Its hard to find a good haircut. This is not the worst but I am in the military and I need a tight fade. It was as if they had no idea how to do it. We got through it and I ended up with a decent haircut but there was a lot of additional blending needed, and I had to touch it up a little when I got home. I would go here again if I was in a jam but its likely not to be my fist choice. The search continues...

I not one to make long standing appointments. Been coming here for years with many stylist. Never disappointed and that is with a cut and color. Very friendly atmosphere..

I really love Shawna, shes the only gal my mom and I will go to anywhere. Other gals there are friendly and competent as well.

The last two visits here were very disappointing. The staff were friendly enough in the beginning and the place was empty. They got me right away and started cutting. However this particular staff member got confused when asked to part my hair. She seemed to not know what she was doing, when not but a few minutes before she bragged about her experience. She ended up just giving me a bowl cut, and when told it wasnt right, she got angry and had a horrible attitude. I said i changed my mind because i didnt want her to continue messing it up. I pointed to a picture of something similar on the wall, and she even messed that up. I got out of there as fast as possible. Now i see why Fantastic Sams is always empty. Rude and inexperienced staff. Go to the place next door. I will never be returning.

Ive gone to this location twice and each time Ive been disappointed. I ask for a specific haircut, and each time I get a reaction that suggests I dont know what I want with my hair. Then the proceed to cut my hair. Each time by two different stylists they decide to cut it how they want, not how I requested. The last visit they wanted to leave more than they wanted to service their customer. I will never waste my money there again.

I would honestly give this place less 0 stars if I could. I have gone in as a walk in twice in 2 weeks and have waited by the door for 10 mins without anyone acknowledging us. No one said “hello” or “we’ll be right with you” no one said anything and we just stood up there waiting. When we finally got in to get a haircut it looked awful. It was a young women no more then 20 years old and she did not know what she was doing. We had to go to Floyd’s and pay for another haircut to get this fixed. In all my years of going to this location this has never happened. This place has really gone downhill. I will never come back.

Tina, the color specialist, is sooo good. My hair is perfect every time. I get so many compliments and its all because of Tina.

I asked for bangs and for thin hair (because my hair is very thick) and they didnt do either, they just shortened it. I wanted to grow it out! NOT going back there again.

The lady who was cutting my brothers hair was making racist comments and was cursing non stop. Very disrespectful.

I asked for a fade and it wasnt. All same length on sides all the way up. Top length to short and missed spot so longer in areas that should be same length.
