I really like the Game Stop in Parker Colorado. The employees who work there now are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are more then willing to help if need be or give you space as you wish.

They helped me get the exact piece I needed quick and fast my baby (Xbox OG) has came back to life. Wish I had gotten the Ms.’s name. Thank you.

These people were great after I was kind of rude about them not price matching. Found out that each store price matches differently and I thought they all matched the same. Sorry for that and thanks for you help.

I freaking love gamestop! Everyone that works there is amazing and even gave me HUGE tips about the games I was buying for my 5 yr old and I to play. They saved me a lot of shenanigans with their tips. I will be back (probably tomorrow). They are seriously the best!

Every single time I have been here, the staff has been amazingly helpful. They actually listen to what games I like and recommend similar games, instead of other locations where they talk down to you and tell you what they play. And, I called when a brand new game released, and even though they had 12 in stock they still set one aside for me because the guy realized I wanted the game so bad. Also, this location has never been overcrowded. Definitely my store forever!

Pre ordered nascar heat 5 and wasnt even put on shipment until day of release and was told 1 to 2 weeks before arrival they couldnt do any better of getting it here be last time I pre order anything at this store be going back to my southlands where I know my orders be here on time

I absolutely love going to this GameStop. The staff there is really awesome, they are always friendly and helpful, especially Jasmine and Mikaela. Normally, I have a hard time approaching store employees and asking for help but with them its really easy. If I could give this store a higher rating, I would give them a twenty outta ten.

I come here for games & gaming hardware. Their staff is very knowledgeable and they were very helpful with me when I was looking for a new headset. I didnt feel pressured into buying the most expensive pair, and the lady who was helping me actually owned a couple of the different sets so she was able to give good advice on which ones were better suited for what I was looking for. The employees are all friendly and great at what they do and I will continue to be using this gamestop

Everytime I go in there the staff is always cool and helpful! Quincy was polite and knowledgeable of a handful of the games and offered great suggestions!

I love the store and I love the selection. Most of the employees are very nice. I dont like how used games are worth almost nothing but are very expensive to buy. Also, some of the used games are dirty. I love the pro membership and the points system.

When there was the pre release for Battlefield 1 I went and picked up my copy at 10:00. After getting home and finding out that one of the codes it came with didnt work, I called to see what to do. The staff stayed after they were already closed in order for me to exchange my copy. Turns out it was a PlayStation network error, but the fact they were willing to stick around just for me was awesome. That is real customer service.

So the workers there are nice! Super friendly and willing to help... but they obviously dont test the used products that they sell. I bought a controller on Sunday (used) and it had a ton of issues. It didnt charge, turned off on its own, glitches and would just scroll and not stop... so I took it in and the nice kid traded it for me... buttt the new one I got today same thing... there is something wrong with the analogs and it sticks like no other. They better give my money back, and I will be taking it else where!

What a joke. This place is ridiculous I have come here 4 times in two weeks and every time I come there is some problem that prevents me from buying or trading. Whether its we only except cash today or our internet is down we cant sell you anything or do any trades. There is always a problem. The employees here are slow, ignorant and really dont care in general. I personally am getting sick of gamestop at this point I am just going to start buying games online and selling my equipment on ebay or something at the very least find a different gamestop.

Building was cramped and not much room to move around. Staff was slightly rude, didnt seem to want to interact with customers. Three employees while I was there, two customers in the shop including myself. While standing in line one employee answer their phone and walked into the back room, one employee was stuck at the register awaiting a customer to unlock a device they were trying to trade in, while the I stood in line being ignored by the 3rd employee. Was not offered service plan for the game, wasnt the best experience.

This place is a joke. Everytime I have come to this place theres another problem preventing me for buying, trading or selling. Last time the employee pulled the idk how to do that sir. This time it was the oh dear our internet is broken we cant sell you stuff maaan f*** yall.

They straight up lied about the gaming headphones I bought. They said I could play more than a few hours without any ear or head pains with them. LIES. It starting jackin up my ears within the first hour. The best part is they say I cant get a refund. Even though this product causes me pain. They will say anything to make a sale there.

I was in there over the weekend and this rude guy helped me, Quincy?? He had a terrible attitude and just rude when I asked him about a game. Also his breathe was disgusting.

The store was revamped and now looks amazing! Some of the staff is generally pretty helpful, while others are horrible at serving you. Anyway, I purchased a USED xbox 360(white) and got home and opened it. For starts, the controller was absolutely FILTHY. There was coffee stains, crayon marks, dust, and looked to be a silly amount of cigarette or weed ash in between buttons. Next, the console was filthy as well! Marks were EVERYWHERE, fingerprints from cheetohs, stickers still on the console, and to top it off, the disk tray was broken already. HORRIBLE purchase and im going back today for a full refund.
