Kudos to the customer service team, or I should say lack thereof. Due to their poor customer service I took my business to LOWES and actually saved $110 on the exact same Washer, I was going to purchase at Best buy. So Id actually like to say thank you for your lack of customer service it led to me saving more money! Cheers Best buy!
The staff at this store is some of the most helpful I’ve ever encountered at any Best Buy—or any store at all, for that matter. My laptop fried itself after 3 and a half years of heavy use last night, so I came in first thing this morning needing some help with data recovery and finding a new laptop that was a good fit for my needs. The staff member that primarily helped me today was incredibly helpful and friendly. He also ran all over the store to make sure everything I was there for was taken care of promptly. I also spoke with a technician about data recovery and he explained everything to me in as much detail as possible, and promised they would do everything they could for the dead laptop and my data. He gave me a quote for about 2-3 days, and to my pleasant surprise, my old laptop and external drive with my recovered data was ready for pick up in 3 hours flat. I was very impressed with the service, low cost, and hard work from the staff.
Friendly staff. Idk how to describe it but this place smells like a new car almost. Doesnt smell as good as home depot, but I dont think anything can smell better than home depot
Pretty simple to get in and out of this place. I typically do most of my shopping online and opt to do curbside pick-up. Once I have marked that I am on-site, they representatives are pretty quick in bringing the items to my vehicle. Additionally, I am eligible for same day delivery and that service out of this location is really quick, most times within an hour or two. When I need to return items the staff is friendly and convenient to use. Get in and quickly wrap up and on my way.
Clean, well lit, well organized with signage directing my shopping experience. The store associates were knowledgeable and friendly. Overall I think it was a good place to shop in this location.
Went in to gather information for an upcoming purchase with no plan of buying anything. Even after telling this to the associate, he went out of his way to explain every detail I needed. This kind of service is above and beyond what Ive grown to expect from a typical retail giant like Best Buy.
Good experience, I ordered online before they opened and I got a notification about an hour before opening that it was ready so I could make plans for my day. I arrived and checked in and there was 1 other car waiting - it took about 3 minutes and I was on my way home. Great job!

Dropped off my laptop to upgrade nvme and picked it up in 6 days, one day earlier than expect, but when I picked up it was 10 mins til closing so I go to my car to inspect the laptop when I noticed the backplate was not put in properly and even worse. 3 of the screws were totally missing. I tried going back but it was already 7:00 so no one answered when I tried calling in. Called elite arrive had to book an appointment for someone to talk to me about it...But I went in the next day to talk to a manager about it and was able to talk to Jared about replacing the back plate with the bent latches and was able to get my screws put back in placeCheck your items when you have them repaired or fixed up
Easy store to shop at. I either order online and pickup or when I go in I just ask for help I what I am looking for and the associate either knows that they have it or now...and more importantly they know where things are in the store to point me in the right direction. As a result of this my visits are super short and efficient which I really like.
I performed a wedding at this venue and it was very nicely decorated and Marissa was very helpful to me. We had the ceremony inside as the weather was threatening rain. Id recommend this venue if youre looking for a place to have your special day. .

I went there last week with my 7yo son after not stepping foot in a best buy in years. It was my sons first time. They have a greeter at the door who asked immediately what I was looking for. I said new wireless ear buds. He told me right where they were.I went over to the area but I didnt know which one to get so I started to look at them. They are all behind locked glass. So I looked for someone to help me. That took a hot minute. It wasnt packed but there was a good amount of people in there and only a few employees. That would be my only peeve. I had to flag someone down and it took almost 10 minutes.Once I got someone though, he was very helpful. Told me about the different styles and different features and even helped me pick a cool color for my wife. Didnt try to sell me too hard on other options and had a small chat about PS5. Its a shame they dont think theyre going to get any until the end of the year. Oh well. Overall a really good experience. Love the no receipt thing when you put in your info.After, I took my son on a tour of the place and he was mesmerized. Ill have to not wait years again before going back.
This place has been pretty awesome the last few times that I have visited. The customer service is really good and the employees are knowledgeable of their products. There are some pretty good deals here as well surprisingly and they also do price matching which is nice. Overall its been doing me good so far so I cant complain.
4.5 stars.Excellent staff from the car loaders to the cashiers to the very knowledgeable TV guy. Some of the prices are quite high like the Ring Doorbells and TV mounts.

I dont usually complain but... lol Im kidding. Well a little. I bought an insignia 50 inch Fire Tv open box it didnt come with the remote... the guy who sold it was awesome! Thanks Logan but the other guys who helped they wrapped the tv and I asked if I could talk to Logan to ask him about other things and ask him what remote comes with it they told me to look it up on Amazon. Well they told me the wrong one. Now 3 remotes later. It still doesnt work.... so now. Ive had this tv for a week now and cant use it.... so my complaint I guess would be maybe know your TVs a little better. Also what remote is it? Or maybe search with me for the exact one.... idk. Why am I having to figure these things out after made a purchase?
My husband and I, on a strong recommendation, ventured into Best Buy in Parker, CO. We needed a new refrigerator. We are downsizing, and had just bought a home that was being built. A young woman greets us with ”how can I help you?” RIANNA is her name. What a blessing she is! A young person who knows everything about refrigerators! She spent an unbelievable amount of time with us, even while I was flipping through Consumer Reports. We went home, told her we’d be back in a couple of hours. Looked through everything we could find. Came back to the store and knew what we needed to buy. Story 1.Story 2. Now we are in serious moving mode. We need a new flat screen tv. She’s still there, welcoming us with a smile. Now this is really where she’s in Heaven! We saw and heard about all the TVs. There’s so many, and basically we’re old! Once again she walked away with a sale and very happy customers. Don’t bother looking any other place. She’s the BEST out there.

For some reason they were out on a lot of Canon and GoPro accessories. Maybe it was just bad timing for me, but I drove a long way to get there and the place was not very helpful and couldn’t refer me to any other Best Buy. The staff was still very polite and nice hence the 4⭐️

Yesterday I bought a computer at the location in the park meadows location (because that’s where it was in stock) and they would not price match against the store in the southlands location. Today I went in to the southlands location and got a few more things and they honored the price match. Thank you for the great customer service. HUGE shout out to L.J. So I was looking for a new TV, but wasnt sure which 65 I wanted to replace my 4 year old Samsung SUHD. I met Sam Ho and he was very helpful in directing me in the right direction, but I wanted to think the options over and do some research. I said Id be back the next day May 26th to decide. Sam was going to be off so he spoke to Brennan yelling him I was coming in. I spoke with Brennan in further detail and he was extremely helpful in helping me make my decion on whether to go Samsung Neo Qled or Oled? After our discussion and the pros & cons Ibought the new LG OLED and only having it 1 day I LOVE IT! Thank you Sam and Brennan for making for me an expensive buying experience truly a great one!!!!
The gentleman named Matthew who was working here Thursday evening on April 22nd is maybe the most patient person Ive ever met. I essentially made a fool out of myself three times in the span of two separate trips in the same day and he was so nice and joked around with me about it. Ive been a Best Buy customer and rewards member for over a decade. I have had a line of credit with them pretty much since I could have a credit card. Ive been super loyal to them for years and Im sad to say its over.I just bought a refurbished laptop from Best Buy so my daughter could continue to do remote learning. We spent our last $400 on it. When we got it, the network card was not working correctly. Im fairly computer savvy and did everything I could to troubleshoot it myself. I called Geek Squad tech support after an hour of trying on my own. I waited an hour for someone to answer the phone. The tech that finally answered helped troubleshoot on the phone for another half hour. Nothing worked. He then told me he could remote in and troubleshoot there if I connected to an ethernet cable. I was happy to do so but then he told me I dont have a membership for tech support and it would cost and additional $199 to get his help any further. I explained that it was a newly purchased item and best Buy should stand by their own work, surely there is some grantee with refurbished items... After an hour of going back and forth, trying to convince him to help me, trying to speak to a supervisor (which never happened), he said he doesnt condone their policies but cannot help me and will not unless I pay.Completely dumbfounded by all this. Cant believe the lack of service for what you would think would be a valued customer. I told the agent if he didnt help me I was going to cancel my line of credit and never do business with Best Buy or any of their affiliates ever again. He said it is what is, hes not helping unless I pay. So I feel I have no choice but to keep to my word, end things with Best Buy, and revert to shopping online and contribute to the demise of big box electronic stores. Sorry it had to be this way best buy...

My sister ordered me a Christmas gift from Best Buy and I kept forgetting to pick it up when I did finally go they were already closed I noticed a staff member trying to get in and I asked him if curbside was available even though I had not made prior arrangements he said yes in the meantime I was trying to find a phone number to call but I kept getting an automated voice system I was about to leave but someone came out to ask if he could help me with my order so Im guessing that the other staff member had ask someone to go out and check on me so I am very glad that they did it was very nice of them and I was able to get my items before curbside pickup was closed for the evening so glad I didnt have to come back the next day fast friendly courteous and safe 😷
We had one young man very pleasant and asked if we had any questions, then we went to look at apple mac books, inyending to buy one, but the young man that came over wasnt really interested in helping us buy one. His answers were short and rushed, so we will go else where to buy. Dont plan on going back.
Hard to find help. Had multiple associates walk by taking about their weekend plans. When we finally did get help, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped us make a selection.
Normally I really enjoy the staff and helpfulness. Yesterdays experience, although quick and efficient once helped, was frustrating once I got home. I bought my first Go Pro. I knew nothing about them. The salesmen didnt know much about them either. I ended up leaving with the 8, batteries for the 9, a protective case for the 9, and came home with no clue what I was doing and now needing to make a return trip to exchange the incorrect items an hour before leaving for my trip.If this had been my only experience, I wouldve been pretty disappointed with this store. I waited for 5 minutes to be helped while watching the staff sir around talking. 🤷🏻♀️

This is the only place I have ever heard of that has a 6 hour delivery window. I work from home and it is so hard to schedule meetings around a 6 hour window. Today I scheduled my delivery window from 12-6, moved all my afternoon meetings to the morning, and asked my husband to come home from work early so someone would be available. Then the delivery showed up 1.5 HOURS EARLY at 10:30! I had to put the president of my company on hold to accept the delivery. A 6 hour delivery window is ridiculous to begin with, then to show up almost 2 hours before it starts is just infuriating.
Still the best place for tech, but the giant, 400lb Warhammer nerd walking around in the back passed us like 4 times while we were looking confused needing assistance. There are plenty of reputable customer service experienced people out there, you shouldnt hire from moms basement just because he likes computers.

So I was in the market for a New Apple Watch and decided to go check them out at Best Buy Parker. I was greeted by Scott Boulten who immediately took me to the Apple Watches. The first thing he did for me is work a Trade-In on my old Apple Watch. He promptly issued me a Gift Card for my Trade-In and went and got my New Apple Watch. Scott was personal, professional and extremely fast in getting me EXACTLY what I wanted.Smooth (in a good way) was what I experienced in this transaction. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Scott and Best Buy if/when you are in the market for New Electronic/Digital gear. Make sure you ask for Scott Boulten, youll be glad you did.

Stood around waiting for 30 minutes for someone to come help me after walking all the way up front to ask for help. Saw five people ignore me as I tried to get their help. Decided to leave and there were associates standing around up front and then the manager on duty gave us an attitude as we told them we’ve been waiting for 30 minutes for someone to help us.

My brother and I were looking for a display port to hdmi adapter and couldnt locate any sales associate to help us. One associate walked by as we entered the computer department but he continued on by without even acknowledging us. We walked around the store and the cashiers and loss prevention associates were the only employees that we saw.

I bought a certified excellent refurbished laptop for a family member over the holidays. It barely turned on..... so I brought it back and had the geek squad troubleshoot for a while..... I wound up paying the difference for the new computer to have it shipped to my house within a few days....I just found out it wont be shipped until the 11th of Jan. I get that Covid is ruff for businesses, but dont lie to your customers.
I have had to wait over 40 minutes on hold to ask a simple question about apple care. There has got to be at least one person in the entire store that could pick up the phone, I find this ridiculous.
I bought a 1000 dollar computer that worked great for a month, started having issues with it so I teying getting it fixed through best buy because I have the warranty through them they said it would take 2 months before they would even look at it and Id have to mail it out somewhere. I cant do that i use this for school and dont have another computer. I delt with the issue a little long and now I cant even use my laptop at all because it wont turn on now and now it will take 3 months before they look at it. On top of they there no way they would ever let me return it because you only have 14 days to return it so of course I now have a 1000 dollar paper weight. Horrible customer service and policies

This is a smaller store. Also easier to find an employee at this location compared to Park Meadows where you are often looked at and still ignored. I went in to get my phone replaced was in a bad mood for having been given bad information. The young lady who assisted me listen to me and understood it wasnt her just the process of getting a phone replaced when having Geek Squad protection was a nightmarish process. She made it quick and seamless! Had my new replacement within 2 days.
A bit of a smaller Best buy but overall nice, lots of new updated stuff. A little disappointed at the time I went that they didnt carry almost any of their TV stands in store, not sure if just a lot of people were buying them lately or what. Seems like theyve really been pushing for online sales.

Everything Ive purchased has been slightly more expensive than I could have paid on Amazon but I still give them 5 stars because the convenience is worth it. No need to wait on shipping, I had to return an item once and that was easy, again no shipping for the return, the employees are always helpful. Overall just a good experience shopping here.

Stock was pretty low for a lot of items but to be fair it was right after the Thanksgiving weekend shopping. I went in the morning and was provided good service and was not very busy which is nice as this place can be very busy at times. I will definitely be back.
I must have spent well over grand this month here....Do not buy HP computers here...buy an Apple you will be happy....the rest is garbage and they will not stand behind HP.Had it a month and its going back to HP for a 2nd time.....This computer has wasted more of my time than I care to admit
