Went looking for a small local business to support and came across Cinderella Ranch. The moment I walked in, they offered their assistance. They were very accommodating and friendly. The shop is open, clean and have a cute selection of clothes, jewelry, shoes and gifts. The clothes are very soft and are made well. Definitely a boutique store. I circled the store 3 times to make sure I was able to see everything.The very young lady (wink, wink) checked me out and they have bags cute enough for me to use for my gift. I inquired about the return policy in these ‘Covid’ times and they will be accommodating.I will be back!

Cinderella Ranch Boutique is a quaint treasure trove tucked between a UPS store and a liquor store. Everything from trendy sweaters to timelessly stunning leather handbags and thoughtful gifts can be found in this local shop. I was greeted with friendliness and helped to find something just right.

Love this place! Every piece they sold was carefully chosen to fit their style, and yet be versatile enough for women to fit the pieces into their own closet. The staff while I was there on 10 AUG was a dream to work with. They helped me find different pieces and made me feel great about myself and my selections (Including suggesting various ways to style the skirt I bought). I would most definitely shop here again. The only negative here is (of course) the boutique pricing. But what can you do?

Quite pricey for the less than perfect quality. But nice clothing. I found some deals. Definitely worth walking in.

Last night I returned a sweater to this store. Im not fond of a store whose policy is store credit only but I can deal with this. I was the only customer in the store for a while and I proceeded to shop for a replacement item to use my store credit. As this store is a small boutique I would expect that they would be interested in helping their customers. This was not the case! The clerk never asked if I needed help. Each time I tried on a few items in the dressing room, I would have to get completely redressed to go back out into the store to find the correct size. The clerk never offered once to help. I was frustrated as they did not have a variety of sizes. There were lots of shirts that had six size smalls or four size larges, in one style, to name just a few examples. I really wanted to find a pair of jeans but was unable to figure out their system. On one wall the jeans were too small but on the other wall they were too long. Im an average sized women at 56, 130lbs, after several tries I finally gave up. Again, no offer of assistance from the clerk. Instead of the boutique shopping being a pleasant experience it was an unpleasant one. I can gaurantee you I will never shop here again. There are just too many choices out there with good customer service!
