Great service and crew, I gave 3 stars because the prices have increased dramatically...$23.00 to patch a tire!! A year ago it was only $9.00. Ridiculous

Very professional and nice. Never once did I feel like I was a bother. Had a steel wheel seized on and they did everything possible to get it off. I ended up cracking it when I hit it with the hammer and the employees helped me to try to find a replacement. Once again, very kind and professional. 100% recommend.

Blew a tire out on the highway and they quickly put a new tire on in less than 10 minutes and saved me a tow truck bill. Came back the next day for 3 more tires and an alignment and they got it done super fast. Good shop honest guys.

Bought two new winter tires here. Within a week the passenger side went flat. Took it back they said it was a bad deal. Happened again 3 days later. They fixed it. Another bad deal. Goes flat again! And now they tell me it’s my fault and I need to buy another one. Do not waste your money here. They are con artists.

I tried to get tires 2 days in a row after taking off work to get there. Was told on Saturday they were open until 5. Arrived at 3 Monday and they were closing at 3. Then went at 2 the next day and they still couldnt help me. Heard they changed hands in the past year or two. I was told each time no need for appointment. I have always loved this tire shop but will not be back.

Had 2 new tires put on just over 2 months ago and they are bald now, took it back to them they blamed it on bad alignment and wouldnt honor the warranty. Turned out I had 2 bad control arms that were bad enough they should have noticed when they put the new tires on. Dont trust them with anything mechanical they obviously dont know what they are doing, and dont expect them to honor their warranty or work.

I was the 2nd car there then 4 more pulled up about 5 mins later. It took them 2.5hrs to put on 4 new tires and I was the last person to get service even tho they already had all my Information. Ive been buying tires from them for 15 years but after todays experience I think Im better off shopping somewhere else. To much talking going on to be productive.

Had new wheels mounted today price is up 10.oo from a year ago. Not the only tire shop here wont be back

Very trustworthy people. The price was good compared to other places. Its first come first serve and I think there was just one other person getting their car worked on so it didnt take too long. They do have a restroom. I think it is wheelchair accessible from the back (where they work on your car) entrance. The receptionists are nice.

The best you can ask for. Been using Mahones since I was 15/16 years old and Im now 50. Had a couple of lawn tractor tires switched out today, excellent service, super fast, also checked my vehicle tires (which were all 2 to 3 #s light). You just simply do not get this type of friendly service anymore, or if you do, its very rare. Mahones is one of only 3 places I know that does their job fast, friendly AND RIGHT! Thanks! (I traveled from Ravenswood to still use them after moving from Parkersburg)

Larry Wilson in the service department was so kind and helpful to me when I needed one spare tire to replace my damaged one.I live in Cincinnati and could not find the size tire I needed anywhere in town. Larry offered to look at the damaged tire first to see if it could be repaired before ordering a new one. Then he looked to see if he had one in stock. Miraculously he had a used one I purchased at a deeply discounted price. The old tire could not be patched safely. The crew also checked pressure on all tires and properly inflated the small spare.Larry took the time to explain how long the tire could be used before rotation and how best to rotate them.I appreciate an honest and economical solution to my problem so far away from home. Larry should be commended for his excellent customer service. I will recommend Mahone tire to anyone needing your services!

They charge you to do front wheel alignments on your vehicle almost 75$ and when they are asked if everything was good under it which if your tire is about ready to fall off due to control arm needed replaced you would think they would notice that.. but nope they charged me for an alignment and was t even able to align it to begin cause the tire actually was about to fall off... so the dudes they have working in there garage aren’t to darn smart.. so we called and asked about how they could align it if the tire was about to fall off and of course instead of them offering our money back or a free alignment or a discount or something nope he says wellSometimes he will look at them and sometimes he don’t if he is in a hurry he don’t check them out when he does them so not some place I’m taking my vehicle back to.. if they can’t catch something like that when they are actually working on the tires to begin with.... so save ur money don’t go here cause they don’t check anything if they r in a hurry.....

Blew out a run flat tire while driving from Wheeling to Parkersburg on a tight schedule to pick up our 15 year old daughter. They were very helpful and got us out of there in 30 minutes . Even found 2 used run flats to give us at a good price! ( The other rear tire was also in very bad shape)Thank you for saving the day!

Only reason it gets one star is because it wouldnt let me write a review without it. Will never take a vehicle there ever again !!!!! Took my own wheels and tires there that were purchased online and they said they wouldnt mount them because they were to fancy . Nor would they do an alignment.....basically because I didnt buy from them . However there is other places in town that are more than willing to take care of your wheel and tire needs . I recommend not wasting your time with Mahone tire service.

Office staff is great. The workers charge different prices for different customers. This is second time that I was charged more than my husband. I took 2 rims in to have tires changed out and they charged me one price, my husband took in truck 11 days later to have rims taken off to change out tires and he was charged less, but they did more work. Same size tires for same truck. Called to talk to owner and he said he doesnt discriminate, but his employees do! He asked what I wanted to be done, I asked for fair treatment. He said it is fair, if I want a refund, he will give me one, but I am never allowed to use his service again. Sounds like discrimination to me.

Excellent service from start to finish. I called last minute to get new tires before a long road trip. They were very courteous on the phone and we worked out an appointment. I left my car there and went to work. When I came back one courteous employee directed me to the payment line where I was received and processed by an experienced staff member. Yet another professional employee approached me to direct me back to my car and then volunteered to help lift a heavy object into my car.The flat-rate charge for my tires was better than any price (including sale) that I researched online - I appreciated the no-gimmicks and hidden fees approach. I also appreciate that, as a woman, I was treated with respect and professionalism throughout the entire experience by all of the many employees who interacted with me.

I began using Mahones a few years ago when we needed to have a tire repaired. Since then, Ive gone back whenever I needed tires, or tire related service. The guys in the garage and the office staff are always really helpful. Mahone Tire is the definition of what a family owned business should be.

Terrible customer service. The manager was more concerned about sipping his coffee and telling me how he was the manager then trying to make the situation right.

I will not go back to this place ever I purchased two used tires from this place the tires were over priced for used tires, and a few days after getting the tires put on i noticed a rattle in my tire so i take it to them to get it looked at and the guy obviously doesnt know im standing right behind him and makes a nasty remark about how the tire pressure gauge isnt there responsibility, well jerk off it is if you guys knocked it off when installing the tire so i turned around got in my car and left.

Bought a set of tires here awhile back, with the protection plan (always do that) for road hazard.Had a slow leak, brought the car in, less than half an hour later = screw removed, leak fixed, back on the road with no charge. I never buy tires anywhere else.

Did a terrible job aligning my car. After picking it up the car pulled to the right. I took it back within a few days and wouldnt even double check their work. Later when I had the alignment fixed elsewhere I found out they incorrectly grinded some strut bolts down in an effort to correct camber and I had to replace those bolts. I would not recommend this business.

Took my car to this and had tires put in. I drove my car down the road just for my tire to fall off! I had my car towed to mahones and they told me it wasnt their fault since it did not happen on their property! I only drove 3 blocks!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Ive been a long time customer of mahones but burn me 3 times and Im done.First time they destroyed 3 tire pressure monitors and charged me 150 plus cost of the parts to replace them. The vehicle had no issues when I took it in and was a little over 2 years old.Second time I took my audi there after hitting a rough patch of road to have tires and wheels checked and replaced. I was very specific that if there was any damage I wanted the tires replaced. I bought a brand new set of factory wheels and took them the car . they replaced 2 wheels and assured me the tires were perfectly fine. On the drive home the car shook like crazy and a tire blew and ruined the very expensive brand new wheel I just bought. Took the car to another shop and they said all the tires had bad belts and all the wheels had minor bends.Recently i took my truck there to have it aligned after new new control arms and shocks. It now pulls so bad I have to take it somewhere else to have it re aligned.

Mahones has always treated me with excellence, as they have all their customers. That explains why they have been in business for many years.

Rude manager. Basically said our mechanic was lying. Bought 5 new tires in last 6 months (the last 2 within the last 2 weeks). One of the newest tires has a bulge and nothing was hit. Should replace my tire!!!!!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!
