Excellent service. When I got to the office Ben was all set and had my replacement hearing aid adjusted to the original settings. Definitely recommend this office and Ben.

My Uncles hearing was really bad so we visited the Park Ridge location and were served by Ben. There were considerably more decisions involved than I expected but Ben explained all our options and was knowledgeable in all. One earpiece malfunctioned so we went back and within 5 days we had a replacement. Ben also fine tuned the aids to my Uncles preference and he is hearing perfectly now!
