Terrible customer service. I stood in front of the counters with with items in my hand to purchase 3 guys at computers. 1 person was being helped. I stood there for several minutes without anyone even acknowledging I was even there. After several minutes of just standing there I replaced my items and walked out of the store. Not a word was ever spoken to me. If you are looking to be helped, go to one of the other auto parts stores near by. They are much more helpful.

I work for a local auto shop in Parker. The Rock is my #1 go to for all my parts. The whole crew, front to back, works their tails off to make sure I have what I need when I need it. Just today they got me out of another parts supply jam. They are just as concerned about my customers as I am. In a time of bad customer service I couldnt ask for a better group of people to team up with to grow my business.

Im a huge critic, but in my personal opinion these guys were by FAR the most helpful of any parts store Ive ever worked with. They exceeded my expectations and Rick specifically was a tremendous amount of help working to get the right part for the right price. I highly recommend them over AZ or Advanced. These other places have been a nightmare. Hats off to NAPA

Every time Ive gone in here or called here people are rude. They dont wanna leave the counter to help find items and they have a low sense of urgency.

Rick helped us out with everything to get the gmc box van running.

Most important they had the part I needed for my car, and service very professional.

I came here for a new car battery, they were very helpful and even gave me advice on how to keep my new battery from going bad like my old one did when my car sat for a while without being run because of the pandemic. I will come here again for any of my car parts needs in the future

The go to guys for auto supplies. They know parts and help solve real mechanical problems. The cost is higher than the other chain auto part stores but....You get what you pay for.How many times do you want to return a cheap inferior part from the other guys?

If they dont have it they will get it for you within 24 hours. They also have a paint matching booth there so you can order custom paint for your car or color match paint they could put in an aerosol can which is awesome to do little touch-up stuff. Everybody seems to be very friendly and enjoys working there which makes it easier when trying to find parts. They feel like they contribute to be a part of the community

If it wasnt for Jeffs glowing skin, suave hairdo, fast hands and sharp pencil, this would still be a one-star review. But Jeff is the glue that holds my faith in the store together. Thanks Jeff, youre a real hero and I really appreciate all the work you do. Sincerely.

This place is full of friendly, honest staff. Something that is unfortunately not always the case in the auto industry. They come out to your car and help you assess/replace parts on scene. Stacy was awesome today and informed me that the part I was told by Christian brothers that I needed to replace immediately was in fact, brand new. I recommend this napa to everyone!!

These guys are always extremely helpful with everything that you need for your car. They seem extremely knowledgeable in every situation concerning automobiles and if they dont they definitely ask the other person who does. I would highly recommend this for all your autopart needs

This store has repeatedly ordered me parts & when received they were either completely wrong or defective parts & not just one time I mean almost every time I need something ordered its wrong or missing parts. Today I ordered a simple brake hardware kit I had to wait 4 hrs to get get it & when I went to pick it up not only was it missing parts but it had been opened & one of the parts was replaced with an old none usable part. They told me to pretty much fu@$ off. They told me they can maybe have it tomorrow but it was weather dependant & couldnt guarantee anything. If theyvhaveit in stock then great but if not go somewhere else cause this store sucks.

Wont honor a lifetime warranty on a tool without a receipt. Really?! Im supposed to save a receipt for a lifetime? Told they dont even carry that brand anymore anyway... its stamped with IMPACT•NAPA. Also, warranty doesnt cover abuse... if I could post a picture of this impact wobbly you could clearly see a total lack of mistreatment. Guess I shouldve bought one from Snap On or Harbor Freight.

Nice people, excellent prices, everything you need. I have it on good authority (a professional Master Technician at a major dealership) that NAPAs parts are of the highest quality available to the retail consumer. Ive purchased several parts here now and Im very satisfied with both NAPA parts and this particular location.

Startlingly surly staff drove me away. Today is Monday, June 25th - at about 5:30 PM I walked in and asked for an FL-1995 oil filter (a Ford part number for my truck). The surly man behind the counter put a WIX filter on the counter and said “its better because its not made by Ford”. Willing to buy the WIX but curious, I asked if he had any details about why it was better. He rudely repeated “because its not made by Ford”. Only getting ridiculous brand bashing instead of actual knowledge, I walked out. Surely another store wants my money.Quick update - went down the road to Advance Auto Parts. Not only did they have multiples of the filter I wanted on hand but the Rotella T-6 oil I also needed was $7 cheaper on sale. And! The staff was friendly and helpful. In fact, they helped sell me on the air filter I was on the fence about by pulling 2 part numbers - standard and heavy duty - after seeing the better filter I bought the more expensive filter. Save yourself a headache and head to Advance instead, I hope this helps somebody avoid a frustrating experience.

Absolutely horrible horrible customer service I purchased some stuff use my debit card not needing half of what I purchased brought it back to the store and was told that they could not give me cash back had to go back on the card my argument is its a debit card you already got your money now Im inconvenience by having to go home get the card go back theres a solid hour and 15 minutes out of my day gone because of this guess you guys just lost a customer
