I was told over the phone to visit an Xfinity store to swap out my equipment. I brought all of equipment to this location and i was told they didn’t have the equipment I needed so they had to order it for me. I expected to order my equipment with the guy there but he told me “you don’t need to stand here i will get to it”….Still don’t know if anything got done and i was the only customer there.
THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE ACTUAL STORE THIS IS ABOUT THE PROVIDED ITSELF. TRASH SERVICE! I was told I could plug and play. What actually happened was 4 different appointments and THE LAST technician finally answered all of our questions. But since the first 3 couldn’t be bothered to do their job. Out of the 20 Employees I dealt with the last two were the only helpful ones. And no fault to them they informed us it would actually be 5-21 BUSINESS days until I would even get the proper lines ran for a TEMPORARY line. Absolute trash. We now have to go with another procured because I was supposed to start work last Tuesday (I work from home)
Erin was amazing at helping us switch from our previous carrier. She is knowledgeable and made our experience effortless & wonderful. The Xfinity store was very clean and modern. The staff was welcoming. Overall wonderful location.
Very bad customer support on this store. He asked to connect to customer care service and that people was too supportive. I wasted my time to visit this store.
I had ordered phone and internet service over the phone and was told to pick up my equipment at any XFinity store. There were 2 guys there, and when I walked in, both seemed not at all friendly. Didnt even greet me when I came in like Hi there! Maybe they werent pleased I came in 20 minutes before close, I dont know, but it also turned out to be a big confusing hassle. I went to the Greenwood Village store and it was WONDERFUL!
Told at the door I didn’t need to swap equipment, then to hold on, then to swap all my equipment with no explanation as to why. The guy who brought out the equipment didn’t look at me or greet me, just typed some stuff into a computer and said here you go.The new equipment was registered to somebody else so wouldn’t activate on my account. Tech support was unhelpful and told me to return to the even more unhelpful store.The store itself is setup like some ninja warrior course with plexiglass and obstacles all over the place. Ridiculous.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful at this store. Stephanie went above and beyond to help get me straightened out with my phone and cable services. Stephanie is a Rock Star! 🤩 She was professional and very knowledgeable. She is a great asset to this company!!
Krystle gave us great service. Walked right in, Krystle addressed our needs right away. Out the door in less than a half hour.
Came in to swap out old equipment for new.Brandon assisted. Gave him my name upon meeting him and that was all he needed. He pulled the replacement products, explained all installation info was included, gave me his card & told me call if I needed help.Nicely done Brandon...
This rating is truly reflective of Roger Green and his professionalism in saving my account. I was singing up for a bundle of services and was working with a rep who wasnt very good at communicating along with other issues. I was ready to leave but Roger was able to smooth things over and made sure I got signed up for the internet, TV, and phone services that I wanted. Hats off to him.
Pretty much useless. We asked how we could improve the wifi throughout our home, hopefully with equipment they endorse or at least work best with their modems. The guy suggested a place like Best Buy or something like that might be able to help. So much for supporting your company product and helping out your customers. Is there any other worthwhile wifi service provider in the Parker, CO area?

Went to get a new phone..their system was down and couldnt get it to charge me or get me checked out. Now I have to go back either later or another day..Dont get it???

I found the store manager quite friendly and very helpful although calling on the line was very difficult to get through Comcast connection.
Went in for some questions. Left with better speeds at a lower price.
Michael did a great job. He figured out my issue and got me an upgraded service plan.

I just wanted to pick up a second box, waited for over 30 minutes.
Sales rep was tremendously professional and appeared genuine, but left out the most critical part of analyzing our businesses needs - unlimited internet. We signed contract for 1 year, and just found out we left and unlimited data carrier to a carrier that meters and charges for over usage. Had we known (during Covid) that the increased usage and internet that was metered (not unlimited) would be inadvisable.We have closed our offices and we work from home, so why switch to a company that meters and charges for internet that is not unlimited???How frustrating and deceiving this is. Just talked to Customer Service who genuinely was apathetic to the problems we were experiencing. Unfortunately, the only thing the gentlemen could offer me was higher data pricing.Honestly felt like we bought a lemon from a used-car guy that promised a great running vehicle.Really disappointed and deceived customer.

Theres never been a time where Ive been given service in a timely matter. Today, I waited 30 minutes to purchase XFI pods, not change my plan or make any plan altering purchases. No, just purchase pods because their internet service is abysmal and theres no other company covering my neighborhood. The rep gave me a poor attitude because I wanted to pay cash. Not charge 130 to my bill. Then, she came back saying they cant take cash because of COVID. Really? I understand the precaution, but almost ALL stores are taking cash, especially giant chains like Comcast. It was incredibly insulting that I wasted 30 minutes of my time because they couldnt have informed me all transactions are card only. Awful.

Walked unknowingly as the first customer through the doors. Allie took care of us and even found that I was entitled to get free Xfi Pods. I went in wanting to buy them. Nice store and very good experience.
I waited 50 minutes for a 5 minute modem pick up transaction. There were only 2 people ahead of me and three staff members working. So very inefficient process here. Maybe they can dedicate someone to these quick pick ups in the future. Also, it was not a particularly pleasant place to wait since it was humid, smelled badly, and was blasting TVs from all sides. Hope I never have to come here again.

Nice store, but too many sales staff just standing around shooting the breeze. Came in to just pick up an internet self installation kit. Checked in with guy at front door. Sat for 12 mins while 1 customer is being helped. 5 other Xfinity staff standing around just chatting. Just walked out. Nothing said by anyone on departure.Poor service.
The guy at the door was nice and the girl who helped me was nice. But no one actually knows anything about phones. We switched to xfinity a couple of months ago and have been having problems with service. The manager said it was my phone and the girl who helped me said she had someone with the same problem and they had to switch out the sim 3 times. Everyone was nice but no one knew how to fix my problem and said it’s an issue with my phone which I know isn’t the case because I didn’t have any problems until I switched to xfinity. Seems like the company culture isn’t about trying to help customers. Very disappointed and considering switching back to my formerservice providerUpdate: apple checked my device there is nothing wrong with my phone. Went back to my old provider and my phone works perfectly 🤷🏻♀️
