Jeff went out of his way to ensure they would have the parts delivered and vehicle repaired before my trip. While I waited, he kept me appraised of the repair. Glad they’re open on Saturdays and maintain that small shop feel.

I went in at 5:55 and they closed at 6pm I had a flat and was basically deserted. They were so nice the whole time and fixed my flat in no time. Amazing customer service if I need new tires I will be going to them.

Had such a great experience at Goodyear Tire with the entire staff today while I had my cars tires aligned. Brian Shaffer, the service manager was extremely personable and polite. I really enjoyed our conversation and my car is driving like a dream now!! Also would like to add that Customer advisor, Justin Cutlip, helped me right away and made sure I got the best deal for my alignment. I will definitely be recommending them and using them for my future car needs.

I was a first time customer, that needed an oil change, and tire rotation. When the gentleman rang up my total, I thought hed forgot to charge me for the tire rotation. I had no idea that it was free with the Valvoline High Mileage Synthetic Blend oil change. That made my day! They also replaced a missing tire valve cap for free as well. Another big plus, was they reset my digital oil life setting, which most garages forget to do. Theyre open to 6pm Mon-Sat, which is also great, because of my work schedule. Besides the friendly employees, the waiting area is also spacious, cool, and comfortable. I will be bringing my business here again for sure! Highly recommended!

I went to Goodyear to get my WV state inspection. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. I will definitely return when I need an oil change and other maintenance done.

Just want to say thank you to Justin for his help today. I had a flat tire yesterday and my husband was able to plug the hole. Unfortunately it was slowly leaking so I stopped into Goodyear and Justin took me right in and was able to patch the inside of my tire and best of all refused to charge me. I am very grateful he was there. I will taking my service to them from now on.

Great people. I was working in this area and not from there. Had some axle issues and front end problems. They got me in and out of there fast. Drove the 3 hour drive home and my truck was running the best it ever has. Plus I thought the price wasn’t that bad. Highly recommend them.

I was returning to Ohio from West Virginia and my tire was going flat. Stopped in the Goodyear store in Parkursburg WV. On a Saturday afternoon. They were very busy but Justin Cultrip got my tire changed out in less than half an hour and got me back on the road. Had called other tire places in the area and all but this one said I would have to wait till in the morning to get my tire fixed. Thank you Justin for getting me back on the road quickly.

Got my set of 4 tires installed and aligned on my Acura RSX. Walked in around 10am and got my keys back by 1pm. Happy with the service and will come back for future tire services on my vehicle.

I asked them if they could tell me what was wrong with my car and they said to bring it in. He told me it would probably be $50. They said 20 different error codes came up and they couldnt do anything to help me fix it unless I paid $3,000. So I said I would take it somewhere else. They ended up charging me $200 just for looking at it. Oh and they also lied about doing an oil change! I wouldnt recommend taking your bike here! What a JOKE! But the ignorant guy that works there did tell me good luck with everything when I left.

I had set an appointment, showed up and I was told that they did not have the tires, rescheduled came in told the same thing. I come back on the scheduled time and they tell me they are keeping my car overnight to change tires, and they charged me for an oil change that they did not do. The entire time I was here I was treated as if I was not there, and then they insult my wife.

Took bad tire off rim for free when I didnt have a way to remove. Helped alot. Just had to take old tire with me. So happy. They are amazing. Friendly fast and very professional.

Made an appointment for an inspection at 130 showed up early expecting to wait (didnt realize it was lunch time) was out in less than 15 min...great service will be coming back

⚠️ Do NOT go here for an inspection!! Will try to scam you. I took my Ford Fusion and they failed it (little did they know I JUST had it at the Ford dealership 20 days before to get new brakes, rotors, fluids changed etc) They said the rotors where shot and emergency brake inoperable 🤔 Hadnt even put 200 miles on since having it at the dealership. They handed me a 700$ estimate and slapped a rejection sticker on my car. Contacted Ford, they said its physically impossible for the rotors to be bad considering theyre factory graded for that car specifically and brand new. Emergency brake was fully operational. Took it to a different garage right after, passed inspection and laughed when I asked them about the rotors and emergency brake and when telling him about what happened at this shop he laughed and said theyre perfectly fine. They really tried to get one over on you. I have all my paperwork from Ford, where work was done with a statement from the manager about rotors being physically impossible to fail as well as another garage who passed the car and said their would be absolutely NO reason whatsoever besides a potential scam that anyone would fail this vehicle. Well be contacting the WV attorney general with this info to do whatever we can to ensure they arent allowed to do inspections and TRY to scam anyone else! So sick of car garages in this area doing this crap! No way to conduct business or get return customers! Absolutely terrible!

Recently I went to Pifer’s service center to get my inspection. They told me I had an alignment issue which the dealership’s service employees disagreed with. Knowing I was in need of tires I went to Goodyear. I have heard and personally seen them try to fleece people into services and parts they didn’t need so I was figuring they were going to say I needed an alignment. To my surprise not only were they fast on getting me new tires but didn’t try to scam me for things I didn’t need including an alignment. Would I go here for other things besides tires? No, but I would recommend them for installing new tires. Quick fast and priced just right.

Where do I start? Ive been to a couple of different shops. One closed down & one caused damage to my vehicle so I decided to try a brand name shop. Expecting to receive great service since it was name brand and cost more. I was so wrong. I went in for a TPMS repair & to just check a leaking tire. I said upfront I was strapped for cash & was keeping my repairs low. The technician came out hateing on Jeeps from the beginning. Then says that its in poor condition looks like its been laying in a creek bed for a couple of years, not road worthy, & you paid too much for it its not worth $1000. It needs new tie rods amongst 100 other things. Extremely uncalled for him to speak to a customer like that. I had had asked for my tires to be repaired, not a complete inspection. I know its rough. Told him I didnt have the money right now. Just fix what I asked. Acted like it made him mad that I wasnt having the other repairs done. He said hed write up an estimate for the other work (he never did) .Comes out later saying I need a new tire, he cant patch it. I thought a technician would know by looking at it if he could patch it. I had to buy a new tire to get it home. When I asked for the old tire back (so I could patch it & not have to buy all new tires since its bad to run different tires on a 4x4) he returned it to me with holes punched in the sidewall that were not there. He told me for again how I wouldnt make it home in the condition it was in. I actually was afraid hed sabotaged my vehicle. While I was there I listened in on everyones repairs. I dont think one person made it out of there without a you need this fixed too. I tried contacting Goodyear through their chat online and while typing, I was disconnected, presumably from their end. Sorry, no more Goodyear shops or Goodyear tire from any shop. Ill go with a business that respects their customers.

Service is a bit slower than they quote you but otherwise a good place to take your car.

Just not a good experience. Tried to overprice me on a rear brake and rotor replacement. Over $400 so I left. Horrible service at front desk. The associate was rude and was upset when I declined the service to my car. Never, ever go here.

Got a couple from goodyear for oil change at $49.99, after service done, find out it cost $73+. because they have to charge me a labor fee on oil change and Mic charge. first time ever to heard a shop charge on labor for oil change. but after complain, they took $10 dollar off my bill.Tires price are much higher than other place, even charge u $25 to install each tire

I took my car in for a flat repair and when I was given an estimate that totaled over 600 dollars I almost had a heart attack. I have never in my life seen a shop charge to install a rotor and grease the slide pins. I have been to a lot of shops and stuff like that was included in the price. I know that I will not be getting any type of work done at this shop.
