The Parker Breaks Plus store is the best Brakes Plus I d been in. They are super friendly knowledgeable and really help you understand what repairs they are doing and why. Emily, the general manager, was able to help me get the battery replaced in my Jeep after another store was unable to do it due to the computer components on top of the battery. She got me in right away and was so helpful. Ill definitely be coming back for future service.

We brought our car in because it was losing coolant but had no obvious sign of a leak. The guys at Brake Plus got it in right away ran a pressure test and did not find anything wrong. Which was great news but even better they refused to charge me for the test since they couldnt fins anything wrong!

I had an ongoing problem with axles on my 2004 new beetle turbo S! The manager Emily was fantastic at helping me to find a solution to my problem! Since the auto parts stores could not get me the correct part, or a non-defective axle, I really needed her help! She went over and above to help me solve the problem! Without her the nightmare would not of been over!

The people here are kind and helpful. The shop and waiting areas are always kept clean. They work efficiently and always get my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely recommend!

Thought I might have an issue with the brakes on my truck. They checked it out and said I still had a lot of life in both front and back brakes. Didn’t charge me anything. Will definitely go back to this shop when I need some work done

Took my truck in to have an alignment done after install a lift. Picked the truck up and it was misaligned more then it was before I took it in. So I went back the following week. And they fixed it. But these guys had the nerve to go into my center console and steal my air pod pros, and a smoking pen I had in there. I know they took them because the last know location of my AirPods was at brakes plus. Don’t use these guys they are a bunch of thief’s!

I HIGHLY recommend this Brakes Plus location in Parker! As a woman, Im always nervous taking my car in for services because I usually feel as though Im being taken advantage of since Im not terribly knowledgeable about the inner workings of vehicles. This morning, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received! Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. I wasnt up-sold on anything I didnt need, and I wasnt told that my vehicle needed a laundry list of things done to it. In fact, I told them to change my filters, if needed, and they told me I didnt need it! That honesty spoke volumes to me and I really appreciated it! On top of it all, I was in and out in under an hour. The waiting room was divided up into several different spaces so I could easily social-distance during my visit. This will absolutely be my go-to location from now on!

A big shout out to the awesome team at Brakes Plus. My daughter’s car needed a new brake light and the guys offered to install the light bulb at no cost. It took a couple of minutes and it seems minor but I couldn’t have been more grateful. Thank you again... evening was approaching and I had a long drive ahead.

Most affordable, computer driven alignment check and calibration around! Setting up an appointment was easy, and from the time I arrived the service was quick and thorough from checking my SUVs alignment to getting things back in line! The staff was friendly, explained things as they went, and I was in and out in under an hour. Great service and good warranty, would recommend and will come back again.

Very dissapointed with them. Today we went in for our break repairs, first of all they took forever just to inspect our car. Later on after a call they decided to look into our car breaks, the quote given by them was 3 times more than other repair stores. We got expenses from 2 places Midas and Firestone which was far less. Completely do not rely on appointment as well because one day before they told us we are occupied, even if you have appointment, we are not taking so that was super frustrating.

They inspected my car and let me know I still had 80 percent life on my brakes left. There was no charge and everyone was so nice. When I need brakes, I will be going here!

This place is a 100% first class operation. They did a great and quick job replacing my brake pads and rotors. It was way cheaper than the dealer too. After a couple weeks, I thought I may have had a brake fluid leak so they told me to bring it on down. It ended up being an oil leak because the IDIOTS at TYNANS VOLKSWAGEN did not screw my oil plug in tight enough. After checking that out, they even cleaned up the mess on the bottom of the car from the oil and topped it off. Theres absolutely no reason to go to the dealer for brakes or oil changes when these guys are around.

When I received my car, the panel on the side of the drivers seat had been damaged and would not stay in place.I showed the manager, Emily, and she looked and saw the plastic clips were broken that held it in place, they were still hanging by a slim stip.Without any more questions, she told me she would order a replacement part and have it installed for me. Which she then did! I was impressed.Emily should be in charge of Corporate Customer Service, she is a walking training video of how to be professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a great experience working with Donnie!! He got my oil changed and my alignment issue corrected quickly. He also pointed out a battery leak I had that likely could have left me stranded on a colder day. He did note some things on my car as well that would need addressed in the future but stated I could wait until I was financially able to take care of them and did not pressure me to do them now as they can wait a bit. I highly recommend Brakes Plus on Hess and Parker and definitely work with Donnie when you go there. Thanks Donnie, youre the best!!!!

Problem with my windshield wiper pump not working. Turned out a hose had come loose. They fixed this in a few minutes, refilled my washer fluid, all at no charge. We always receive the best and honest service at Brakes Plus

Replaced brake rotors and brake pads myself and was not happy with some sounds I was hearing. I stopped in to have brakes plus look into the issue and they looked everything over, test drove and did not charge me at all. Not many places would take the time to do all that if you did the work yourself.

I have a long trip coming and I needed oil change at the last minute. Came to Brakes Plus without an appointment and concerned that I wouldn’t have a chance to fit in. Jesse was very professional and friendly. Did what he could to squeeze me in and took great care of my car. Now I know why people gave them five stars. Because they deserve it! I stopped in to get my back turn light fixed. They were super nice. Replaced it immediately and did not charge for it. We usethis brakes plus location for all our oil changes, brake issues, etc. Always polite and efficient.

Ryan the manager and Jessie the service writer are both friendly and professional. The work Ive had done there on 4 different cars has always been good. I dont know how the prices compare to other mechanics but there are usually coupons and manager discounts they will apply if you ask for them.

I moved here from Sarasota, Florida in September . I’d had some brake work done in Florida before my drive to Colorado. Once I got here my granddaughter needed to use my ca while he’s was being repaired. I took it in to Brakes Plus to make sure the brakes were safe. Within minutes of arriving Donnie the Service Advisor had it out test driving it. After a thorough review of my Lexus Donnie assured me brakes were safe but struts are needed soon. I plan to return it there because I have found an honest repair shop and to a single woman tat is priceless! Tank you Donnie and team! I will e back!!

Amazing service!! Had wobbly brakes so I stopped in to schedule an appointment. The staff got me in right away without an appointment and discovered my rotors were warped. No saying they will be able to get everyone in immediately but nice to know they will if they have the open bay. Brake were fixed in no time!!

Ive visited this location twice in one week for both of my vehicles. Each time I was welcomed with excellent customer service and professionalism. Ryan is the best and I’ll definitely be back to visit.

You guys rock!!! We were loading up the camping trailer to head out for an extended weekend when the water pump left a gift for me in the driveway. The fellow on the other end of the phone told me to get the car in immediately and hell get us on the road. He did exactly what he said he would do and then a little extra. It was a good experience not having to argue and fret over the repair. When you find a store like this you wantto keep coming back, dependable, reliable, honest and hard working, what more can you ask for?

The staff was very professional and polite. However, I asked them to tighten up some bolts as a favor to my service, and they said they hooked it up and everything is good. A little while later the same bolts I asked to have tightened weren’t that tight upon inspection of other things.

We have had our cars serviced here a few different times for different issues. Each time we were able to get in and serviced very quickly, typically on the same or next day. This most recent time involved replacement of wheel bearings and an alignment. The issue was diagnosed very quickly and had it not been for an unexpected CV joint problem, our car would have been home the same day. Donny and Ryan apologized for the delay in waiting for a part and graciously covered the cost of the additional repair. Ryan also took the initiative and found $45 worth of coupons for our repairs! I have been very happy with the service and care Brakes Plus at Hess Rd has given my family.

I took my car in to have the brakes fixed and they confirmed the brakes were ok and did not need to be replaced. They did a full inspection to be sure. Its nice to know that they wont recommend repairs when not needed. It is where I will take my vehicles for all Brake needs.

Walked out to my truck the morning following $300 worth of brake services. Front passenger side tire was completely flat. Valve stem caps missing, valve core lose. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise as a brake pad retaining pin was hanging out. They forgot to install a hitch pin on it. Just got lucky the wheel didnt shear it clean off.Normally I do all simple servicing of my vehicles myself. In a moment of laziness I figured Id give these guys a shot. Wont make the same mistake again. I shouldnt have to check other peoples work after dropping $300. Leaving parts off a life-critical component like brakes is inexcusable too. They did do a nice job resurfacing the rotors - Ill give them that.

These guys were AMAZING. My car was making a dreadful noise (that I was ignoring) finally took it to them. Jessie took care of me right away. They were upfront about the issues and pricing. They had me in and out of the shop in less than an hour with no appointment. They went above and beyond. I couldnt be more impressed with Jessie and the entire staff.

We took our Huyandi Santa Fe to them after our engine light came up and the code had read that our catalytic converter was going out and needed to be replaced. Anyone who knows car and mechanics knows that’s a pretty penny to spend to get that part fixed. They did a great job and got it done quickly. But after having our vehicle back for a week or so, the check engine light popped back on and we noticed some issues with it driving. Took it back to these guys and turned out one of our O2 sensors had gone out. Once again, that would have been a pretty penny to spend fixing but hey, it needed it done, so we dropped off our vehicle to them. We got a call from them saying it was indeed that part, they’ve replaced it and our car seems to be doing great now. AND they COVERED the ENTIRE cost of this because they knew we had already spent quite a bit on the catalytic converter. 🤯😭 Talk about some wonderful customer service and community!We couldn’t be more pleased with their work and the ownership of this place. Thanks guys!

Took my vehicle in for new rear brakes and paid for the parking brake adjustment. Got home and put the parking brake on. The pedal went to the floor and my vehicle rolled down the driveway. I took it back in and instead of telling me they forgot to do the work, fed me some BS about stretched cables. Funny how they were able to get it to work when I brought it back. I just had my front brakes done elsewhere and asked them to check the rear parking brake cables. They said they were fine.

The Guys here are Great. I bring my car here all the time. Donnie and Ryan always go out of their way to take care of me. Today my wife was having an issue with a check engine light they scanned it at no charge and it turned out to be a simple fuse they replaced it and she was promptly on her way back to TJ Maxx.
