I like it. It seems well organized and clean. People at checkout were very nice and friendly. I got some good deals on quality baby toys.
Ive never been let down by Good Will in Parker. Lots of great stuff at reasonable prices. They carry clothes, shoes, accessories, home goods and furniture. The new location is set up well and shelves/racks are always full. The only thing I really miss is the 50% on 1st Saturdays of the month.
The store was very clean and organized. They have great inventory and the flow of the store makes sense. We found great deals in books, clothing, and Halloween wares.
I brought a few boxes of donations and warned the employees that there were glass/fragile items inside of them (some were even visible right on top.) The employees grabbed the boxes out of my hands and literally dropped them into the big blue bins, ignoring what I said. I heard glass shatter. Then they tossed in one of my bins, busting off the handle. Next I see my printer being tossed in on top of my boxes. I watched it break and heard more glass shatter. The employees were snagging things out of my hands and throwing things aggressively as if they were in a hurry, but there was no one waiting behind me. Even if there was a reason to be in a hurry, there is no excuse to handle things so carelessly the way they did.I take great care of my belongings and only donate items that are in good condition. I left feeling disgusted with how they treated my things that are now all broken and going to end up in the trash. Next time I have stuff to donate I will be taking it elsewhere.
The store is organized for the most part. Prices are a little high for certain things. I wish things were more clearly labeled and there was more space between the racks. Overall it was good and Id return.
Awesome! Wasnt too crowded and we had a amazing staff woman help us find what we were looking for. Walked out with more items that we went in looking for. Great finds!
I have no idea what people are talking about when they say that the prices are high. Onesies in brand new condition are $2.99 at their highest. Most children’s clothes are $1.99 and .99. I, myself, got two brand new brand name tank tops for $1.99 each. I’ve never left this location empty handed. They hands down have some of the best items I’ve seen at a Goodwill and the prices are incredibly fair. There are thrift stores I won’t name, closer to Denver that are WAY overpriced. I thrift on a regular basis and this store is one of my favorites because of both selection and pricing. The staff is weird I suppose. Several times they just walked out in front of me, stood there like I wasn’t pushing a cart through an aisle and then looked at me like I was in the wrong. They aren’t the “friendliest” bunch of people but the prices and store itself are great. It’s also, a VERY clean location!!
The store is in a better location to where you have easier access to go in and out. And the Atmosphere is calm and collected.
Most of the employees are nice and helpful! The store is well organized. The only complaint I have... my Mother asked if they take military discount and they said only on Tuesdays. However, we were there yesterday on a Wednesday and another employee said it was everyday. When my Mother asked the woman again and said she just got it yesterday, the woman argued with her and said to another employee”This woman doesn’t believe me.”Either some employees know what they’re doing there or they don’t. One minute they say we take it every day and others say “no, only on Tuesdays” Hmmm, sounds like they need more coaching before they can help the customers.
The employees are always so nice, and everything is in the correct place size wise...great displays too.
I always find amazing things here. The store is clean and the employees are super friendly. So worth the 2+ hr drive!
Great store. Did not find anything that was of interest to me this day. Usually I do. Store was clean. Employees were helpful. Will be back
Going here was amazing, they had a lot of stuff, and really good quality stuff. Me and my family found a lot of things we were looking for and the cashier was really nice and helpful.
Good deal so much to buy a lot of things I buy Blue Crush and I buy Cinderella Man and I got two Diet Cokes and thats about it.
Very clean & organized. Prices are a little high, but its worth feeling safe. Lol
The New Goodwiill store is great with so many good deals. The merchandise is a much better quality than it used to be.
I take a nice chair in good condition to them; no tears, no stains, only a few years old, and the guy refuses it. Says they take furniture, but they only want new looking furniture. They should advertise truthfully that they only accept new looking furniture.
They took away the daily senior discount. The prices have gone up as well the old location was much better
Always a pleasure. And this store has amazing items and a friendly staff
Great selection, but many items are overpriced. This weekend numerous womens shoes were marked $15+ and they were not in great condition at all. Service is always good.
Incredibly helpful and friendly staff!
I love the inventory here. I always find something perfect
Was very nice store.
Im not a fan of the round racks. Clothing is extremely expensive given that you can go to the outlet mall and buy brand new clothing for the same price. I have stopped shopping and donating here for the fact they charge a lot for free, donated merchandise. I would rather offer my items to donate on online resale apps. Plus I have found the Veterans will come to your home and pick up your donated items on a scheduled day. Way better than having to wait in the long lines at Goodwill. Plus the items go to people who really could use help. Salvation Army has the better deals in Parker. Otherwise, if you have time, go closer to Denver to thrift. The prices are better elsewhere.
Well organized thrift store.
Fun place to shop, prices are decent.
Very organized and clean. Great selection
I’m a little disappointed and surprised at how high the prices are at Parker Goodwill. Someone who left a review said she could get brand new clothes at the outlet mall for the same price or less. It’s very true. I love thrifting but it’s not as fun when the donated used clothes, etc are overpriced. When people think of thrift stores, they generally think low prices. Not anymore.
Found a few things. New store new location. New items
Good nice time pick up a chunk of bronze.
Amazing drop off center, helped unload everything made everything very fast!!!!
I love this good will as far as goodwills go that Ive gone to. They have great prices lots of clothes brand name clothes my kids wont be caught dead in there.. but I can buy stuff there bring it home and yes they will wear it ..they also have good furniture & housewares.. the employees are nice.. I just love the store the only thing you need to keep a watch if you have returns you will get store credit there is no refund
Bought a couch and chair for my kids, paid for it, my son went to pick it up the next day, it was not there, it was sold to someone else. My son went to the manager, and she told him that she could not refund the money, only give him a store credit for returned merchandise. He told them he had nothing to return. He asked for corporates number, she gave him a bogus number. After he called goodwills legal team, and spoke to the corporate manager, he was able to get a refund.
The staff at this location is very rude. When we went to donate items, we arrived just after 2. The gal outside said yes, they were closed for donations for the day, but she said it was fine to leave the items we had because we drove 40 minutes to get there. After we started unloading another gal came out, raising her voice, saying “No! No more! We Are Closed!!!” I told her what the other gal said and she said, “I don’t know who told you that!” I pointed her out. Then she said, “I do t care! You need to stop!!” It’s astounding! They make their living off people generously giving items to them to resell, and yet they treat those people like enemies. I’ll find another organization to give to.
Good selection, clean store.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR STUFF TO THE GOODWILL IN PARKER! They question every box you have and want to cherry pick what is in them. Unreasonable! If your giving them stuff for FREE, you cant be questioning your donors. Post a notice what you will and will not take and trust that people will adhere to that request! Dont question what they are bringing you FOR FREE!!!!! They received their last donation from me today. Ill drive down the street to the Arc, or go across town in Denver to take it to the Mile High Thrift. They are always happy to receive donations. Im sure that the Goodwill is happy to take our cash donations without question!!! Unbelievable!!! This has happened one to many times, and I am done with the Goodwill. I will never shop there again either. They send all the good stuff to auction on line or it goes out the back door, and we never see the best of what they receive anyway.
Great deals
The manager sucks. Very stupid and unprofessional.i will never shop at this store again.
LOCATION IS CLOSED!!! Dropped off donations a couple of weeks ago and it was fine. Drove by yesterday to drop more off and the store signs have been removed and a sign on the front door says they are closed.
They have good customer service, good prices. They also allow you to bring things in to see if it will work with other items as long as you talk to them first! They carry a lot of different things.
I love goodwill but the parker store is a bit over the top when they are selling a rocking chair for more than target is charging for the same chair in a closed box. Call me crazy but their blue tag prices are getting really excessive guys. It kind of sucks because you use to be able to get some amazing deals and last I checked they received donations and dont pay for their stock.
We found some great stuff there, I wanted to stay longer. I will definitely be back, soon. The young man that checked us out was very nice.
So disappointed with new location! No discounts, really disorganized, round, cluttered racks; high$$$. Awful!
One of the best Goodwills Ive been to! Always have a great selection of clothing, furniture, and miscellaneous items. Prices are reasonable and staff is helpful. Organized and clean, as well.
So I tried to donate a lot of stuff and they were very rude. It was like haggling. They were extremely slow and the guy helping me asked his supervisor constantly if they could take something. I felt bad for everyone waiting in line because he did this on every item. In the end they took everything but 2 end tables and a back pack. They were in great condition, but they said because the pack was slightly dirty and I mean slightly that they could not take it and since the end tables had very slight scratches on the top they denied those too saying they had to be like they were just bought at the store. I pointed out that they are a thrift store and sell used stuff. So unprofessional and I will never be coming here again. Salvation army is so much better. Only reason I could not donate to them was because they were full. Plus salvation army actually has higher quality stuff at a cheaper price.
Some good finds here and an easy donation drop off. Lately, though, the store has been really disorganized. We all know that second hand stores can be that way, but the clothing racks have size S through XXXL mixed in. Its as if the staff just stopped trying to give it any effort.
Probably the best Goodwill weve been to in the Denver area (and weve been to a lot of them). Great deals and very pleasant folks, well be back!
I bought a bench from this goodwill to use in my classroom. It was $25, which was a little more than what I wanted to spend on a piece of classroom furniture, but it was just what I was looking for so I bought it. The first day, within the first hour of having students use it, the center of the bench cracked. I called to see if I could return it for store credit and they rudely said no. I buy a lot of furniture for my classroom every year and do a lot to help the community. It’s a true disappointment when a facility that claims to help their community can’t do a measly exchange for a local teacher.
Found some absolute gems, definitely worth a weekly visit
They offer a variety of products! The clothing sections are typically organized, which makes it easy to find what youre looking for. They have furniture for sale also.
The new addition to the store, 99 cent area is great for bargain hunters but the selection of things there is now renewed as often as necessary.I came there to shop and again after 3 days, the things were the same just with slight addition of 2 new boxes. The store is clean with lots of light. The floor is filled with useful things in good condition. New things are added daily.
The most disorganized Goodwill I have ever been to! Girls clothes in with mens. Youth med shirts in with mens med. After looking briefly I couldnt handle it and bought 1 item and ran. Staff friendly and helpful.
Good and child friendly but there was no smoking sign and elderly man was just walking around smoking forgetting there were kids around, just in case he throws the cigarette bud it might spark fire cos of the wood shavings so cos of that Ill rate this mice place ZERO!!! Our kids deserves better!
Still has some decent stuff, But it isnt what it used to be. I seem to remember when it first opened it had a lot of really good stuff. Now not so much. The organization of the store seems to go through waves. Sometimes the clothes are well organized by size, and sometimes (like today), there really is no point in having the size dividers because everything is all mixed together. Still, I dont completely slam the place because after all, it is a thrift store. Its not a Nordstroms. You get what you get.
Neatly organized, big store with lots of options for whatever you are looking for, and of course, cheap prices. The only thing I didnt care for was the amount of people there were in line didnt accommodate only 2 registers being open. Long line to check out. But that may have depended on the time and day I went
It was pleasant. I spend about an hour there when I go because there is so many hidden treasures there.
Overall the selection is pretty good, prices could be better considering its a thrift store. Some areas are a bit unorganized but I think thats because they have so much stuff because its basically the only thrift store in the area that accepts larger items.
We like to take the household items we no longer use for donation here. They have a drive through which is convenient.
They appreciated everything we took in.
All I wanted to do was get myself some pants and shirts, but was judge by the staff even carol the gm laughed behind my back, all because I’m Hispanic. They all white rude people. I hope people take some action on this racist behaviors, check the store out and you will see. People can be mea, do not recommend this store to any race until this location gets fixed. 2019 stop hating us who’re people!
Their 99 cent area is so great! Found a lot great deals there. The staff if super friendly !!
Very friendly staff.
Ive been to couple of Goodwills around the denver metro area and this is my favorite. The store is spacious, clean and organized. I have found better quality merchandise here.
Drove all the way out here and the store was completely empty and closed. Thanks google maps.
This is a Goodwill not Macys. 25.00 for a used pair of jeans. I dont care what the brand is. They have lost track of who thrift stores were designed to serve. Its not people who can afford 25.00 used jeans. Everything but the blue tag items are donated. Not all of the Goodwills are like this though.
Meh, on selection and service. Its been hot it miss on getting helpful and friendly staff. Selection is not as good as in N. Springs.
Great bargains. Nice staff. A great place to slend time.
Excellent shopping experience and very good values. Mostly gently used gear, dishes, clothing, and more with helpful people.
Love seeing my friends at the Goodwill on Saturday mornings. Great people doing gods work.
Found great deals. Spent hours there
Have found some good deals here. Its worth the trip to find them.
This is a great place to spend your money because most of it gets donated to charity.
Fabulous! I love the cashiers!
Reasonably well organized and always a decent value.
This Goodwill has some great stuff! Thrifting here was a lot of fun!
Pulled up with a trailer full of childrens furniture, the guys working had no interest in helping me unload it, I unloaded most if it by myself, then one guy comes over to announce they dont take baby stuff. I said this is furniture, he focused in on one baby bouncer, still didnt help with the furniture, instead started looking thru the toys I was donating and saying no to things. Very rude and unhelpful! Im called ARC next time!
Great Store! Super Clean and great customer service
I was pleasantly surprised to find the store organization and clean. I got some real bargains too!
Tons of stuff and pretty well organized. Prices are usually great.
Love the will of the good! Great deals! Even better Service! A++
Clean brightly lit store, nice people work here, too!
Great prices and staff! Love it here!
Cool goodwill, where all my familys donations go. I once found a Pentax camera and lens from the 1960s here.
Horrible staff, seems like they know the locals and are only friendly to them. Also like they make sure to know they will work as slow as they can. If you are ina hurry, make sure to start checking out 20 mins early!
Its not go the greatest vibe, but this store has some good clothes and great prices, especially stuff with the tag color which is on sale!
Need to hire a manager that can make decisions on his own.
They pull the colored tags that are on sale off the floor. I watched them do it.
Stopped by to donate stuff on a weekday and their donation drop off area was closed. There were cones up and no apparent reason the drop off would be closed. I’m not sure how a key aspect of their business wasn’t open during a weekday. Won’t be back.
Very nice place worth coming here to find unique treasures
This is my favorite goodwill in the area. They always have a great selection of furniture and it is very organized.
Employees are a bit pushy some items are a bit overpriced
The saddest Goodwill in the world. Which is weird since you would think Parker would have good stuff.
It was easy to drop stuff off, but the store itself leaves a lot to be desired. Its rather disorganized and things are just thrown on shelves.
This place is very friendly for donations and prices are good.
Great finds. Busy store, but worth going in.
Cant think of a better thrift store! Love it!!
