Looks like Im not the only one complaining about service. Probably the rudest cashier Ive ever encountered at any store this a.m and I have picked up delivery orders for over 3 years.

Awful, just dropped 50 bucks for 13 gallons of gas here, there is a Sinclair gas across the street from fuzzys tacos

I was refused service because “they can’t scan passports”. I have used the passport as ID literally hundreds if not thousands of times and have NEVER ran into an issue. Passports are a more reliable form of ID than a DL. Pitiful service. When I asked to talk someone else she deflected and said “they will say the same thing.”

This store is amazing from owner down to the rest of the staff. All of the complaints I’ve read are either completely FALSE or just from people who have never worked in any form of retail. I hate going to any other gas station because of how awesome this store and staff are. 10/10 if you can have any BASIC conversational skills at the very least.

Nice location but some cashier named Shelly was rude and disrespectful (and needs a bath) in the fact that all I needed was change from a 20 for a car wash. The worst!!!!! She pocketed some of my change and $2 when I asked her about the short she lied!!

Absolutely inexcusable service. The man in there rejected my ID for being broken and was so rude about it, I understand it’s broken but the way he went about it was disgusting. Lol merry Christmas ??? Don’t work front desk customer service job if you’re going to be a jerk:)

Tremendously horrible customer service witnessed today 2/19/19 cashier not tending to the worm food Hispanic woman was made to wait for long time... plus cashier was saying “ you can wait there for as long as you want I’m not going to help you..” but also not requesting help from other employees who where there as well .. I love 7 11 and I but my lunches from there and gas would like to see better service ... I give this store a 0

How cheap are the owners that they cant fill up the windshield cleaner? If it was empty once or twice, I understand, but every single station is empty and has been this way for over a year. Needs new management, or someone who actually has any regard for customer service.

One morning, way busy, some confusion with whether or not I was given my cash back. I was pretty sure he didnt because I always spend it on scratch offs. So, just to be sure, I went back a few days later to make sure I didnt short him. I was talking with the manager, who was there the first time, checking to see if his drawer was short. She was also ringing me up at the same time. When I got back into my truck I realized SHE snorted me! Not going back there.... bad juju.

I understand how it is to be new on the job. But youd think basic math skills is universal, a simple transaction took 4 extra tries to get proper change. This store needs more supervision on the new kids by managers.

The store is always clean and stocked. I have never had issues with the service.

Be very careful. A young lady by the name of Tina tried to pocket $5.00 of my change when given a twenty. She removed the correct change from the cash register placing three ones and the coins in right hand and as I watched her, palmed the additional $5.00 that should have been in the stack of bills, and handed the three dollars and change less the five dollar bill. When I confronted her she immediately opened the cash register a presented me with a five dollar bill.She has evidently been practicing this but she has yet to perfect her theft to a level that will keep her from getting caught.Be ware shopping at this location.

Always a decent experience! The older gentleman does a really great job and has an excellent attitude...

Dont expect customer service here. Manager lied to me about being out of stuffed biscuts then was called out by a cashier, at that point said he would make me one if I wanted. Nope no thanks I wont put you out by asking for you to take 2 minutes to heat up something you should already have in the case ready to be purchased.

This 7-11 has been going well for a long while and it always comes through with service and product!

Employees dont get breaks working 8 hrs. Thats illegal.

This is one of my favorite 7-Eleven locations as it is convenient and has excellent service.

Convenient location for snacks and gas. Easy access.

Oct5th 2016 clerk was ready rude.. this was at 4am I got nachos and when I went to paid he complained about me getting cheese and tomatoes for my nachos last time I checked you eat your nachos with cheese and tomatoes..since I told him this he went on to saying I took to much which had never happened to me in any other 711 plus how much can you even put on top of your chips in that tray.. he ended up charging me extra with out telling me wen I confronted him all he could do is go in the cooler to ignore me and all he could say is talk to my manager in the morning and kept saying he didnt care I talked to his manager. I told him I needed my money back and that I would never stop at this 711 again he kept walking away in the cooler till I told him I would call the cops he gave me my money back and he kept saying wow wow like really wow to him they should put a sing up that says your not allowed to get cheese when you buy nachos I guess in this store its extra charge..

Great selection and friendly service make this my favorite 7-Eleven in the state.

Bad attitude today 7 Jan 15, male clerk slamming drinks on counter and tossing tickets. I ended up leaving to go somewhere else.

Dont go into this store!!! The floors are dirty, gum stuck to the floor. Bathrooms are disgusting, looks like they havent cleaned the sink in about a month. Looks like they havent mopped the floor in the whole store in weeks.

Worst 711 I’ve been into lady stands around smoke cigarettes outside the store has a very rude way of speaking they need to learn customer service or get new employees

This was the second 711 in Parker were neither employee knew how to load a money card.
