This is a sham business. I met with a young man named Christian at the new store location on Touhy uabout two months ago. I ordered two refurbished smart phones to replace my wifes phone and my phone. Luckily we received the phones and Christian did a good job of getting them set up for us. We also ordered phone cases for each phone. My wifes was fine but mine did not fit. Christian said he would order a replacement but I never heard back. After numerous text messages he replied he had personal issues and would let the owners know they needed to follow up.There was no response. Calls to their business number went to voicemail and were never returned. Their new store on Touhy has been closed for several months. If they do ever reopen be very wary. It

Needed to get my sisters computer updated and cleaned up. Very nice gentlemen was very helpful and explained in detail what they do.Felt very comfortable leaving the computer in his hands to get it working properly again. It was done in a day and they kept in contact with me.Cost was reasonable and did not break the bank.They have the cutest, smallest office. Will definitely use there services again.

Christian helped me build a new computer, and had a number of ideas to ensure top of the line performance without top of the line cost. Hes an affable and knowledgeable guy, and even followed up to ensure all was as it should be. Highly recommended for any computer issues you may have.

Fast reliable service! I own a business and my business line is my cell phone. My phone screen cracked and I had no time to go anywhere as I was tied down in my office. Dimitri went out of his way to pick up my phone, fix it and then drop it off so I didnt even have to leave my office! All this only took less than an hour, and I had a repaired new phone screen. Exceptional service! I would highly recommend Alpha One in Park Ridge.

I stopped in a couple of weeks ago to have the battery replaced in my iPhone. Dimitri was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. My phone is back to its old self! :) I will be recommending Alpha One Technologies to all of my family and friends.

Took my old MacBook Pro from 2010 in because of some performance issues. They upgraded my ram slots and did some diagnostic work on the computer for me and it turned out great. Great people and reasonable prices, would recommend going here.

Unfortunately, I have to change my review. I feel taken advantage of. These guys swapped out my phone battery after telling me that my phones problem would be fixed if I just wiped it. Well I wiped it and the problem persisted. Unfortunately I was already out $50-something for the battery replacement (which I told them to do only if they fixed the other issue). I ended up having to buy a new phone anyway.Previous review:Swapped out my iPhones battery quickly and were very helpful in diagnosing another issue with my phone!

Had a laptop with a broken screen and they were able to fix it after I had waited over a year to get it looked at. Very nice and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Alphaone fixed an issue my sons computer was having, where it would not boot correctly. The work was quick and efficient. Dimetri even cleaned up the drive, so the machine runs well.

This is the first review Ive ever done - and these guys deserve a great rating!!! I purchased a new laptop - went thru about 3 hours installing software & drivers myself - not a very productive use of my time... And I wasnt even finished with just installing the basics!!! I went to visit AlphaOne - in Park Ridge, on Vine St - near City Hall. I left my computer with Dimitri - I came back after doing a few errands and it was up and running with everything where I wanted it!!! Its like having your own IT Dept nearby! Their fee was reasonable too! I brought in my daughters laptop in to them the next afternoon - left it overnight - and it was fixed and updated! Thank You AlphaOne!!!

Dimitri was very professional and friendly! He diagnosed my MacBook Pros issue same day for FREE. Super awesome as most places like ABT charge to just diagnosis the problem. My Mac works like new now and the price was very affordable! I will definitely come back if I have any other technology problems.

These guys are amazing! I had an issue with switching my Samsung Galaxy 6 from Verizon to TMobil who pretty much washed their hands and told me the solution was to buy another phone from them. Oh sure after paying off this unlocked phone which was working perfectly before switching NOT!They talked with Samsung and TMobil and did a Samsung O.S. Reinstallation and now I have a perfectly functioning phone! So if anyone has any issues with computers or smartphones you HAVE to see Dimitri and Spiro these guys ROCK!
