John M. Our group was having an Anniversary Celebration in a few days and we discovered that we needed a 41 year coin for one of our non-regular members. I called Recovery Emporium on a Monday morning at 9 AM to order the coin. I was notified within an hour of ordering that the coin had shipped. I received the coin Wednesday morning so had it in plenty of time for our celebration. Thats what I call excellent customer service!
