I had the opportunity work with Nes, incredibly responsive and great help. I loved the car selection which I found after doing several days of research. Just picked up an air filter for my 2015 Corolla, the salesman was Mike Hoffman, very professional and courteous, one of the many great people working at Bredemann Toyota. This is why I only go to Bredemann Toyota for service and parts. My filter at Bredemann only cost me $16.50. At another Toyota dealer I was charged $29.99. Hmmmmm. It’s good to keep receipts.

I dropped of my car for full detailing and oil change, Dan Hernando was a Excellent service rep, he took time and patiently answered my questions with no rush.There were no surprise costs on the invoice, same as mentioned while dropping off.The detailing work done on my Car was Superb, looks almost new. With the shortage of new vehicles, most dealers are assessing a market adjustment markup on any new vehicles and requiring a non refundable deposit to put a hold on an incoming vehicle in excess of $1000. To my pleasant surprise, this is not the case with Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge. Jerry Giec, my sales associate, went above and beyond to contact me as soon as the exact vehicle I was looking for was coming in. I had contacted Jerry only about a week before he was notified that the vehicle that had been previously ordered and canceled by another customer was going to coming in to the dealer in about 3 weeks. Jerry remembered our conversation and quickly contacted me. I made my $500 refundable deposit to secure the vehicle. My car came in exactly as promised and in the time frame promised. Service advisor Andy Maravola was more interesting socializing with cashiers (I interrupted 3 times) than listening to the customer issues, vehicle driving in dust conditions and according to the toyota manual the oil need to be changed, but because is free he said is 10000 miles, but after the 2 free years of manintence is finish, they want to change the oil every 5000 miles because you have to pay the dealer, Supervisor Mike Cooper not too friendly and rude hang up the phone conversation, I guess will take my business somewhere else

I inquired about a Camry through email, and I really appreciated the quick response from the salesperson, but I did not appreciate this; I tried negotiating with them, asking them to work with me, but they wouldn’t even budge. I even made an offer, still no budge. Please do not come here trying to negotiate, they will not budge. (Keep in mind I was asking for a few hundred dollars off, which I know is doable because I’ve worked at Toyota and Ford as a sales person assistant before) I wish someone could have worked with me a tad bit better. Only one star due to the very quick response times.

My car was serviced yesterday, I came for check up and oil change. The clerk wasnt very nice, he said I need to do many unnecessary things that I wasnt really interested. They overcharge me so much. For oil change and transmission flush and additional oils and liquids added to brakes and coolant they charge me over 500$. My car came back dirty with grease spots all over and subway lunch recipe from the mechanic who was fixing it....when I got my car I wasnt even sure what th they really done, nobody was showing me anything under the hood. I cam home feeling overcharge for poor service. Never will go there again.

Let me share my experience. I live 40 miles south of Bredemann Toyota and there are 4 different dealerships within 10 miles of me but I chose to visit Bredemann because of knowledgeable service folks. Ahmed is a master Toyota technician who has a lot of experience with the hybrid systems. His YouTube channel is very informative and he is honest. It is hard to find technicians who are really good with the hybrid systems and if you treat the hybrid system right, it will last 250,000 miles easily. So, I would highly recommend technician Ahmed if you would like to get your hybrid vehicle serviced.

Just purchased a new Tundra and I cant say enough great thing about them. From finding the truck I wanted at another dealer to working hard to get it a week and a half later and closing out the sale, they were very professional, friendly and I never felt hassled. Definitely made the hour drive to the dealer from my house, worth it.

Had and appointment today and requested for a shuttle but on reaching they said they dont have shuttle and have to wait 1.5 hrs. Persons attitude was real bad. I am your customer not your envy, felt really bad the way I was treated.Also on taking the car back, the guy outside knew I was going out so he had to remove covers from car seat, he was so rude to me by actions and words.Not going back there again

Bredemann Toyota is absolutely the best Toyota dealership in the state. The Bredemann family are down to earth, kind, and honest individuals who want to do right by customers while offering an overall excellent experience. Staff are respectful and professional both how they present themselves to customers but also in how they interact with each other. I have found at some dealerships, not necessarily Toyota, that I walk into present with a very mysogynistic, cocky, and inappropriate environment. The staff aren’t interested in discussions and partnering with customers of all shapes, sizes, colors, and genders, people of different socio-economic levels, etc. Bredemann is different! They are wonderful, all around and all customers are awarded an equally excellent experience!Nestor Ambrosio sold me my Highlander. Right away, I could see he is a man of integrity, respectful, kind, and honest. He was quick-working, but thorough. He gave me the gold experience showing me how to use the technology in the vehicle. First, I dealt with two people: Steve in Sales, and Tran in financing once I had decided to buy my Camry Hybrid. Both were exceptional and friendly. I appreciated how straightforward they were, offering but never pushing extra add-ons to the vehicle... I never felt hard-sold on anything I didnt want. Steve worked with me on multiple occasions and ultimately gave me a great experience and a great price on a great car. He worked with my negotiations far better than other local dealers. Go talk to Steve if you like a friendly, and fair but no-fluff experience.

Louis was a fairly knowledgeable, affable guy, didnt push us on anything we didnt want, and the dealer even was able to quickly finance a relative small amount of money and get me into a nice used car, and they seem to really take good care and keep thorough records on their cars.

Obnoxious...it’s the only way to describe the customer service in the service department. I leased a car from this place (the sales person was a very professional man, so this review is for the service department only) and I dread the idea of having to deal with these people for servicing my car in the next 2 years.

Service was in a reasonable time but they did a terrible job washing my truck. TERRIBLE.
