8pm, Aug 8 2021.Went to cooler to get beer. Opened the cooler grabbed beer. Waited in line. Approached the register and got asked how I got the beer since the cooler was locked. I told the guy I got it from the opened cooler. The guy said no and said that the cooler was locked and then I got accused of breaking the cooler lock to grab the beer. I said no, the cooler was opened. And then kept on getting told that criminal activity was not welcomed in the store, and the corporate will get a time stamp of the camera to prove I broke the cooler door to get the beer. Really!!!??? Accusing a customer of breaking a lock to get beer??? Why is that guy still working there???

Me and my husband were stopping by here pretty often to buy e-cigarettes, alcohol etc and we having frustration anytime we are going here. Guy at the register is insane, unstable and totally out of his mind. He would not sell me e-cigarettes just because he doesnt like my ID. He would not sell beer to my husband saying they dont have it - but actually they do. It happens every time. When I am coming here he would do same thing to the other customers too. I dont understand how manager can hire people like this one. We would NEVER come here again. and I DONT RECOMMEND anyone to buy something from here. SAVE YOUR NERVES by going to the other gas station.

Nicely kept. Has a gas station. Didnt visit the washroom so cant speak on that but the store as a whole looks nice so I can only hope the same for the washroom. Parking is pretty good considering they have a gas station too.

Have I done anything wrong to these guys ? These guys dont give a damn about their costumers. Every single time I walk in and say HIIIIIII and the old guy with the long beard just stare back at me... not a single word these gysy reply back to you. Extremely rude. I only stop here if I have to.

I wasnt Welcomed in the Store, And Jim the new guy who works here wouldnt Sell me Cigarettes, Just Because i carry a Nevada Driver License. I always recommend 7-11 but after this never coming here again.

All but two cashiers are rude. The new guy wouldnt even break a $50 for a $32 purchase. You can tell the manager cares, but he is only there in the morning hours. After 12PM, its anyones guess how you will be treated.

Be careful going there late night. The clerk on duty (tall, older Indian guy) is very incompetent and may overcharge your purchase - when this happens, he refuses to listen or give any refund.This place also attracts some real weirdos and criminal types.

I like the Brazilian coffe but they don’t have it all the time.

I would give them a 0 star if I could. The employee who is work on the register he is talk to sombody on side of the register in his language while taking a customer...and a next time he is watching the video on the phone and laughing he is having a fun on duty time. I m not going to this place any more again this place is disgusting.....! And the washroom is smell so bad when I tell them they said we will do it later i mean like if it’s smell bad they have to do it right away... they never have a smile on face they are just behaving they don’t care about anybody I think manager is supporting them he is also don’t care about the customers😡😡😡

It is unfortunate that Rehan cannot be bothered to communicate with the customers. He is very rude and always on his bluetooth with someone. He doesnt even make eye contact. Everyone else I have dealt with is great! I almost gave a 1 star because of him, but honestly he seems to be the only bad seed.

SCAMMERS!!! They sold me FAKE JUUL pods today and it costed over $20 a pack! Once I opened the package I smelled this weird mango smell that was not of the original JUUL mango flavor, when I got home I compared it with my other JUUL pods and packaging. This is so obviously a fake pack they sold me. There’s no QRF code and serial number printed on the inside of the pod packaging, the aluminum tray that holds the pods is shiny and the real one is MATTE silver, the paper was so thick it was hard to pop the pods out, and the exterior white packaging was a dark yellowish white vs real packaging is a pure bright white. Lastly the flavor was disgusting and tasted NOTHING like mango! I would sue them for selling counterfeit product and have already gotten in touch with JUUL and 711 corporate. Stay away from this store and these scammers!!!

Employees approach are very rude & unprofessional.Will NEVER go to this location ever again!!!Im filing a complaint about an employee that works at 711 on 814 Higgins Rd.@ Park Ridge, IL. I dont know his name because he wasnt wearing a name tag on his shirt & they should be wearing it at all times.The incident took place last Nov. 11, 2017 @ around close to 7pm, I was purchasing regular lottery tickets such as Lotto, Mega, Powerball & scratch off games. These 2 men kept playing on their cell phones instead of taking care of their customers & should be doing their job while working at the store. But I was just going with the flow while they were playing around with their cell phones. Since I wanted to purchase more scratch-off tickets, one of the employee said to me, We only allow people to play 4 times here. And we dont really make money on lotteries.I was really shocked to hear that! I was mostly purchasing the scratch-off tickets, NO pick 4 nor pick 3 tickets.Because if that was the case, then why would anyone even open up a lottery retails if they dont make money out of it??? For all I know, if someone wins a huge jackpot, the 1% goes to the store.Ive been playing in various 711 stores for years & this store location is the ONLY store that actually limit the people buying lottery tickets. In my opinion, this is bad business for customers coming in here.I spoke with other 711 employees & they told me they never heard of such things with that type of limit. I was really ticked off when an employee just say anything to get away with things.The only reason why Im persistent with this complaint is because I wanted to make sure it doesnt happen to other customers & shouldnt be saying things to customers that is not within the regulations as well. I just think this guy is super lazy and rude & dont want to be bothered.

Employers are always so lazy and slow, i live close, sometimes i stop by, but today they destroyed me.... lol i pull in to parking lot to use air pressure machine. 1.50$ little expensive, but its ok i was happy they have this machine u can put pressure level.cool cool cool i put 1.50 nothing happemed, so im going inside cause i used all pf my quoters and still i need to go to different place take care abot tires :)this guy ! hahaha i camt stop laugh.he said its sometimes working sometimes not lol ! i was like, ok cool but i need coins, and he said sorry hahahahahahaha

I buy items at this 711 Monday - Friday, i live two blocks away. The store manager & employees pick up the store phone & place it down & refuse to even speak. I have video proof calling this 711, waiting for somebody to speak with me. In the video i recorded you can hear the 711 door opening & the employees scanning items. Once there is no activity nobody even bothers to pick up the phone again. Very unprofessional.

The cashier is a horrible liar at the store. When I scanned my card he acted like I had no points when my regular store reports I have thousands of unused points. He just didnt want to set the screen to accept my card getting scanned or except the validity of my rewards points. The specific cashiers name I didnt catch but he had a beard and was pretty thin.

Easy quick place for gas what else is there to say.

I would give this plave zero stars if I could. Disgusting place. The workers let people sleep in the womens bathroom late at night, forcing the women to go to the bathroom in the mens restroom. Completely disgusting and highly unprofessional.

THIEVES Im from Canada where we pump our gas then pay I paid for 40$ upfront and only needed 20$ the guy inside said itll go back on your card it didnt when I called to inquire the owner said hes new so he shouldnt tell you that Ill send you a money order its been two weeks and havent heard anything if your business is hurting so bad keep the 20 bucks.
