This place is horrible they lost my wedding ring last year. Do not spend a dime in here it’s my second time having issues! Several of my friends have also had problems with these people and to top it off They are incredibly rude don’t waste your money here

I absolutely adore every experience here! I come exclusively to work with Bill. I have had a couple other people help me but Bill gets mine and my husbands style to a T! My husband designed my engagement ring here with some help of Bill and literally the guidance from Bill created ring that was flawless! Then when it came time for our wedding, Bill helped me design the band to accent. The look was already showstopping and he just kept on enhancing the look and love that was represented of this ring! Now almost 5 years later, my husband is gifting me with the other side of my ring for our third child and you would have never known that we have built on this ring over the last 7 years starting with the engagement ring, 2 years later the wedding band and now the finishing side. I get stopped constantly from people to check out my ring because of the uniqueness and beauty and am always telling people about this jewelry store. Im the second generation to buy jewelry from Bill and the ladies at Apex Jewelers. Both my new wife and I were so pleased with the whole process from engagement ring to wedding bands (approx. 1 year). I was really nervous about getting the engagement ring design right so in picking out the first ring I visited several times with each visit ranging between 30 and 60 minutes. Bill never pressured me to make a decision on the spot and allowed me to pick out the perfect ring in my own time. Picking out our wedding bands was even more effort because now there were TWO nervous people feeling indecisive, but Bill and his staff were so supportive.I met a lot of jewelers in the process of shopping and by far I found Apex Jewelers to be the best to work with.

Three separate times, I left a pendant at Apex Jewelers for repair. At each visit, I was repeatedly assured of how it would be repaired. After third time when the pendant was not repaired as described, I just gave up and didnt want to waste more time. Also, check your bill and estimate for arithmetic errors.

Apex was wonderful, I’d definitely use them again! They reshaped and sized my ring for way less money than I was quoted from another store, and it was done in about a week.

This place is truly the biggest rip off and worst customer service EVER!!! My now fiancee and I went it and designed a ring to made. I told them the kind of stone I wanted. They gave us a quote and said they will order the stone and let us look at before they make the ring to be sure it was what I wanted. We had to put $500 deposit down. After 2 weeks we called because we hadnt heard from them so we called and they had the stone in.They told him it was a AAA aquamarine.In the meantime we found something else we liked better. When my fiancee went in to cancel and get the $500 deposit back they refused to refund his money. It was a heated argument and basically we ended up with a stone and no ring.I have taken the stone to a reputable jeweler and had a refractory test done on it and it. The stone is real but it is terrible. It has inclusions and carbon spots in it. Definitely NOT worth the $500 they kept of our money.DONT EVER GO HERE!!! IT IS THE WORSE JEWELER IN HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!

The WORST customer service! If I could I would give Apex Jewelers a negative star! Went in to have a battery replaced in a watch, the owner took it to the back. When he stepped up to the front counter he showed me that he shattered the black sapphire crystal top. He said with attitude that he would pay for the replacement. I replied.... your darn right you will! YOU broke it!! He said it would take a few weeks. Never got a call with an update. Gave him 6 weeks and I stepped back in. The manager was in so she went back to his office ( the owner) and she comes back with a baggie with the watch & shattered crystal. It had NEVER left his desk! Spoke with him again and he said he would send it out to a local watch repair. Another month passes and no word! I stepped back in, he said they couldnt repair it so now he has to send it to the East coast. Another month passes. I step back in, now he doesnt know the status. Rather than HE call to check on it... HE gives ME a UPS tracking # and has ME walk down the strip mall to get the report form them. I had to do my homework and call the East coast myself! It finally arrived and still NO phone call from APEX. I step in and the OWNER says RUDLEY that it has cost him nearly $400.00 to fix it! I replied YOU broke it!!! AGAIN he mentioned the $400.00 price tag..... NEVER again will I step foot in that shop and I hope after reading this and other remarks about their customer service NO ONE will either!

I wanted to post how happy I am that I found Apex Jewelers.I needed to have my family heirloom, diamond pendant, repaired and was very scared to even leave it any where or with anyone. Bill at Apex assured me that nothing will happen to it and it will be repaired with perfection. When I received it back, not only was the repair to perfection but I have never seen it look so good. I was so clean and shiny, it made me weep to be able to wear it again. Great jewelry company. My mom passed away in a car accident while her favorite ring was at Apex getting fixed. I went to pick it up and pay for the repair, and they were so kind to resize the ring (at no charge) to fit my finger instead. Its not the best quality of ring because it was from Walmart originally, but obviously the sentimental value to me is priceless. Because of the lack in quality, a few diamonds continued to fall out, and I took the ring back recently and paid to replace the diamonds, and they made sure this time they will not fall out. They also took one of my husbands old gold rings and cut it in half to make a thicker, better, backside of my Moms ring, because it was deteriorating. They did a great job and I love that they are faith-based and Christian owned. 5 stars! Highly recommend!

I like to support local small businesses, however, I would not recommend Apex Jewlers to anyone. They are not friendly, unprofessional and very disorganized. Its as if there is tension between the employees and they take it out on the customers.

Amanda Almeida -I was recommended apex from my mother. It was a terrible experience from the start. The customer service left a lot to be desired. I was quoted 2 weeks to restring my grandmothers 100 year old Navajo squash blossom necklace. I specifically told them to please tell the stringer to not polish or clean the patina off of this piece. I can do that on my own, as it’s antique and sentimental. Okay, great. After two weeks and a few days I called to ask where it was, they couldn’t find my necklace. They spelled my name wrong. We found it. Okay, great. It was shipped off, the restringer called me at 3 weeks to explain that they told me wrong. I was okay with that too. I just went in and picked it up and the patina is gone and it looks terrible. They wouldn’t tell me whether or not they gave the instructions to the stringer. All patina except the inside of the squash blossom is gone. The beads look like they were chemically washed. The back of the squash blossom shows marks from polishing or “cleaning.” As they called it. I’ve had this necklace cared for several times but my jeweler moved. It has never been handled like this. I asked if the notes were included to the jeweler, and the man at the store raised his voice at me! He literally was telling that they wouldn’t polish it and that I was wrong. I said okay I didn’t want it cleaned like this. There’s nothing we can do to bring it back to the way I wanted it to look. No refund offered. They just said “she wanted it to look nice, and the patina will come back when you wear it.” Right. 100 years of antiquing.... that’ll be replaced. I was almost in tears so I just left. It feels like I took my car in to get the oil changed and I came back too find it painted purple. Never... ever.. let them handle your antiques. Thanks Apex, for ruining a family heirloom. Dear condescending man in the store: how dare you raise your voiceTo a customer! I didn’t say they had buffed it. I asked you a question and you failed to answer it. Great customer service you have there.

We spent around 4k$ for an engagement ring and band,(at Shane Company sorry Apex you didnt have what we wanted) however we had a family heirloom, miners cut diamond we used as the center stone. The stone is from the 18 hundreds and a cut no one does anymore, long and short the stone is not replacable. The other guys were able to approximate a value when they were installing the stone for insurance purposes. Yesterday my wife feels one of the prongs getting loose. So we take it in to Shane to get it repaired. The sales lady was not at all happy when we told her we just needed a minor repair. They are very quick to tell you we are not on commission but it was obvious she did not want to help with this warranty repair. She took it to her jeweler that sugested we leave it and get the prong replaced. We agreed and started the paperwork. 20+ min later we were getting late to our next appointment when they decided they could not give the diamond any value so if anything happened to it while being repaired we would be out of luck. They were able to give the diamond a 10k $ value when we were getting it installed! Needless to say we felt they were intentionally going to harm or loose the diamond so we left without the repairs. We went to our neighborhood jeweler Apex jewelry in Parker, what a great experience. We were willing to pay to get it repaired, they checked it out and said it was a simple fix. The jeweler came out and repaired it with us watching in less than 5 min. To top it off he didnt even charge us! Apex has our business from here on out!!!!

I was just at Apex Jewelers in Parker of which I have used before and have been extremely happy with their service. Tara a partial owner has the WORST people skills I have ever encountered in the first five minutes of being in a store. She is extremely defensive, rude and just mean. She has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I have never experienced a small business owner to act so rude to their customer. She does not have a professional demeanor in anyway. Bill one of the owners is kind and very knowledgeable but Tara was so rude and abrupt that I left the store without getting my rings rhodium. If Tara is in the store I would not use them.

Took my Casio G-Shock in to have a simple battery replaced and all seemed fine until a week later when it got wet. Water had gotten in the watch so I took it back and the salesperson opened the back up and the gasket had been put in wrong and was now ruined. They took it in the back and said they didnt have the exact g-shock gasket but the one they have would work. They gave me the watch back and it still had water in it. I asked if they could dry out the water since the new gasket would prevent the water from ever coming out. They dried it over night and assured me that it was good to go or so they thought. The new gasket was not working and it leaked again but this time the whole watch stopped working. Took it back again and they said they would send it to the manufacturer with a 1 month return time. After 5 weeks and me initiating the call to see if it was back my watch was back, but still not working properly. The owner / jeweler or whoever he was said they could send it back again and have them try to fix it and that the last time they did a pressure test and the gasket was fine it was now the buttons on the watch were leaking. Wrong, the watch had never leaked before they opened the back and ruined the gasket. I told him it was not fair to me to be w/o a watch for another 5 weeks and that I did nothing wrong and just wanted a watch that works, he then said he did nothing wrong either. I said really, you put the gasket in wrong and caused all of this. Finally after going back and forth with this arrogant, cocky jerk he said what do you want me to do buy you a new watch and I said yeah I think that would be fair. So I went and bought a new watch a Kohls, which by the way was on sale, and took it to him with the receipt. After he aggressively put the money on the counter I began to turn around and leave. He then pointed to my old watch and barks, I just bought that watch I think its mine. I handed it over and to my shock he took it threw it like a baseball in the trash. I just looked at him and thought what a small little man. Thats the last time I will ever go there and Ill never recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I took her platinum ring in to Apex to get one of the platinum prongs straightened. We were told that it would be preferable to replace the platinum head for one of white gold. We were told it would be stronger and wear better. Under the advice of the jeweler at Apex we went ahead and replaced the entire head. After all we assumed they were the experts and knew better.Less than a year later, my wife came home from work and looked at her ring to find the entire head (including her diamond was gone). After searching high-and-low including the trash at her work, the diamond was never recovered. We decided to talk to Bill, the jeweler who originally performed the work, at Apex Jewelers about the issue. After all, the prior ring setting had lasted for 11 years without an issue.Apex never admitted fault but we were told that they ‘would make it right’ and find us a comparable diamond and sell it to us at ½ off retail. We thought that this was fair since we were informed that the repair supposedly only had a 6-month warranty (never received any paperwork). Subsequently, we discovered that most jewelers (Trice for example) warrant their work for 1 year. After looking at comparable stones on Blue Nile and James Allen, I knew what the approximate retail price should be. We went several rounds with Apex and looked at several stones. The best they would ever do was show us inferior stones and wouldn’t give us anything close to ½ off retail.I decided to have another jeweler (Dennis at Biondi) examine the ring under a microscope to try and determine the cause of the initial failure of the white gold head. We were told that it appeared to have never been soldered completely. After going a few more rounds with Apex, we had decided we had enough. We felt that we could never trust their work. We instructed Bill to solder a new platinum head in place of the white gold one that had previously broke. At this point we pretty much decided we were not going to have Apex replace the diamond no matter what ‘deal’ they gave us.We started looking at stones at other online/traditional jewelers. Eventually we located a stone that we really liked (at Ron Pingenot LLC). We went back to Apex to retrieve our ring and move on with our lives. When Ron examined the ring using a microscope, he concluded that the new platinum head that Apex had soldered wasn’t done properly (again). He indicated that he would try to salvage the head and resolder it. Thankfully he was able to do so or we would have been out another $350.Anyway, to make a long story short. I will never purchase anything from Apex Jewelers again. I believe we received bad advice and that combined with their shoddy work cost us several thousand dollars. Steer clear of this jeweler.

Even though I am a little younger than most of their customers they still showed me respect and got me just what I wanted.

Went in to get my Casio G-shock looked at. The sales critter told me that they did not work on digital watches AND no one in the Denver metro would. I asked for her to repeat herself and she confirmed a second time NO ONE in Denver metro would work on a digital watch.Went around the corner to Pinetree Jewelers and they fixed it in less then 10 minutes.

Avoid going here if you can help it. I do not know what their priority is, but it certainly is not jewelry or watch repair. Ive had two bad experiences with them and their smug Im above you attitude is disgusting. Took them a week to re-size my ring, which after a phone call promising me it would be done by a certain time, wasnt even started when I went to pick it up. All I got was a insincere sorry bout that... and still had to pay full price. Same story when replacing a watch battery. Ive been other places that change a battery or re-size a ring while you wait, in under 10 minutes!!! These is a very poor jewelry store and I will never again use them for anything.

If only there was an option to put on NEGATIVE stars. I had brought in several pieces of my moms jewelry along with my girlfriends $600 white gold ring (I know it is white gold because I had them test it in front of me where I got it from) I only needed the simplest of things done to these items like sizing up/down, broken clasp ect. I had to wait two weeks and never got a call from them so I finally called myself and they said oh yeah they have been done for about a week now so I went in to puck up my stuff and they couldnt even find my girlfriends ring! and he refused to even acknowledge the fact that it was ever even in their shop! meanwhile the whole time the owner was cowering in the back, so the lady (I think her name was tara) was very rude to me she disappeared into the back and they suddenly they found it, probably on the floor in the back or something. but the bracelet I had gotten back they only fixed half of what needed to be done and they did a half assed job at that! the ring I had sized for my girlfriend broke a week later in the same spot they sized it at because he refused to listen to the fact that it is white gold and NOT sterling silver! I told him we would like our money back because we were not at all happy with ANY of the 6 items we brought in and he refused because the service had already been done what service other than messing up a bunch of valuable jewelry? Anyway I will never go here again for any reason and I will strongly discourage others as well unless you want to be treated poorly, talked down to, pay for property damage, and get ripped off. I will say I went over to PINE TREE JEWLERS less than a block from this DUMP and not only did they fix my girlfriends ring for FREE because of what happened but she had also noticed my ring was a little beat up so she rounded it out and polished it free of charge too.
