My 25 year old truck needed a muffler. I called many shops in the area and most said they do no welding at their shops, but would still charge me over $400 to bolt on a new muffler. Midas got me in quick, confirmed the truck only needed a muffler, they had the part delivered within 10 minutes and I was out of there with a new muffler in about an hour, at just over half of what other shops were quoting.

Ive had vehicle problems with two my vehicles this past year.The crew here has always treated me with utmost respect and kindness, doing everything they can.Whenever something was going wrong, but they would always give it to me straight.I never felt like I was talked down to or taken advantage of.If I ever have more problems, I will always go to them first.Thank you for the amazing service.

Not many details. I called Josh, and explained that I would like 4 studs removed from exhaust system(catalytic converter). He took them out and replaced with bolts, and when I put my new cat-back in, I was allowed to take my old exhaust system back( cut up), and leave it to be recycled. Josh is a good guy. Kind of expensive, but I did not want to do the job myself.

Ive been using Midas, at this location, for a while now. They are my go to for all my maintenance needs. They provide quick and professional service at a fair price. Ive had work quoted by other shops for service And Midas beat the other shops by a large margin. In one case by over a thousand dollars. My truck is twenty years old with over 250K miles on it. These guys keep it running like a top.

I got lucky and literally broke down right in front of their shop and couldnt have been more fortunate. I was travelling from out of town with 3 dogs on our way to a vet appointment. The guys at the shop gave me a ride to the vet when I couldnt find a pet friendly uber in the area. They did a great job diagnosing the problem, made sure to order in the best parts for my car, and gave me a very fair price on the work. The manager, Ammar, went above and beyond in getting me to my appointment, explaining the problem, and working out the pricing. I am very grateful to them. Highly recommend this shop.

We needed a quick fix, we were on the way to the mountains when our exhaust hangers broke and we’re hanging. We swung into Midas in Parker and Rachid and his crew helped us get it fixed and back on the road really quickly. They were nice, fast, and helpful so I recommend them to any other Parker People for sure!

Just got an oil change for our F-150 and we’re taking our Jeep in tomorrow for an inspection and oil change. After our experience with our truck, we won’t be going anywhere else for vehicle maintenance. Josh in particular is so friendly and helpful and we can always get in for an appointment on short notice. I usually prefer family-run businesses for most things but the team at this Midas location is incredible! I feel like I can trust them to do excellent work at fair prices.

Heard a humming sound coming from my car. Thought it was the front wheel bearing. With only a quick test drive and no suspension check they told me it was but the opposite side and I also have transmission noise (: which was replaced not too long ago. Anyway 400$ later, the service was decently fast. But none of the issues I had were addressed. Car still makes the same sound. Won’t be returning.EDIT: just to top it off since they want to try and act sweet in the response. Take it into my dealer and it’s the EXACT issue I claimed it was. They charged me 400$ and tried to claim transmission issues for the noise. Solid team 😂. Please go anywhere else.

Ive been coming to this location for a couple years now, and Id recommend it to anyone. I had 3 Catalytic Converts taken from our fleet over the weekend, all 3 are back on the road, Dropped them off at 8 am and all were done with needed oil changes by 230pm.

I have taken my cars to the Parker, CO Midas several times. Their work is thorough, complete, they finish it in a timely manner, and it is priced very competitively. In one instance, Midas was $1,000 less for work compared to another shop. Josh does a great job explaining the work, and keeps you updated on the progress. Ive always been satisfied with the work theyve done.

Ever time I bring my sons truck in here they are always very attentive and proffesional. They do great work and back everything they do. Rachid, Josh, Micheal, and the rest of the crew are all awesome. Will continue bring all my vehicles here as long as we are here.

I needed some work done to my C5 Corvette. Josh and Kaden went above and beyond what other shops do to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of.Was 5 star, but with corporate changing the labor rate from 99/hr to 120/hr is a major turn off for me.

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option.I had some suspension work done on my Tesla Model 3, lowering springs to be exact. A few weeks later i hear a loud bang while driving. Took it to Tesla for inspection only to find out that the suspension components were not completely torqued to spec. The left lower control arm bolt had completely backed out and the control arm came off. Returned to Midas where I was told by Josh that they are not at fault and since I supplied the lowering springs non of the work was under warranty. Only thing is the part did not fail, the labor was subpar. Do not use this shop. I will be seeking legal advice.

Stsy the hell away!!! Couldnt balance my tires correctly after 2 trips. Went to discount tires where they found the workmanship was poor. Also tried to up me on some hidden repairs. Never going back there.

The only place I trust with my car. Honesty is the key and you get it here, and treated the way you want to be treated. I have no problems driving 35 minutes when I know I can leave knowing Im not getting hosed!

I hesitate to share this because one of the things I loathe the most is waiting forever at an auto shop, but at the risk of this place getting busier, I still want to share my experience in case they or corporate are reading this--this is the best auto shop in Parker! Whether brakes or just an oil change, its top notch work in a reasonable time, and you feel spoiled if you book in advance. This shop will treat you and your car right.

The people at midas were so helpful today! I got my muffler fixed in about 45 minutes and it was way cheaper than I thought it would be!! I would definitely go back! My car is performing so much better now!!

I had 2 other shops take a shot at fixing some rattles and noises coming from my Dodge pickup and after spending thousands elsewhere in town, I had Midas take a look and they fixed all my issues. My truck is now more enjoyable to drive and no more dummy light on the dash.

Kevin and Rosean were very nice and informative. We had trouble with our car on a road trip and we had our dog in the car. Kevin immediately got our dog water which was nice. Great customer service!

Their prices are fair and their staff is friendly and helpful. We have been taking both our HHR and our Jeep to them anytime we need just an oil change or any other service. They justify where every cost goes by itemizing it on their invoice which I like, and they guarantee their work. For the bad reviews saying that they had to wait for an oil change too long or they are expensive. You wait sometimes a little longer because they are busy and like to put the time into your vehicle to be sure it is properly taken care of. Two hours is not a long wait. If it is, the super 8 is right next door, go take a nap. And as far as price. Most mechanics cost more if not the same and they dont guarantee their work most of the time. I recently got an invoice for $1600. I wasnt that excited about it. But once I looked at everything itemized, I seen where all of the money went and I felt so much better about it. I will continue to take my vehicles to them and would recommend them to anyone.

I made an appointment online for an oil change late in the evening, the appointment was confirmed first thing in the morning for the same day. Due to a snow storm I had to reschedule to the next day, they had no issues doing that for me. Took the car in and was welcomed with a friendly greeting by Josh the GM. During the oil change they found a leak with the coolant. Took me to the garage to show me the leak. They quickly found the part and got me on the schedule for the next day. All the work was done the next day and I couldnt be happier.I never once feel pressured to get the work done by them or felt stupid for asking questions. I would take all my cars back without hesitation. Very friendly staff and got everything done quickly.

Zac is amazing to work with. Hes extremely knowledgeable and takes his time to explain the repairs in a way you can understand. The pricing is very reasonable and they did an excellent job on my truck. I highly recommend anyone take their vehicle here.

I Brought My ‘04 Tundra in and it was having issues turning and making a whining noise, So Josh and Scott both helped and found out what the actual issue was, the ball joints, and got it fixed immediately and gave a affordable price for me. When quoted the price for new rotors and pads for the back of my truck I was amazed at the price and expected a lot more out of pocket.They may be extremely busy but if Chris says they can get it in ... they will get it in and back out in a reasonable time.

I brought my truck in for an exhaust leak. They replaced one manifold, gasket and bolts for half the price that another shop had quoted. They were extremely professional and I would highly recommend them!

I have been a customer of this Midas location for 13 years, and I have always had good experiences. The staff is friendly and trustworthy. I recommend this Midas location readily!

My experience would take a long time to explain as it is riddled with nonsense and shady activity on the part of the employees at this store. Low-lights of the experience include but are not limited to: over 2 hour wait for an oil change which I made an appointment for; obvious workers had no idea what it takes to do an oil change on my vehicle; fiancées vehicle had the oil filter cover fly off vehicle the next day while getting on freeway. Ive done the oil changes on both of our vehicles and its not rocket science. These people are not qualified to work on modern vehicles. If you care as much about your vehicles as I do about mine; go somewhere else.

I filed suit against shop owner Rachid Ouasti for $6,300. The shop did a negligent radiator kit repair which allowed coolant to leak out of my radiator hoses, my engine to overheat, and head gaskets to blow according to the diagnosis of another local Midas shop. I had to replace the entire engine and Rachid refused to negotiate a settlement privately out of court. Stay away at all costs.

March 2017: Midas in Parker is knowledgeable, HONEST, and awesome! I brought my sons car to Christian Brothers in Castle Rock for a $90 alignment, but Christian Brothers told me they couldnt get the outer tie-rods off so they suggested a $1600 power steering rack replacement (with only a 2 yr warranty). That sounded strange and so I brought my sons car to Midas in Parker and they got the tie-rods off fine with no difficulty. I asked them for an estimate for the whole power-steering rack work, and they came in $400 less, with a 5 yr warranty (instead of Christian Brothers 2 yrs). Midas in Parker is awesome -- honest, and knowledgeable. Im glad that theyre my main place I use for my car now.Feb 2016: Service is great, people are knowledgeable, and the owner is really nice -- he gave me a ride home when I needed. I keep coming back for service here. Dont know why people are saying the service is bad or the owner is rude.

The customer service at this location is amazing. One two occasions after being told by two different dealerships that I needed work on my wifes 2011 Nissan Cube, Midas looked at the vehicle and told me that there was nothing wrong with my car. The integrity at this location is great and they are not looking to empty your wallet. I have a 2014 Honda Civic SI sedan and they installed a Skunk2 RR Megapower catback on my vehicle and the quality of the work was amazing. I bring both my vehicles to this location for basic oil changes all the way up to replacing a catalytic converter. I highly recommend this location for your service needs.

I would go to this place Everytime my car needed something. There was one man that set at the customer desk to help you when you came in the door. You knew who I was and the place was not expensive at. I trusted them to do a great job. And they did.Haha until he stepped down and went back to working on the cars. I was ok because he always made sure he got my care.Problem the front didnt care anymore, a customer was just money in the waiting room now. I was said. Now if I have to and the tire notice comes on and Im driving by I stop but I dont go there anymore. The place has been X on my list.

Too expensive and the mufflers were not straight! If you stand behind the car and look at the mufflers one higher than the other! On a classic car that has 50,000 invested you expect to get the right work done for that kind of money.
