Worst customer service ever, I got there at 4:50 and it was closed.when they don’t close until 5. I called and she said she already put her droor away. Like why close 10 minutes early and put your till away? She saw me waiting at the door and was laughing. Never coming back and DO NOT recommend coming here. 9-2-21 at 4:40 whatever employee that was should definitely be fired.

The Sales person was very nice and knowledgeable about the products in the store. I was very happy about them having more of a selection of hair products.Thank you so much.Your doing great

The lady working there is extremely rude. I will go out of my way to go to a different location or a different store as to not have to see her ever again! The younger girl working at the store is friendly and nice.

Happy to finally have this in Parker.....but they need to work on their customer service. BIG TIME! Ive been in about 7 or 8 times now and every time I go the lady working is SO rude. A few times Ive come about 15 minutes before they close (their hours suck) which should be fine only takes me about 5 mins to pick up what I need. Both times I was rudely confronted that they close in 10 mins (yes, not 15) as soon as I walked in the door. It seems like they do not want/need business. I will gladly start going to Cosmo prof up the street ✌

Went to pick up supplies and add my mother to my account so she can pick things up for me. The lady there was so rude! She yelled from the front desk if we were finding everything ok, mind you my mother and I were the only ones in the store. Her customer service was a joke. Then the lady proceeds to tell me that I can’t add my mother to my account, when I know for a fact I can! Then when checking out I ask nicely for some NAPE razors. I had to repeat myself 5 times then point out what they were! I feel the people working for you should know the product!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The lady working there wouldnt even get off her butt to assist me in finding something. She had a terrible attitude, sorry for disturbing you when youre working.Im a licensed nail tech and esthetician since 2010 and state law says I can purchase 2 tubes of color for personal use and she wouldnt sell to me. Know your about before you open a beauty supply. Absolute joke
