Horrible and rude service especially if your from another race other than white. Since the moment of entering we got very bad stares from lady at cashier as we proceed to shop they kept eyes on you like if your going to steal. My wife never touched nothing at all the whole and us knowing shes 2 years older than me which clearly shes legal I was refused service just because she didnt have her I.D and I was showing them mine. She kept trying to argue and was very rude will never shop here again

The staff here is the best! We visit this store frequently and everyone is very helpful and accommodating. We have never had a bad experience here. We encountered a small issue with our payment and Madison called us minutes after we left the store and resolved the issue! We wouldn’t go anywhere else in town. We love Bruin Spirits! On numerous occasions I’ve spotted beer that was old, particularly in the build a six pack section, and beer that’s in sale. I had one six pack that was exploding when I opened it, then I realized it was over a year old. Just today I went and built a six pack and quickly found 5 different beers that were over a year old or within a month of being a year old, without even trying.They must get rid of their old stuff that way. It’s rather disappointing, considering a build a 6 is almost $12, and old beer isn’t giving the actual taste it should be.

The associates in this store are knowledgeable and always outgoing. They dont try to hard sell and seem interested in making sure that customers are happy with their purchases.

Wont ever visit this store again. While in here over the holidays it was busy and I had my hands full with items to purchase. My minor son was with me and I asked him to grab a bottle off and end cap and place it on the counter because I could not carry it....he moved it about 10ft at my request. The clerk checking us out asked him for his ID and, no, hes not 21. She proceeded to lecture me about minors touching the alcohol, said I could be an undercover cop testing the store and refused to sell anything to me. My issue isnt with the law (which I was not aware of), but her attitude during the conversation. She was generally rude and obnoxious. She could have handled the situation in a much better way and I would have been more understanding. But her accusation towards me and rudeness to my son was unacceptable. Needless to say I wont ever be in this store again and I have encouraged my friends and relatives to take their business elsewhere as well.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I also cant deny the endless selection of beer, wine, and whiskey. When they dont carry something theyll make a special order for you.

They have free tasting days where they demo certain brands. I can always find what Im looking for here!
