After 20 years in the automotive industry as a woman I do not expect be treated like I am stupid. I also dont expect to go into a place that has a bunch of teenyboppers behind the counter that literally were disturbed by me entering the store. They actually had to get off of sitting on the counter. In all of my experience, Ive received nothing but poor customer service from this place. I will not be returning.

I can not express enough gratitude on how nice Nate and Ethan were to me and how exceptional their level of professionalism was.I was having problems with a battery I purchased from them and when I called to ask what my option was to upgrade Nate kindly offered to refund my current battery and give me credit towards the upgrade.When I went in for the credit there was a system issue and Ethan helped to resolve the matter within minutes.I did not have access to tools so Nate even kindly help install the battery for me in the freezing cold weather.I cant thank this team enough. Definitely my go to auto store from now!

Were closing up for the night and I needed a gas can kind of emergency situation.. Thay did stop for a minute and give me a hand oped up to help out this was cool also had a credit card. this also made it easier for them to do this. Thanks. Mike

Ethan helped me tonight install a new battery in my 2002 Chevy Suburban. He was extremely helpful, and he was able to do so successfully despite a large amount of rust and less than ideal situations. Give him a raise!! Hes fantastic.

Easily the worst parts store in Parker. They will tell you they have the part in stock over the phone and then when you show up 10 minutes later, you find out it’s not in stock. Don’t waste your time with this location, Napa is 500ft north and should be your first stop.

I live in Western Colorado and my daughter lives in Parker, CO. She was getting ready to travel to the Western Slope and had a problems with her car. Colton from your Parker Auto Zone store helped my daughter. He was very professional, knowledgeable and quick. The total time spent to resolve the problem was 1/2 hour. His suggested fix for the problem was spot on and we couldnt be happier. We both appreciate Colton and Auto Zone. Job well done. We would recommend Auto Zone any day of the week.

I went here to buy power steering fluid and happened to ask the store manager where I could get my car door fixed. He took a look at it and discovered a problem with it, that I would never have come to on my own and fixed it! He was beyond knowledgeable and helpful. He took time out of his schedule to help me out, without compensation. I am thoroughly grateful and will continue coming back to this store.

My daughter took her 2008 Fusion to replace the battery. The technician took over an hour to do it. He mangled the negative cable end and then didn’t tighten ANY bolts, leaving both + & - posts loose & all hold-down bolts loose. Shoddy & careless work!

Seem to have everything you need. And if you cant get something they could get it for you the next day. Which is always nice. They always have a great selection of tools to rent and have them in stock about 99 percent of the time which is great

I went in the purchase a air filter for my Hyundai, even though on line they were showing in stock there were none. I offer to let them order me one in I did not even get to choose the 1 I wanted the clerk automatically selected the most expensive 1 when I questioned it he said its already ordered, and i needed to pay. I went to NAPA they had one in stock for 15% less. I went back to auto zone and got refunded, A different clerk advise me next time they are willing to price match. With this being a small town please ensure you are giving customers the best choice and not just picking the most expensive item for them.

Free check engine light service, and often have good advice regarding the outcome. They have a lot of automotive parts and accessories and its always clean and bright. I think they recycle oil and other automotive fluids for free too.

The staff is friendly while still giving off that air of superiority that most auto parts store staff have until they realize you know your stuff about cars in general or have at least done your homework on your specific issue. I pretty much fall into the latter category lol. I research several sites for pricing and advice on my vehicles issue before showing up to any parts store and most often end up going to the other store close by as well. They have always been honest vs what their website shows without my having to encourage them which I have had to do at other stores. I rated a 3 because they dont offer low enough prices or havent had what I needed several times which led me to Walmart whom Id rather not do business with if possible but often has the item needed at the lowest price. Research the job you’re doing and what all you need prior to going in, there is nothing like trying to explain something to someone that has absolutely no clue what they are talking about. I feel bad for the staff sometimes! You have a computer in your pocket and there is no excuse to be uneducated and asking these employees a million questions to waste their time! There are YouTube videos on almost any install for any part on and car any year any make and any model. Educate yourself before asking 10 million dumb questions. I’ve always received great customer service and when ordering an item they gave me the best price but sadly VW always “suggests” a more expensive part, so I buy the suggested item because I like to take care of my terrible investment :) thanks guys!

Great place! Excellent customer service. Happy to help in any way they can. I had a “maintenance required” light on the dash of my 2007 Lexus GX 470. Kevin told me immediately that it just meant I was due for an oil change. I told him I’d already done the oil service and Kevin pointed me to YouTube to see how to reset the light. It took 3 mins and I did it in their parking lot! Other service places wanted $50+ just to “diagnose” the problem.

I can’t shop here again. I entered the store and asked for a rear wiper blade for a 10 year old car and was told it was a “dealer only” part by he guy behind the counter. I sat in my car and ordered the part from Amazon in 10 minutes. According to the internet, Walmart and Target also carried my “dealer only” part made by a well known 3rd party wiper blade manufacturer whose name starts with a “T”. The guy was lazy and lacked basic customer service skills. Don’t lie if you don’t know, it looks worse. This haapened on 1/5 at approximately 6 pm. Good luck with that AZ!

Josh in commercial is a solid dude, he is always doing his best to be competitive, just sometimes the parts prices are higher than the competition, and if he can he matches or beats it, but the company itself restricts certain things, so say something around the corner is 10 dollars cheaper, he tries his hardest to make it the same but the computer just won’t allow it, not any fault of his at all, but as a business I want the best parts and the best deals

This place was terrible the manager told me to go shop at OReillys when I told him that they offered something that AutoZone didnt. The part I bought failed and all they would do is reach fund my money even though I had to pay for labor twice. OReillys doesguarantee their parts so if they fail they will cover the new labor. The manager was rude and mean and I will never go there again

Check your part numbers before you leave! The last 4 times I have been here I have been sent off with the wrong parts, 3/4 times the last numbers in the parts have been flipped. If you are dyslexic I am sorry but pulling parts is not the line of work for you.

I went to ask for check engine light and the store is. no one on it just hunging no one even is working ask to turn engine light off and the girl work today 09/13/2017 at 12:00PM mountain time she mean and try to argue with client, she get pay to fight with client, never I will go back buy from autozone thanks god for Oreilly and Napa from now on, autozone.Better show that emplyee the door before loosing more business.Good luck
