I took my dad for testing and evaluation with Chris. Having had testing completed years ago in other state, I quickly observed a more comprehensive and thorough evaluation. Chris’ sincerity and compassion for his work are evident and I appreciated the time and attention he gave to my dad. My dad is now enjoying a much fuller life, being able to join in family conversations and share his witty humor with us.I’m likely not a typical patient, having lost hearing in one ear as a result of bacterial meningitis in 2007. After my dad’s thorough evaluation, I scheduled to have my good ear tested to make sure I’m protecting it. The good ear is hearing well and Chris offered to test my dead ear, too. I was speechless after he made adjustments during testing I was able to hear and repeat words. I couldn’t hold back tears when I was able to hear sentences. Again, I’m not a typical patient that comes through their doors. We are on the 2nd aid to find the best one to help me. I think this may be it!! I am so incredibly grateful for Chris’ determination and time spent to find the right device!
Chris is a great guy but thats about all that I can say the parking lot is gravel and hard to find a spot. And yes in a previous review it isnt handicap friendly. Prices slightly cheaper and I still think places take advantage of elderly and the handicap..Chris tries hard to help but only so much he can do.
NOT HANDICAPPED FRIENDLY!!!!!No parking . Gravel driveway and unstable ramp that is very hard to get a wheelchair onto, as well as over the door to get inside.Extremely rude receptionist who needs a lesson in verbiage and how to use her words properly.Paid $5000 for hearing aids and when we went to have them serviced, was told that it was “old technology and they didn’t have the proper computer technology to program them”LmaoTh technology is not even 3years old.Just a sales tactic to take advantage of the elderly and insurance companies. PATHETIC
The people there are very nice
One person know what he doing
Very helpful
