Great place, lovely doctors and staff.ONLY thing that could be better are the entrance doors......people with wheelchairs and walkers have a very hard time because they are so large and heavy. Doors with a handicap push button would be great!! ......and appreciated ;)

It was wonderful they worked very well with my grandson who is a 2 1/2-year-old child. I would highly recommend them very friendly family orientated .They took the time to explain thing and asked me if there was any more questions.

The process of testing my hearing was what you would expect. Dr. Squires made sure that I was comfortable and went over results with me. On my second visit he again explained the results and his recommendations with my wife and me together. He did not pressure me in any way to choose one or another hearing aid, nor even to buy one from him. He gave information to help me decide. After I bought hearing aids from him he spent time going over the features and helping me to adjust them. He was established a friendly relationship as well as being professional and courteous.

The staff was wonderful and I love my new hearing aids it really is a life-changing experience!

Our experience at Audiology Services could not have been better. The office staff was warm and friendly and the doctors made us feel comfortable. We were a little unsure about our hearing problems, but they made us feel wonderful and normal. They are not the type to pressure you into anything and the testing was easily done right there. My Aunt Pearl received her first hearing aides at the age of 91 and it changed her life. She is almost blind and struggled to hear what everyone around her was saying. Nothing could be done for her sight but Dr. Squires tested her and determined that she could help my aunt with her hearing. When I took her to get her hearing aides, she was amazed at how well she could hear and is so grateful to Dr. Squires for helping her hear again. Dr. Squires and her staff are all so kind and helpful.

Took my 5 year old for a hearing evaluation, and the entire visit was a great experience. Staff was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. They were so patient with my kid who was understandably nervous, and made very comfortable! They did a thorough exam, and completely calmed my worries. As a medical assistant in a family care practice, I always like to know what our patients think about the physicians we refer them to. Today I was on the other side of the table with our middle child for a hearing evaluation to determine if this was causing some of the delay in her speech. My husband and I were both very pleased with her visit. The resident that was there did so well with her and made her feel very comfortable. Most 3 years wouldn’t sit through what she did and the staff worked so well with her. Dr M Squires as well as the resident were very informative and answered all of our questions and even offered to help with finding a speech therapist closer to home. Overall we were both very appreciative on how nice of a team and facility they have.

Everyone was super friendly. The Dr treated me like I was his only patient for the day. He never acted like he was in a rush and his exam and treatment was outstanding. I will see him again and very highly recommend this their practice to a one.

Loved this place. I always get nervous taking my son to ANY doctor/pressional setting. He’s a very hyper and stubborn toddler & can be quite difficult to handle. This place is always a pleasure to visit. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. I have yet to be able to open up my book to start reading before they call me back.

My son who has autism had to have his hearing tested for us to start speech therapy. I was absolutely terrified at the thought of trying to get him through the process of having his hearing tested again. We previously did a couple years earlier somewhere else and he did terrible. But Audiology services went above and beyond to make him comfortable. They were so patient with my son and even gave him a couple breaks in between so he felt like he was just having fun. I was in shock at how well he cooperated because of them. The staff was super nice as well and even offered me a beverage when we first walked in. I could not recommend them enough for anyone including those with younger children.

As a hearing impaired person I think one of the hardest things is admitting your disability. Having spent years trying to keep that secret was exhausting. I have had my hearing devices since February and must say that there have been some big changes other than the hearing. My gait has improved, the dizzy spells are less frequent and I am not falling! I highly recommend this business. My hearing aid stopped working and the company I used to use is now in their office once weekly. When I called them they told me it would probably have to be sent back to manufacturer and could take few weeks. I called audiology services and was able to get appointment in couple days. They are very professional and repaired my hearing aid while I waited.
