We are in town from St Louis MO when late on Sunday evening 8/15/21 I realized I had left all my husband’s medication at home, another 24 hours pharmacy had me in tears but not Amy from CVS when I called she was wonderful. Told me to come right down the road & she would take care of us. When I arrived Amy came right around the counter with a hug & took care of everything during the night. The pharmacy employees in the morning where just as wonderful. Amy is our hero.

In trying to fill a single prescription, been told twice it would be ready the next day and heard nothing. Called in to ask and told its not available. When asking why Ive received misinformation twice, was told the other tech must have given you misinformation. Staff acts rude and annoyed. Calling the place is a frustration in itself, with always long hold times and an automated system designed to keep you from reaching a live person. Needless to say, this place has been a nightmare to deal with.

Photo printer was broken after submitting them. Went in after no response and was informed by manager we can only get photos after several days - no other options to get photos from another location. Manager was rude…. I don’t recommend this store - go anywhere else if possible.

Not at all impressed with this CVS. Especially when the pharmacist - Bobby- is wearing what can only be described as a dirty pharmacy smock. GROSS. Also- his customer service skills - 1/10 and I’m being generous.Find another Cvs instead of this one.Also parking is a nightmare here.

There’s never enough employees working at any time. It shouldn’t take 30 or more min to pick up a prescription, not fill, pick up.

I’m 77 years old and went into a drugstore, CVS, for the first time since Covid19 began. I had my mask on as a concerned citizen. The cashier up front and a few other associates were not wearing masks. Fortunately the pharmacy associates had masks on so I made my purchases there. I am not into shaming but I would really appreciate it if all associates wore masks. I will not be returning to this store.

Be leery of using this pharmacy. The staff is unprofessional and just not knowledgeable. I spoke directly with the pharmacist (Bobby) who fed me wrong information and was rude to boot. I ended up transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens and they were filled within a few hours. Also all of my prescriptions filled via Walgreens were covered by insurance as they always have been. Quite the contrary at this CVS location,where the pharmacist and his staff tried to get me to pay out of pocket for a generic substitute not covered by my insurance. This would have been fine if you simply said we are out of stock of what is covered by the insurance but we have this generic substitute thats not covered. No they just simply said that the medication prescribed by my doctor was not covered which was a flat out LIE. Is this a new pricing strategy by CVS??? Good luck!Saga continues.......Ghost fill your prescriptions here. None of my prescriptions are auto refill at this pharmacy and I stopped using them almost a month ago because of questionable practices. Yesterday I had a prescription filled miraculously. I didnt request it and again it is not on auto refill. Called the pharmacy this morning and spoke with Anthony. Anthony, the PHARMACIST, had no idea why or who processed my refill. Ask 3 times to give him the opportunity to handle the situation as a MANAGER should. Nope stood by not knowing. Pharmacist who doesnt know who is refilling prescriptions miraculously. Okay ANTHONY. At your own risk!!!

I recently moved to Colorado. I have been using CVS for years. Never have I ever had an issue with them. This particular pharmacy, not only lacks customer service skills, but organizational skills, communicational skills, and the ability to think on their feet. CVS Corporate needs to step in before they really tarnish the name CVS!!

The best cvs the workers are so so friendly and are very helpful ! I don’t know why there’s o aloe of negative reviews I come here every week and I have no problems everyone treats me very nice and always get a laugh out of me !

First and last Ive in this store.. customer service awfully and thair restrooms are employees only. I went to Walgreens and was welcomed as I walked in and thair bathrooms were open.

Very unprofessional. The lady working the pharmacy drop off counter was incompetent. Pharmacy staff was inattentive to customers. They acted as though customers at the counter were an inconvenience to their packaging . Youd have to call out to someone behind the counter to find out if they plan to tend to you and what the heck is going on. Impolite and impersonal ... Ill never return. Which, apparently, will be a win-win situation.

This review is long overdue. I hate going to the pharmacy, but the staff at this CVS really take the pain out of it. Ellie and Olivia deserve special mention as they go out of their way to make one feel very welcome and are concerned that all questions are answered and I am satisfied with my care. In addition, the rest of the staff are also very competent and caring. I appreciate the effort that everyone at this store puts forth.

ONE OF THE BEST CVS PHARMACIES IVE BEEN TO!!!!!!! I went to fill my fiances medicine and it was going to be 70 bucks the tech told us there should be a coupon online and even looked it up and printed it for me..... saved me 65 dollars thank you so much for all your hard work

Not good. Constantly short staffed causing long wait times for even simple matters and many other problems resulting in poor customer service. There seems to be a lot of turnover, too, which is likely because of the chronic short staffing.Corporate: How about treating your employees with decency? Then, maybe the entire country will stop hating CVS Caremark for their obnoxious and predatory business practices (its well established that CVS Caremark is not above fraud; a quick Google search will tell all) and for constantly lowering the bar for what constitutes acceptable customer service.Corporate management: You are to blame. Get off your computers and do something useful. And that means doing real work, not creating useless spreadsheets and PowerPoint with Microsoft Office that only state the obvious, because that isnt work and it isnt even a skill anymore.

The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY THE CASHIER EMILY.

Mia the pharmacy tech was amazingly helpful. My insurance covered half my medication and she helped me enroll in a program for free that took my medication from $300 to $10. She is amazing and professional.

Susan showed little care for her customers and was no help to us at the kiosk. When we asked for her help she replied “I can’t help you.” Well thanks so much for the astounding and keen customer service Susan!!

Unfriendliest CVS in the world. Plz hire ppl that don’t hate their life

The worst run pharmacy Ive ever been to...and I used to work in that industry!!! 6-7 techs in the pharmacy, but I only noticed 2 doing anything productive! I was in the drive thru line and waited over 15 minutes without any of the 5 cars moving at all. So I parked and went inside, only to find the reason for the delays...see above!!! Well be going to a different chain from now on!

I am not leaving a review of CVS as a whole, purely to give some recognition to the pharmacy manager, Olivia I think. Was picking up a prescription for urgent medicine with no health insurance so naturally the cost was over $100 for the pills. Without any cause or needing to she did a quick research to find if she could drop the price, she did. $100 to $18 dollars. The difference of an entire days work for some. All in all I am just happy that people like Olivia exist, promote her or something.

I was waiting to talk to someone in pharmacy for 20 min and finally gave up.

I called to ask a question and was greeted by a wonderful pharmacist, she answered my question immediately and didnt make me feel like I was a bother like Walgreens. Thank you so very much for your EXCELLENT customer service!!

This company is super shady. They bully their employees and customers. When someone complains they get even nastier. Do yourself a favor and avoid CVS as a company. They are just another big corporation only interested in money. They don’t care about you or their employees so how can you expect quality RX work when everyone is so miserable they don’t care if they do their job correctly.

The doctor called in my Zofran and when l got here, the pharmacist had it ready. Great place for quick pickup.

My insurance tells me i have to go to CVS for my prescriptions. I stood there and stood there and stood there and no one ever acknowledged my presence.

Im giving the stars to the store and the staff. Very clean organized and friendly. Now as dar as the pharmacy thats a different story. The lady looked right at me and acted as if I wasnt there. Then helped the next person as if I wasnt first. But thats people

I had a 10:45 appointment for the flu shot and was not able to actually receive the shot until 11:45. The pharmacy was disorganized and inefficient which resulted in incredibly long wait times. I would recommend looking elsewhere for vaccine administration.
