EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!!! After having horrible cell service with Mint mobile, we stopped in to the Cottonwood T Mobile location to find out if T Mobile was even an option.Andy listened to our concerns, looked up our area coverage, and suggested before we made a decision, we connect with the T Mobile customer service team to discuss the issues we were having with our Mint service, and to make sure we would be able to receive proper signal; something we did not have with Mint.We did exactly that and felt very confident T Mobile would be able to provide the service we needed.We returned to the store a few days later where Andy explained the different plans in detail and set up our service. It was so nice to have someone that was knowledgeable and patient set up our service in store.We left with working phones! We couldnt recommend Andy, the team, or the Cottonwood T Mobile location more. A truly great customer experience!!!!!

I grew up in a different generationSo Jacob at the T-Mobile store here help me so much on setting up my new iPhone. They say it’s really easy to do but I know how to put a set of points in an old car or a lawnmower that I don’t know They don’t know how to do. We all find a place in the world and bring their cards to the table But anyway he helped me immensely and I am graciously appreciative of the efforts

They gave the wrong information a lady yelled at me and told me I was wrong then got the manager and he yelled and told us we were wrong and they proceeded to apologize after words for being rude

Went in to upgrade my phone. We were wearing our masks as the instruction on the door told us. The 2 associates were not wearing theirs the whole time while customers were in the store, as they pulled them down on occasion. Mind you, I am not a proponent of wearing the mask, but willing to follow the rules of wearing one while in your store. During the visit we were scolded for standing to close and touching the counter, it was extremely rude and off putting, so much so I walked out of the store without the upgrade. We went down the street and found extremely warm and helpful associates at the store on Parker Rd. I am all about staying safe while retail shopping and expect store associates to follow the same rules put in place for customers, they didnt seem to have social distancing issues when handling my old phone without gloves on.

I was able to get my issue fixed quickly, and the associate I worked with was very helpful.

I have had a few issues with T-Mobile, but regardless of that, Mike, the Store Manager, has always been able to help fix every issue.His customer service is remarkable and in one instance, he spent over an hour scrolling through numbers to find the right one for me. Great guy, great store.

The store manager tomasz was rude as he could be shoved the phone to my wifes face acted like we inconvenienced him just to have him do his job there was only one other person in the store waiting so he wasnt too busy

My husband & I had an appointment at this store 11 am on Saturday. We got there early & were helped right away by Joshua. It was awesome!! We got a new phone for my husband & switched mine over to T-Mobile as well. We were in & out of there in under an hour. Joshua was awesome! So was his co-worker Lisa. My experience with the T-Mobile shop in Cottonwood was a very pleasant one. I had ran over my phone accidentally and was mailed the replacement. I brought the phone into the Cottonwood T-Mobile store, the representatives Kamari, and Lisa, for very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I cant say enough about the way they handle my situation got my new phone up in a minimum amount of time and Im very grateful for that. For that reason, and that reason alone, the T-Mobile store in Cottonwood is now the place I go to for all my T-Mobile news.

I can’t remember who helped my mom and I at this location, but he was very nice and helped us in a timely manor. There were a few people ahead of us and we still were helped and out with our new phones quickly.

Numon was amazing! He helped me set up many aspects of my phone and my family’s phones. He was kind and funny and made it easy and enjoyable and had lots of patience. Thank you so much! I enjoyed my time in the store with the staff and customers.

This is my favorite ever t mobile. Ive been in 3 or 4 times and every time Ive found it to be the best. Ive been helped by Lisa, Numan (sp?), and most recently Josh. The store is always cool, clean, and welcoming. Doesnt matter what my issue is they are always 100% accommodating. The employees are fun to talk to while my phones transfer info. They always have the product Im looking for and make an effort to make sure I get all the deals available.

Today I went into the Cottonwood location to get a new phone, because mine was broken. A disgruntled customer came in, and said some terrible things to the employees, Kamari, and Lisa.. for no reason. They handled incredibly well, and so professionally. On top of that, they gave me great service. I am glad to have this T-mobile location near my home to service me.

When my phone is having issues, I want to go somewhere where I know the staff is going to be their best to help me as a client. This T-Mobile ranks the best out of any in the area and the retail manager Arro is the kind of person who doesnt stop until you find a solution!! Love the team!

Best Carrier service Ive had in my life! The gentleman who helped me Nhommon was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure I left happy and with exactly what I asked for. He was also assisted by Kamari the manager who was also extremely helpful with switching my number so I could keep my current. T-Mobile stores are franchised. The owners and managers of this store seem to have it down better than other stores. I really appreciated that they helped me with some urgent customer service issues that did not mean extra dollars in their pockets and for which I was turned away at certain other stores.Thank you guys! On Saturday, I had a problem with my phone that kept me from being able to take care of an urgent situation.Not being near the store we usually go to, we tried another.The T-mobile expert listened to my question long enough to tell me to call 611 the first of the week for an answer.The next day we went to the Cottonwood Dr. location in Parker. We have gone here before and as usual, Nhommon didnt disappoint! Within seconds he not only had the answer to my problem, he fixed it!Hes amazing and goes out of his way to help with any concern.Support at this location has always been fast, friendly, and competent.

This place is THE BEST! Very knowledgeable employees and no pressure sales! There is one person that works at this location isnt knowledgeable and friendly. That is very difficult to find anywhere. I would rather wait if they are extremely busy than go anywhere else.

The representative here was incredibly rude, and the service was a joke. I have full warranty as well as the jump plan on my iphone 6s. The charging port (like it does on many models) stopped working correctly, and charges intermittently. She told me there was nothing she could do except send me a refurbished phone, or I could pay to have it fixed on my own. I was also interested in buying an ipad that day, but she was so short and rude about it, Ive actually been debating getting rid of my service with t-mobile altogether.

I wish I could give zero stars. The manager of the store, Aro, delivered the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. To top it off, he behaved that way in front of two employees. What a great example. Not.It all started off with him arguing with me about a conversation I had with TMobile about the warranty for my sons phone. He basically called me a liar. I was told on the phone that the warranty would cover the phone so I had it shipped to the Cottonwood store. He took one look at the phone after his employee asked for his input and shoved it across the counter at me saying it would not be covered. He did not take the time to try to offer me appropriate solutions as I was super unhappy I could not get a phone today and that my time was wasted. He did offer me an upgrade...which meant I could buy a new phone. I had already told him I was not interested in that as my bill was already high. He condescendingly told me, Its only 10 dollars a month!. I asked for his bosss name. He started slamming drawers and ended up giving me a card with the store number and a sloppily written name on it. I left with no resolution and the experience left me wondering why I remain a Tmobile customer. Thankfully, my husband suggested we go to the Parker and Arapahoe store. We did. The manager, Daniel, took great care of us. He forever has our business. Shameful that the Cottonwood store cant get it together. Do yourself a favor and go to the Arapahoe and Parker store. Avoid this one like the plague.

Sadly, our experience at this store yesterday was subpar. While the manager cleaned the windows, the only associate in the store attempted to help us upgrade but with no to little knowledge of our plan. After asking if manager might know, she ignored and proceeded to look at screen and printed off info to read. I could have done same thing. We got out of there pronto and went to location down the street for five-star service. They lost out on upgrade of not one, but two phone grades plus cases and screen protectors. Highly disappointing.

Extremely Poor Customer Service. Didnt find them to be customer oriented at all. The lady just stood at the counter staring at her phone and playing games instead of engaging. She just looked at me and looked back down at here phone, no greeting just a blank stare. I spoke with Aro and when I asked for the store number and his name, he became irritated and began burning up his keyboard while having my account page open, I can only imagine was his entry on my account to cover his own interests. I definitely would not recommend this location. Not even sure I can recommend TMobile even though I have been with them for more than 10 years now.

This guy Aaron sucks. He sells you phone yes to sell you one dont care wrong plan you call him he says he is going to fixes the problem and never do so I wont recommend him to no one trouble customers service and he lied

I would like to thank Brenda for her amazing customer service. I came in on Saturday and Sunday because I was having trouble with my phone. She was so knowledgeable about everything and was able to get me in with a new phone, after trying to fix mine. I was there for 2 hours and she was very busy on Sunday and was taking care of 3 people at once. She talked with all the customers letting them know that she or one of her other associates would be right with them. Thank you Brenda for helping me out, your great customer service made my day.
