. There is no reason your worker couldn’t have done that either. And no reason your worker couldn’t have simply quoted me the price that I called about. The issue had nothing to do with any documentation or anything else that you described in your response as I have all that information and told him I could bring it in. My only issue is that someone being a jerk to a potential customer. That loses you business. So explain to me your rules that you don’t think I understand but I really do all you want, that doesn’t change the fact that your employee was a jerk and I’ll never give you business. It also shows that you don’t care what the actual issue. Getting a copy of a key made isn’t a hard process. I’ve had to do it before and I’m sure I’ll want to do it again in the future. I can’t imagine I’m the only person who will ever come out n looking to copy an existing key so they can have a back up key just in case, or a second driver to have their own key. So word of advice, just ask them for the identification you need and let them show it to you and take their money. Don’t get mean on the phone and not give them a price and talk down to them in a condescending manor. It’s that easy. It’s almost like customer service actually does drive business, what a concept!

Zeshan our salesman was amazing. He was easy to talk to and explained in detail what my purchase included. He gave a level of comfort that my uncle and I really appreciated. We were looking at other dealerships like all consumers do and the amount of value that was included in this vehicle was something the other dealerships could not match. My van is amazing. It was well kept and was thoroughly inspected before my uncle and I took it out of the lot. This by far was my best car purchase experience. I have a 2019 Chevy Colorado with transmission issues, Technical Service Bulletin 18-NA-355 released on 08/2019. I called the service department on 07/21/2020 to review the issues with my transmission and they said they have never hear of any issue with my truck. They stated I should schedule an appointment and bring my truck in to be checked out. He transferred me to the scheduling and I set up a appointment today, 07/23/2020. I made arrangements to drop of the truck and when I did, the service consultant stated they did not have any transmission techs and they would not be able to help me and they shouldnt have scheduled me in the first place. In addition to the service guy telling me to schedule an appointment for my transmission when in fact they dont have a transmission tech. They were not helpful in assisting me further with finding another dealership or when I could bring my truck back to be checked. I am very disappointed with this dealerships service department. Do yourself a favor and use a different dealership for your vehicle service needs.

After we had a unusually bad experience at another dealership, my family and I decided to stop in without an appointment 30 mins before closing to ask a few questions. Excellent sales experience throughout. I purchased online with Michael Delaney and he was extremely responsive even contacting me on his day off. We worked out all of the details and out the door price prior to my 2 1/2 hour drive to Bredemann Chevrolet and everything was ready when I arrived and paperwork and everything went easy and smooth. Anytime you have to travel 2 1/2 hours away you are a little nervous something wont go right but if you pick Michael Delaney at Bredemann Chevrolet he will go out of his way to make it work.

Very helpful and the finance rep Tom was helpful too in getting us a better interest rate. love the new car. they even mailed out garage openers we forgot back the next day. quite overly aggressive about leaving reviews online though. my only complaint.
Just bought a Chevy Tahoe and I couldnt be happier. Richard was great and he went above and beyond to find me the best deal and vehicle. I probably drove him nuts because I flip-flopped between the 2020 and 2019 but Richard never showed a sign of aggravation. The whole process was relaxing and quick. They found the right Tahoe and had it shipped to Park Ridge location and I picked up the next day. The vehicle was gorgeous and the finance department gave me a great rate and didnt pressure me on the extended warranty. I will never go to another dealer again in my life as long as Bredemann is still around. Also coffee - candy - and free cell phone charger while I was processing. THE BEST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR!
