Chris the store manager Tyler the customer store manager has done a great job. I have been with the ntb for over 15 years plus. I have been around the other stores and now I have found this location since Sergio has moved to another position. I am well pleased with this location. The store is very cleaned and things are organized. I will return and share with my network.

Paid to have 4 tires put on, and balanced, and a front alignment...car started shaking at higher speeds after we picked the vehicle up. Still had to pay full price, had to wait to bring it back in, which I knew I shouldnt have, the second time they tried to fix it, it still shook afterwards at higher speeds. So I ended up having to fix it a third time after that. Never again will I use NTB or suggest them to a Friend or family member

I scheduled an appointment the same day and got my tires changed. The front end gentleman was very thorough when explaining all the tire options and remained polite even though I came to pick up my car late. This is the only place Ill get my tires done now.

Got 2 new tires and an alignment. They worked quickly and efficiently. Ken was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. A real asset to the team. They will be my go to for my auto needs going forward.

Horrible time management, total lack of professionalism and customer service. Made an appointment and waited 25 minutes just to check in. Appointment was projected to be 60 minutes, however after checking in, I was told 2- 2.5 hours. I made the appointment at that time FOR A REASON. If you’re understaffed, I understand. But quote appropriately! Meanwhile, I’m stressed and frantic about either fixing a flat tire or being on time to get my child from school.

The man who my wife left me for worked here. But thanks to him both my wife and I have found ourselves much happier without each other. I professionally wind surf now! Anyway, not only did their mechanics fix my car, they fixed my life. Shout out to NTB Joppa RD

((AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST))). On 4/17/21 I have had a very unprofessional & resourcefulness experience at 8571 - 1909 E JOPPA RD, PARKVILLE, MD 21234-2729 location. I brought my car in to get a passenger front TPS checked because of a leak I noticed a few days ago.1. Sales rep (short dreads with lower arm Tattoo ) didnt write a detailed description inside the content management system (CMS) informing the auto tech of my issue.2. When I came back to pick up my car I noticed the wrong sensor (drivers front changed)3. The new sales rep said the prior sales rep should have wrote it better (why wasnt it typed )4. Old seat cover plastic was thrown on the passenger seat with grease marks on my interior door and seat.5. My car now does not display any tire pressure values6. Original sales rep says its because Your car is a smart car, the computerization cant be done whatever that means.7. I overhear the auto tech yelling tell him let the Lexus dealer fix it8. Auto tech goes to the bar after handing me my keys.You will leave this place with a bigger problem than you came in with (((BEWARE!!!)))

I’ve been going there for new tires for the past three years and had no problem each time. Unfortunately this time i met a very annoying employee who wanted to sell me alignment, oil change and brake rotors/pads. All I wanted was a new set of tires which was sumitomo htr pos3 on sale at $393.48 on ntb.com. He did not even want to honor that price and tried to sell me different sumitomos. He told me i have to buy other packages to be able to get that price which was totally none sense because I had already chose the tires and booked the appointment online for that price!!! I felt so indignant and left the store but he came to my car and offered to “price match” the tires. I mean common you want to price match your own website price??? More like you don’t want to honor your own price!!!! Hesitantly I eventually agreed to get the tires for that price. After 3 long hours of waiting, i was on my way home driving on the highway and the car was so wobbly that I think the mechanic did not balance the tires or he did a very horrible job because i refused to buy the packages he was trying to sell so forcefully.I will never ever return to this NTB store again!!!!!6000 miles into the ride, there’s a bulge/bubble and the ntb store would not replace it despite having the manufacturer warranty. I honestly did not hit any potholes or curbs. The mark on the rim has been there before when i had the old tires. Very poor quality tires and equally poor services from this store!!!

Went to the Joppa Road location in Parkville. The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly. I got an oil change and they did a very fast and efficient job. The manager Marc made sure everything looked right before they pulled my truck out. He was very informative and helped me understand the other issues that were going on with my truck that needs to be fixed. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get it done today but I will definitely be coming back and recommend this location highly!!

I was in and out in less than an hour. The staff were very polite and explained everything every step of the way. Facility was clean and comfortable.

Everyone is very helpful at this location, the manager TJ goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is explained properly before they start the work on your car. It was a very pleasant experience visiting this location.

The staff is nice; however something always is wrong. I spent $4,000 on brake servicing and they left rusty rotors on the car and didn’t make sure that the pads press evenly.Bought tires and they were not sealed properly on the rim. Have taken it back since and was assured “ it was fixed”. Same issues, tested with water in a giant basin.Just got back from an appointment. Appt. was for 9:00 am and my car was not put on the lift until 10:17, and that was only because I asked them to just cancel and I had to leave.Nice people but literally have yet to meet the basic job requirements. My fault for going to them more than twice.

The lovely staff of this location are amazing. They went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I recommend them for all your car service needs

Took care of everything and never had any issue with management in this location. they stuck with everything they said and backed everything they said they do. Very good people to work with

Appointment at 12:30pm today.Car return after 6 pm. Oil change. Automobile still has oil change necessary message when returned.$190.00 later and excuses from Service manager Peyton. Disrespecting females.I wont return. Very disappointed .

The guys here are extremely honest and do great work. Took my Tesla Model S here and they warned me that it’s possible their machine may scratch my rims while swapping snow tires for summer tires. They did a little bit. Nothing too bad. They did great job. Will keep going back.

The staff were so friendly and patient with me. I showed up 30 minutes before they closed. Unfortunately my tire was beyond repair so they patiently helped me order new tires and walked me through quote. If you need new tires I definitely recommend them and if you can come soon to take advantage of the buy 2 get 2 sale they have right now.

Typically I buy my own tires online or parts and they have no issue installing customer brought parts on my Toyota 86! Mark and staff were a pleasure. He brought anything that may be an issue for me down the road and explained how soon I should address the repairs.

First I went to the York Rd store, there the customer service rep gave me a hard time, but she did except my vehicle near closing. The tech that worked on my vehicle was awesome. He went over my tire with a fine tooth comb. He gave excellent advice, suggesting to get two tires later instead of one and waiting for the other doubling my wait time.That customer service representative required a down payment to order the tires. For some reason I didnt feel comfortable, I declined.I called the Parkville store the next day and inquired about the tires and was told that they could get two tires and I didnt need to come in with a down payment. They said we will take the order over the phone; you just come in for your appointment. When I got there, I was welcomed, one rep waited on me until the original rep was done with his previous customer. The process and pricing was explained, they asked if I needed anything. The installer got my vehicle in and installed the tires in a hour. I was quite pleased and will go back for the rears.

I have been coming to the NTB on Joppa rd for a few years and the service is always great. TJ always greets me with a smile, and is very Polite and gives me a lot of information about what my car needs. He also makes me laugh. I Know my car is in good hands with the whole team at NTB.

I mean the tires were ok and service was good but the best part was staring at that handsome bald dude named Kenny that worked there. Think I’ll get him to change my oil next week :)

I really like the NTB on Joppa Road. They always do a great job, and have never been pushy about the work that needs to be done. This past week my check engine light came on. I took my car to NTB on Joppa Road where they discovered my Oxygen Sensor was bad. I agreed to pay for the work to be done, and after work came and picked my car up. On the way home from NTB the check engine light came on again. I called and was told to bring the car back as soon as possible. That weekend they replaced the Oxygen sensor again. This time they installed a higher quality sensor, and didnt even charge me for the upgrade. I really like the staff at Joppa Road, and will continue to take my car to be worked on at NTB.

Polite and courteous, gives an impression of professionalism, however...I made a point of having all of my routine maintenance performed at this location for multiple years on my Honda Accord and Civic: oil changes, tires, alignments.On one of these routine visits they informed me that I needed a complete brake overhaul, got a quote. Took to dealer, got a quote about half the NTB assessment for normal brake job.At some point the control bar of my Honda Accord got damaged from some kind of road hazard. Had them do the alignment... never got it totally corrected. Took to the Honda dealer - they fixed it for good.Decided to give them another opportunity when I needed a new muffler, after which there was an annoying intermittent rattle due to the fact that they had installed the new muffler such that it contacted the hitch - which had been installed prior to the muffler change. When I took it back to have them fix it, they claimed there was nothing they could do without removing the hitch.The point Im making is that they lost my trust by over-estimating work both in scope and price. Furthermore they failed to stand behind their unsatisfactory work. Now I simply go the Honda dealer and have no issues, and no surprise big ticket items.It is rare for me to take the time to post an unfavorable review of a business, but for this place, I made a special effort.

I rarely write reviews but TJ and CJ are both awesome...been bringing my car here for 5+ years. Always straightforward and they explain everything up front and they take care of business to get you in and out. Good communication with phone calls plus theyre both cool to talk in general. Cant say more about the place and its nice seeing a business that retains employees for long periods of time--says something overall is going well there. Thanks again!

Noticed I had something stuck in my tire just before 7pm and saw that the closes NTB didnt close to 8. I was able to pick out a new tire, have it placed onto the car and out the door 8pm. Great service, everyone was excellent

Appointments mean nothing at this place so dont bother calling ahead.They have a very polite staff, which is why they deserve one star instead of zero. Heres the deal:I called them to set up an inspection appointment last week and was given an appt. for noon today. I showed up on time and was told that Id be good to go by 1 PM or 1:30 PM. This surprised me, but I said, OK, go ahead, Ill go get lunch and be back around 1 PM.At 1:15 PM (after Id returned from lunch) I asked about my car, which was still in its original parking spot. It hadnt been touched and I was told that it would actually be done at 2 PM. I let them know that Id be walking away with the car at 1:30, regardless of the work completion. The car was taken into the garage at 1:22 PM. The car was returned to me, inspection complete, at 2:05 PM.The staff actually let me know that inspections dont take that long -- and thats actually true! So why was I given an appointment for noon, yet my car wasnt touched until 1:22 PM? Why was I told that I would receive my car between 1 PM and 1:30 PM? My best guess is that this place is built to accept as much work as possible. The staff are told to tell you yes for just about everything and lie to you to make the timeline seem reasonable.I took off work to have this done and came back to an angry boss because I was so late. I correctly assumed that inspections take about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I also assumed that an appointment would keep me on-schedule. I should have left there at 12:45 at the latest.I left at 2:05. Avoid this place if you can.
