The place was clean, and the employees were extremely nice. Got to meet the owner. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met!

I love this bookstore! Not only is it filled with delicious books just waiting to be brought home and devoured but it has an entire section devoted to games. You can even rent the games to find out if you like it. Another big plus is the staff. They are super friendly and very helpful. If you live in the area and love books and/or games, you should definitely check this place out.

A very clean and inviting book store with friendly staff. Why the three stars? For one, I found multiple used books marked higher than their original retail pricing. I go to used book stores to find good books at affordable prices and to support small businesses - the same reason most people go to used book stores. Why should I support a small book store that inflates the pricing of books? Used books at that.Secondly, their non-fiction section was kinda poor. Unless you want biographies or anything Christian based, this is not the used book store you want to check out for your non-fiction perusal. I could not find a single religious book that was not Christian, which that’s fine if you are Christian, but what about everyone else? Little to nothing on topics like gardening and homesteading.Just all in all a very limited selection of anything with too high of pricing on some of the things they did have.

This place has a rather large selection. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Books are in good condition. Building is clean. Icing on the cake is they have an escape room that is $45 for up to 4 people. I really good one for our small town area! We were impressed! Friendly and helpful staff as well!

I LOVE this store! The employees are wonderful, they have so many books to choose from. They sell new and used board games, new and used puzzles, some toys. They have an escape room! They also rent out board games so you can play at home and if you dont enjoy the game you are not out the cost! They have seating throughout the store, party rooms and public restrooms. This place is awesome!

They have the standard used books, as well as some interesting ones. They dont carry any books that are non-christian spiritual books though. I was a bit disappointed as we went in looking for books on gems and crystals.

This store is heaven for any book lover! Ive only visited the store twice and already know I love it! They have a huge selection of books for any genre. I have found books there that I would have never been able to find in any other store. Even though this place sells used books, most of them are in great condition! I definitely recommend this bookstore!

So many books!! It would not be possible to go in there and not see at least a dozen books I want to read. So, I content myself with a half dozen or so, and with their reasonable prices, I can afford them.

Jason hosted our party at the store. It was a great time. He was so friendly and took the time to explain all the games we played (there was so many to choose from). He even suggested ones he thought we might like (and he was spot on)! Before we left my daughter even found several books she wanted, all in all, it was a GREAT day!

This was our first time stopping into this store. I absolutely LOVE books and bookstores. This place has a fantastic fantasy selection. The clerk running the desk was so friendly. I had my three children in with me and she showed us how to play the games they have on display. They had like 4-5 different games set out on tables for you to try out before you buy them. They were so fun. My kids loved them. We ended up walking out with two books and three dice for my kids. Fantastic place. We will be back again.

First time in J & Ms Used Books and was very pleased to carry out a bag of used books for the price of a single NEW one. Super friendly staff, helped me track down the section I overlooked. Didnt have time to browse all the games [board, etc] but will be back!J & Ms is locally owned and great to have in the neighborhood. I stopped in on early Saturday afternoon and noted several folks were seated and talking quietly, others browsing through the thousands of books. Store is clean, well lit and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting.

Beautiful, bright store. Books are in great condition, organized and greatly priced. Perfect for a teacher trying to develop a classroom library, to distribute books to students. Also perfect for parents wanting to build a childs home library. Books for all ages.

Decent bookstore, especially for the area that it is in. However, they now close at 5pm, which means you are out of luck if you have a job and want to buy books. Wish these places would update their hours. Annoying.

It is very organized and set up very well. Has some nice seating in order to really look through books. Found 2 wonderful hardback books on jazz and cars of the 1950s. Reasonable prices.

Such a great bookstore! Kira was working, holding down the fort and was super helpful! She taught me a great deal about Dr. Who that iveI been curious about. Kira was busy with her job duties but never hesitated to pause and answer any questions I had. Shes a very knowledgeable young lady; kind hearted, dedicated, a real asset to the business. Theres plenty of things to do here and very kid friendly. You can rent table top games for friends and family to play, have fun, and bond. I think between 5-8 dollars or buy them new. From what she was saying, the owners sound like really good people to work for. Congratulations owners on making a very organized and pleasant book store. Theres something for everyone. Always have really great selections on pretty much any books youre looking for. They have specials every now and then as well as book bag deals. The staff are always very friendly and super helpful when youre looking for something in particular. They really know the inventory to suggest something similar as well. Quality establishment!
