They are holding a package instead of me missing my package delivery, because of work... (1st trip....)BUT.... that actually didnt happen.I left work early to go up and get my package AND they told me it was on the truck because they tried to deliver it today. SERIOUSLY! (2nd trip.....)So had to make a 3rd trip.... (was NOT a happy person)*I was taught IF you tell someone you are going to do something - do it! End of story. (Doesnt matter how insignificant it may seem - your word is your bond, regardless if its personal OR in a business situation!)

Better than most express delivery outfits but the drivers are over worked, not respected, stressed out, some care and some don’t. That’s to be expected. Packages get there on time most of the time. Remember, It’s never FedExs fault. For the price of shipping I choose UPS. Better service. More organized company.

This is for one particular delivery guy. Hes always leaving our packages in the outer lobby of our building, where things have been stolen before, and he wont bring anything into the inner lobby. We live in a security building, and if hed just make a little more effort to bring packages inside, theyd be safe. One of my neighbors asked him about this, and he got nasty with her. We live in Marietta, Ohio. Some of those packages are heavy, and some of us have trouble lifting them and taking them in, ourselves. Some of them contain medication. No matter what may be in them, wed prefer that they arent stolen.

I work on Dudley Avenue. and i’m only giving our Saturday pickup guy 5 stars. he’s excellent! he’s always on time. he’s always friendly and always goes above and beyond to be helpful!

This location provides service my veterinarian. On two separate occasions, fedex has lost or delayed shipping samples from my seriously ill pets to the appropriate labs. This slows down diagnosis and puts their health in serious jeopardy. Dr. K., our vet, has tried multiple time a to speak with the local manager, and he wont give her the time of dayApparently he figures he is the only game in town, and we just have to accept whatever service he offers. It is very frustrating, and he should be ashamed.

Took the package in they were very efficient and besides the lady that waited on me was very pretty

The Lady at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. I Told her I had 2 items with 2 barcodes to scan. She refused to scan the second one and when I told her there were 2 different items in the bag she told me to take that up with the company that I had ordered from . Now the company is only going to refund my money for 1 or the items and not both.

Excellent service..

Sign on the window said masks were required plus only one customer allowed inside at a time due to COVID protocols, which makes sense since the area is TINY! But then they waved in multiple customers at a time, plus two of the three FedEx employees in the space werent wearing masks (not even pretending to wear masks), despite working face to face with customers only 3-4 in front of them. Very disappointing!

Good location, convenient hours, and very good customer service. It didnt used to be this way. Much better than the other company whose hours are random and their service is kinda trashy. FedEx is expensive but you get what you pay for, I am glad they are in this area offering big city services for our small Town.

The clerk was less than friendly and helpful. I was also not given a tracking number for my package.

Great for getting those items shipped out or returned.They were the ones that informed of the latest scam going around where people are calling saying they need money and they are a relative that is in jail.Good people and speedy....only thing my boys did not like was there was no candy around Halloween when we went. 🙂

Three times in a row they delivered my packages to another house; one not even close to my street. Blocks away from my house! I had to find them myself. First time I told them where I lived. Second time I gave them detailed directions to where I live. Third time I just ask for them to find it. The worst part is if they deliver your package to somewhere else they dont pay for your stuff. They told me I would have to contact the company I ordered from. Are you kidding me? How is it the companys fault they cant deliver my packages to the correct address? I have the most expensive packages still yet to come. Praying they actually bring it to my house. Great customer service on the phone but they cant do anything for you because of FedExs policy. I shouldnt have to track down my packages. Absolutely ridiculous.

Had a print off sent to me for fed x. She said that i would have to print my own label

My package was left with a missed you sticker on top of my mailbox in the rain even though I was home and they never came to my door

Jordan was very helpful and was very patient while answering questions. It was very busy and she still took the time to be courteous.

The worst service Ive ever experienced. The blond lady behind the counter argued with me about printing a label. Long story short. She obviously wasnt knowledgable about her job. I have to have a pick up at my house in the morning in Ohio.

Had to ship a cell phone covered under warranty for repair. However, FedEx wouldnt mail it without a battery warning label on the outside of the package. We had to go to cellphone store, get one and return to FedEx with the label before they would accept it. :/

Your driver just dropped our package off at the wrong house, it was a good thing I saw the truck out front. He ran up to the wrong house dropped it off and ran back to his truck and off he went. You may want to tell him the next time to acually look at the address.

Honestly really disappointed with how FedEx operates. Only really its a 2 star is because the staff seemed nice but the system is terrible.In order to ship anything you have to have an account. This requires an ID and a credit card which have to match up with name and address (as I have moved several times) I was unable to actually make an account due to this.You cannot just walk in and ship something which is pretty idiotic in my book. So I went to give one of their competitors my service.Keep this in mind if you have never shipped with FedEx before or you will waste your trip like how I did.

They dont accept cash to ship a package, had to drive clear into Vienna to go to office depot to ship out package. As long as you are paying with a card, your good.

The only reason I gave them one star is because I could not go lower. I work a regular Joe day job, so I was going to have my room mates sign, but they would not leave it with them. When I called, they promptly hung up on me. I attempted to get them to deliver it late so Id be around. Their solution? Show up at 12:50 instead of 12. Absolutely terrible experience, and now my items got shipped back to the sender at my expense.

Customer Service sucks so bad, I drove all the way across town just t o go to the UPS shipping center! I will never go to that particular FedEx ever again. Id rather drive further & go brown just because of one blonde female employees attitude!

Is it possible to give them any less than 1 star. Fedex delivered my package to a house that is not even on my street. They then picked it up the next day after marking it delivered and then lost it. Been over a week and still have not located my package with a custom one-off part in it. The thing that sucks about all this is that my package was delivered 5 minutes away, could have been picked up and redelivered on the same day they picked it back up but instead they lost my package. Who knows when I will ever receive it or if I even will. Do not ship Fedex! They will lose your stuff and basically tell you to go pound sand.

The Couriers and the Manager @ the Local Fedex Express Office Rock... 110% Satisfaction.. These are the Nicest People ever. They go over and beyond to get the packages Out.. and No I did NOT receive My Amazon Package in time for Christmas. But this was No Fault of the Couriers or Employees of Fedex Express. I blame Myself for waiting to late to Order, and Amazon, for promising something they Could NOT Deliver... FedEx Express Rocks!!!!

Ive received super helpful and polite customer service here before, but holy moly the lady at the counter today (older, 80s hair, bad dye job) was rude, stubborn and unhelpful. I suggest going to office depot in Vienna if you need any customer service.
