This shop is legit. Not a typical chain pawn shop, they actually talk to you like a person, so that already made a big impression on me. Theyve got some cool stuff inside and reasonable prices are offered for pawns and sales. Would recommend!

Grover and his family have always taken care of us and are always helpful this pawnshop obviously is about making money but they are family ran and take care and help everyone who uses them. They do want to see you lose your belongings and will always try to help as long as you can communicate with them about whats going on. Ive been using this pawnshop for 4+ years now and Ive had no issues. Will always come back and Ive referred tons of friends to them.

Over the past year, thanks to the pandemic, money has been tight enough that Ive needed some collateral loans to make it through the lean months. Usually I hate dealing with pawn shops because they can be very predatory, but the owners here provide truly fair service and rates, and always seem to be willing to work with you to make sure youre getting the best deal you can.Ive never felt taken advantage of, here, nor have I ever walked out thinking I didnt get a fair loan. If youre in a pinch and need some extra scratch, this is IMO the only place in Parker you should go.

I frequently shop pawn shops in Colorado, looking for certain items to buy. Been to Parker Pawnshop 3 times and Im greatly pleased with the professionalism that Ive gotten each of the three visits. Great deals on items in the store and a wide variety of items. Ive rated Parker Pawnshop five stars, the highest rating of any pawn shop that Ive rated so far. Love this place, heading there now for my fourth visit.

I came in looking to get a few hundred for my wedding rings. I wasnt greedy, I asked for 400, in which I could have gotten atleast 1500-2000 for them! I even came in with my purchase papers. They lowballed me for $180! Also, I tried looking at their reviews, oddly enough ONLY the good reviews are available to see. This is a shady practices, buyers/sellers be ware.

Parker pawnshop rock. I was in a need of cash. I went to this pawn shop and the person that was there treated me great. I came in with some gold ring to sell and I wanted 100.00.. the person that was there I believe his name is Mr Grover. He said that I was selling it to cheap. To my surprise he offer me more money.What pawn shop can you go and Expect them to be Honest. So for now on this pawn shop has my business. I will also refer my friend and family to this place.

I went to this pawn shop for the first time on 4/26/19, and it was a great experience. This shops selection of items -- especially tools -- is outstanding, and the shops proprietors (Grover and Rahi on the day I was there) are terrific. I really enjoyed my experience looking through all the items in the store (which is a LOT) and talking with the folks in the shop ---- including other customers. Everyone that was there on the day I was there were all smiles, and clearly enjoying themselves as they went through the shop and interacted with Grover and Rahi.I will definitely be going back to this shop, and may even go back again today.

Well.. Up until today it was wonderful.. I called to see if my overdue merchandise was still there fully knowing that I would either have late fees or have to buy it back at whatever price he set them at... I just wanted it back. I unfortunately had stuff come up and was unable to pickup when I originally stated I would. I was met with aggressive rude tone.. Talking over me.. Raising his voice.. Threatening me. Now I think that was uncalled for. I was not arguing at all.. Just wanted to buy back my stuff. But now... I will not return for it.. I will buy a new one. This guy is rude and threatening. And I am very disappointed in how I was Treated and will not return nor recommend anyone go there. He just lost a good customer... And the funny thing is I would have paid any price for them for sentimental reasons but did not get the chance to convey that. Its unfortunate... For him I guess.

Thursday afternoon, 2 p.m., door locked, no sign in the window. Paycheck burning a hole in my pocket, just trying to browse the store and find something cool. How are you going to run a business without any sort of communication WHY your door is closed during normal business hours? From the consumer standpoint, things are forgivable upon some sort of communication. But there is no sign in the window, other than the normal business hours, which the door is locked during. Why would I spend my time driving to this door again if its just going to be locked when I show up, without even a post-it note scribed on lunch, back in 30?

This place is a joke . I took in a limited edition watch that was appraise at $625. I fell on hard times and went in to sell. The rudest lady that could not get off her cell like a high school girl, looked at the watch and said $30. I said your joking, you could sell for at least $500. Then she says well let me look closer then offers $35 . This place knows nothing about any item . Dont go here please . You will seriously have better odds of getting what you want on craigslist .

I was really surprised, my past experience with other pawnshops hasnt been the best. They were friendly and polite and imI glad I went to them. They asked me what I wanted for my guitar, I told them what I was hoping for and they gave me more. They also had very interesting things in there for sale, not just instruments and power tools like most shops.

Worst pawn shop Ive ever been to. They were 14 minutes late to open. Walk in the door, and there is just junk piled up everywhere, no rhyme or reason, no organization at all, and a strong musty odor throughout the store. Then without really looking at them, or doing any research at all, they told me my set of $600 speakers was only worth $100 at most. There are lots of much nicer, more professional shops around, who Im glad to give my business to. I would never reccomend these guys for anything!

You dont go to a pawn shop for customer service. Dont expect any here. The woman refused to buy my item by saying, We dont bring in garbage. They will insult you if you dont roll over on your belly for them. Customer service skills would improve this business. But again, pawn shops seem to be void of customer respect in general. Small store with narrow selection means you probably wont find what your looking for. All this aside, it is fun to have a pawn shop in town.

Walked up to the store at 11:25, the hours say they are open at 10, there is a sticky note on the door that says be back in 10-15 minuets. Still waiting almost 40 min later. Im about to take my business somewhere else. Ive never had a problem with this place but this is just irritating.

I pawned an item about 2 months ago, at which time my experience was great. It was an ibanez rg....upon returning to retrieve the item the store was closed during its normal business hours. I since returned about 4-5 more times...each time the store was closed during its posted business hours. I called repeatedly but the voicemail box was full. I returned yet again yesterday, and the store was open. It was not Toby, but another gentleman, who couldnt find my guitar, and had no record of the transaction period. He was unhelpful and rather surly to me. I feel completely ripped off. The store is never open for some reason, and they are unreachable by phone. I mean no disrespect, but this is just wrong. I have literally lost a very sentimental item to them, in a very unprofessional manner. If they right this situation I will adjust this rating

Went down to the shop to sell off an appliance that was practically brand new. The man had zero people skills, and was unfriendly. Let the guy know I had paid 90 bucks for the microwave that I had purchased and was trying to get it out of my home. I think that made him think he could completely low ball me. He offered me 10 dollars for it... said he could have only sold it for 30 dollars. So I came home and put it on craigs list, and have already gotten an email for a buyer. I listed it for 60. Dont let these guys take advantage of you.

Ive been going into this shop quite a lot the past two weeks or so and every time Ive come in he has given me good money for my stuff and has always been very nice. However with me he lacks a business relationship I guess I could say. At first it was him always asking for a hug when I come in which I thought was a little weird but Id give him a hug thinking nothing of it. I go in today and he asks for a hug and he is kinda putting his hand up the back of my shirt and feeling my body up in a way and I was extremely uncomfortable with it however he wouldnt let me go. So he asks for another hug before I leave and I go to give him like a half assed hug and he held me really tight and whispered thanks for the hugs in my ear and when he was letting me go he grabbed me again and grabbed my boob.... Im a young girl who turned 18 in february, even if I wasnt so young I would find this innapropriate in a business setting to treat a customer this way. It was sexual harrassment and made me feel so uncomfortable that I dont plan on revisiting this shop. Later today I found out this dude is a felon which made me feel a lot worse about the situation that had happened earlier when I was at the shop. Honestly he gives great deals on your stuff but If you go in and your a young lady I dont recommend going on alone. He has a very creepy vibe to him and I will never go back to this shop unless another man is present with me. Behavior he displayed toward me when Im 18 and he is 66 Is very wrong.

WORST SHOP IN PARKER...blonde lady who runs that store is TERRIBLE. she has no idea what she is doing and will cuss you out and tell you never to come back if you dont give her service. Lol is this lady an ex-stripper / meth dealer? Went in with my buddy & he was trying to sell his I phone 6s. This rachet lady offered him less then a 100$!! Wow before they argued I looked around & this shop is full of garbage. Its like all the stuff left over from the garage sales that nobody wants. This place will be gone in 6 months guarantee.
