Every single person in the office treated us just the way you want to be treated - wth pleasent,,friendly answers to all of our questions. Actually after our appointment all three of us spoke out almost simultanously they were all so nice.. 5 stars.

Friendly, professional staff. This was only my second visit to this location and I was treated as if I have been using Hear USA in Park Ridge for my entire life. Haley conducted the hearing test and went over the results in detail, carefully explaining everything. Would highly recommend Hear USA for any hearing concerns.

Asked to be contacted via email for an appointment. I received no response via email. This morning, I received a call saying that they were waiting for me at my appointment.Okay.When people request to be contacted by EMAIL through your webpage form, wouldnt you confirm an appointment with the person with the issue to see if they could make it? Also, if they provide you with an e-mail address, PLEASE send a confirmation email to the patient.
Even though I dont have a hearing loss, Ive been getting my free annual hearing test done here for a few years now. Great service from very friendly & professional staff!

Called on Friday, no service even by Tuesday! My grandma has hearing aids and she is in nursing home so my dad picks them up from her and brings them to get fixed. Well he called this past Friday and was told to bring them in Monday, yesterday, because the “tech” wasn’t in. He brought them in and was told they wouldn’t be fixed until this morning. Mind you, all they have to do is replace the tubes that hardened. Even I’ve done this with her current tubes when they’ve gotten lose. It’s literally a twist and a push! My dad just called me to complain yet AGAIN about how these people here are STILL giving him excuses why they’re not ready yet and he sees people coming in and getting serviced as a walk in! To say the least, he took them back unfixed and is bringing them back to where we used to go over somewhere on Golf. Avoid this place if you can- the customer service is NOT there, and they are not at all concerned about getting them repaired in a timely manner! Very disappointing!
