I went to get water around 9 p.m. October 7th then went to go look at the shampoo and body wash section to see if they might have anything I might want to get just browsing when an employee approached Im pretty sure he was a manager cuz he was wearing a different color T-shirt than everyone Ive seen there before he then proceeded to ask if I needed help and I said no and Im fine he then continued to stand there and stare at me and then ask me again in a demanding voice I said no I came in to get water and I was just browsing he made me feel very uncomfortable and did not feel welcomed I left immediately Im a brown skin Mexican and I have been racially profiled before and this was definitely it he was lurking and staring at me intensely the entire time I was interacting with him this is unacceptable Behavior and I will be calling corporate

They do not pick up calls. I was left on hold for 10 minutes and finally hung up. The last time I was on hold for 16 minutes before I hung up. Terrible service.

I do not know why the pharmacy has a phone if they never answer it. I have a prescription that I must call in and speak to someone for it to get filled, it’s impossible to do that.

I must agree the worst CVS I was on hold for 38 mintues the first time I called and, now 15 minutes. I finally hung up I will be switching back to Walgreens. I called because Im out of town so, I cant pick up meds until Saturday, I spoke with someone there who said Ill make

Very worst service. Covid testing rapid test took more than a day and still no results. Called them again and again but same response.CVS location in Niles beside Walmart is better for covid testing.

Very awful experience...this store sold the expired eyedrops on the counter..and we used this couple of days. When we go back to store to report this issue, the store counter staff is very careless and says this can happen, you need to check the expiry date before you buy the product..but they can not guarantee that they keep the unexpired medicines on the shelves

Carries a lot of products.If one has a problem locating a particular product tho: there is never staff on the floor. 40 mins on hold when calling this place. The manager is reeeaaallllyyy not smart.$50 thermometer would not work, I returned it. I tested positive for Covid 4 days later..... a month later I bought another $50 item, the Pulse X. Batteries that should be included were missing and it did not work ( I put my batteries in). Both items are Covid related and this is unacceptable.Covid testing is right lane only, so a person arriving after me was helped faster since they were able to pull up to the no line window. This was my 2nd test, the one confirming I was already clear. But if I was as sick as I originally was, I would not be a happy camper to be forced to wait due to their bad organization. Keep in mind people are severely sick with this disease.Not a great place

Worst CVS pharmacy in the NW suburbs. Good luck getting a real person on the line, better odds of winning the lotto.Called over a dozen times in a 2 day span to talk to a pharmacist about my prescription, was on hold for 20+ mins before I gave up, they picked up once, only to promptly put me back on hold.Avoid this CVS like the Coronavirus.

If I could do 0 stars, this place deserves it. Terrible and disorganized, from pharmacy to photo. Few times their system was down and they dont even bother to call and tell you there is an issue. Wait time on the phone is 30mins for pharmacy, then you go in and they tell you prescription will be ready in half an hr. Half an hour later, I was told they dont even have the pills at their location and I need to go to a different address because computer make mistake. This place is a joke.

We Received a message saying that a prescription was ready however when I called the pharmacy they said they had no record of the prescription. Then we receive another electronic message saying a prescription is ready and located at this particular pharmacy. What!? We needed this pain med as it was a post discharge pain med for a cancer patient. No one ever answers the phone I was on hold for 15 minutes then Someone picked up the phone and literally put me back on hold for another six minutes avoid this place at all cost

I shop here almost daily and have only had one mildly negative experience. There was a line of close to 10 or more customers and it took nearly 15 minutes to get checked out. In the stores defense, there was only one cashier at the time, but as stated this was a one time problem that I havent seen since. Employees are friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to assist customers

Went today 4/12/2016. My daughter and I was looking for $1 lollipop they sell. They didnt have it on the shelves. The Manager (He) went check 3 shelves and the counter then looked at the boxes at the back just to find the item. Gestures like that are above and beyond. Counter clerk (she) was awesome as well handling people while paying. Great service.

Yeah the ex store manage John was so awesome guy he always smiled and used to help people. but most of the employees other than john are so rude and dont even talk to you nicely especially the pharmacy department is very very very rude and awful people CVS needs to find people with positive attitude not hitmans.

I use to go every blue moon because I stayed literary 5 minutes away but the manager and cashiers are racist and very rude. Words dont explain. Its sad that I have to drive 20 minutes to a different cvs so I can have that exceptional customer experience. I like cvs but this one is a no no. 👎

Terrible waiting to give a prescription over the phone. Seems like their pharmacist never available there.Even for prescribers has to wait more than 15 minutes to talk to pharmacist.Worse experience.

I used to come here all the time and the new changes are a bit weird, the store seems a lot more crowded and smaller then before. They stopped selling my favorite bags of chips so now I barley come.

First and last time using this pharmacy. They filled my medication for nausea and ran it through with the insurance company different then the bottle prescribes (bottle says to take 1 every 8 hours with a total of 10 pills, they ran 1 per day for 10 days) this wouldnt have been such an issue IF THEY NOTIFIED ME OF THE CHANGE so I didnt follow the instructions on their bottle. Im pregnant and have a toddler at home and am without this medication for 4 more days when this nausea has already put me in the hospital due to the fact I couldnt even hold down liquids. When I called, the only suggestion was to pay out of pocket and she could print up what the insurance says. This doesnt help the current situation. There was no we are sorry nothing. I should have known there was an issue when the first time I was there, I had to wait in a long line at the register for nearly 15 minutes to get juice for my son while only one cashier ran the counter. While I was waiting, she called for another cashier 3 times and no one helped her. Never again.
