DO NOT GO THERE,,, If only i can leave a coment with out a star...one star is to much for this place,,so I took a wolfer and it took a month to get it back did not work . I got my money back took it somewhere else perfect condition. I took a radio got it Back in 3 week it was worse did not turn on at all I return it took 3 more weeks until I went to pick it up and quess what they couldnt find it,,,LMAO I told the guy to keep it for parts and to keep my money.

I feel like I have a brand new laptop; I had a new hard drive put in back in 2016 and also had Windows 10 installed at the same time. Went to other chains around uBreakweFix and the length of time to speak to someone let alone diagnosis what I knew was a cracked laptop screen. I remember seeing Tech City on Devon and it being there forever. Stopped by, they were able to help immediately, give me a reasonable price, ordered my new screen and installed it. My laptop was fixed quicker than the time I was quoted to get a diagnosis from others. Will use Tech City for all issues in the future. Couldnt be happier

Just picked up my PC from Tech City, and the computer is working better than ever. Software I needed for my job could not be installed, and the job tech was unable to get the software to work. Tech City fixed my laptop and made sure the software was installed and working. Quick turnaround and very reasonable cost. So dependable, and they stand behind their work.

This store makes me weak in the knees. But seriously, the owner is really smart and gifted at what he does. I challenge you to bring something in that he doesnt know how to fix. In the rare, improbable, unprecedented time that this may happen, he will likely personally point you in the direction of a place that can. I saw him give some USB thing to some kid in there for free just because hes a nice human being. I thought that was sweet. Very personable and a pleasure to deal with. Super professional, detail-oriented, fast and hard working. A little sidenote: they sell snow cone machines and karaoke machines! Cute. And some other appliances and tech accessories. I even needed this thing to convert electricity for a device from an Asian country to use in the US and the owner helped me figure out what I needed and they had it. Also the lady working there at the front desk (I think her name was Maha) was kind. She actually gave me a piece of life advice Ill never forget and probably doesnt even realize it. Anyhow, nice folks. If you want to remember what it feels like to experience customer service in this day and age from people who care and treat you like an actual human being, go here.

Helped me finding the right monitor I was looking for and fixed another monitor within a couple of days.Rating only allows me to give them 5 stars, but deserves more.
