The thorough checks I went through were so much more extensive than before. Dr Steffen explained the critical relationship my hearing had with my entire body. I recently had a needed repair to one of my hearing devices. I called three hearing centers in the Parker area. The technician at Hearing Associates listened to my description of my needed repair and was able to inform me that they had the repair available. I visited their office and had the repair completed on the same day. Great, positive experience!!

Awesome service. Ive been to SO many places that I felt were using theatrics to sell me the most expensive devices they could. The testing and evaluation here is extremely thorough. They explain in detail the results of your testing and you make decisions together, knowing more about what you need. AND they file insurance directly for my Blue Cross Blue Shield (and others Im sure) which will save me a lot of out of pocket and hassles.Highly recommend!

Had an appointment to get my hearing checked out. The staff was friendly and professional. Wasnt even time to sit down in the waiting room before they took me back. Dr Steffens was also great. Very thorough, testing everything. She was good at listening. I do recommend this practice if you have hearing issues.

Hello everyone I have been lost of hearing for the past 20 years and have lived in Colorado the past 14 years. As we all know it’s hard to find a great hearing center that understands your needs. For the past years it’s been a struggle for me all around and until I came to the Center Hearing associates has help me to the next level. This team is totally awesome great customer service and people skills. I I highly recommend this place for all your hearing needs.

I have been a long time patient with Hearing Associates. I have always been greeted with a smile from Lucy and Michelle. Dr. Katie Steffen has been instrumental in helping with my hearing loss from the first time seeing her. I place my trust fully with Dr. Steffen and staff and will continue to do so for the betterment of my hearing issues.

If I could give zero stars I would. I scheduled an appointment online. The next day Lucy called me. During the call we started talking simultaneously accidentally and she yelled at me to be quiet while she finished her thought. She was demanding, argumentative, and very rude. She went on and on and on and on about information I was not concerned about. I was only shopping for hearing aids. I choose not to do business with someone like Lucy or Hearing Associates. Office staff can break you! Nip it in the butt while you can.

Dr. Steffen was very thorough in my hearing test with both sounds and annunciation hearing in developing a base line for my hearing. She did an excellent job of explaining how my new hearing aids will work on my fist visit. At my follow-up visit a week later, she was also very helpful in taking care of my concerns. As a result of my new hearing aids. I am hearing things that I have not heard for years, such as birds singing, car noises, peoples voices that are behind me, and many more sounds. Lucy at the front desk is always very friendly and accommodating.

Our son’s hearing aid “died” one week before he was due to return to college in California. We are recent transplants to CO and did not have an established audiologist. From the first phone call with Lucy to our same day appointment in the office, Dr. Steffen and her team treated us like royalty and responded with urgency to our urgent situation. They identified the problem and repaired (and cleaned!) the hearing aid on the spot. Everyone was extremely warm and welcoming, and Dr. Steffen’s expertise was apparent. She even took the time to discuss tech options that might help our son hear better when he returns to campus, where n95 masks will be required in all classes for faculty and students alike. We feel so relieved going forward knowing that such a fabulous team is on hand to take excellent care of our son’s hearing needs. I can’t recommend Hearing Associates in Parker highly enough!

When I called, I was desperate for ear pain relief. I hadn’t slept well for days and was most likely a bit cranky... From start to finish the staff was absolutely compassionate and understanding of my situation. They did everything they could possibly do to ensure I was able to be seen ASAP. They have a lovely office, neat and clean... supportive and helpful staff... and certainly a knowledgeable doctor. They cleared up in 25 minutes what my primary doctor had been trying to fix for over a month. Highly recommend!

My experience at Hearing Associates in Parker Colorado has been excellent. They are good listeners, and they follow through. They got me the latest hearing device to test for two weeks. Now if my insurance company keeps their promise Ill be able to get them.

I brought my mother for a hearing evaluation as she was becoming very quiet when in a group setting. She had no idea how decreased her hearing was. Dr. Katie performed a thorough exam and evaluation. She explained the results clearly using good examples of how this was impacting her daily activities, safety when driving and at home. Thanks Hearing Associates. I was fitted for custom ear plugs to keep water out of my ears and they never fit right. The next appointment Dr. Molina refitted me with new plugs and they fit perfectly. While in the office he also displayed the inside of my ear so that I could see the progression of exostosis. We also discussed potential treatments in the event it gets worse.

I was impressed by the professionalism and customer service at the Hearing Associates office. After years of damage to my hearing from cold water and struggling to get a pair of ear plugs to fit properly, Dr. Molina was able to solve the problem with a custom pair of ear plugs that work perfectly. They took care of the problem with a filter of my hearing aid that had caved inside the aid. Put in new batteries and I was good to go! Always friendly customer service who knows what they are doing. Been with them since the beginning and highly recommend them.
