Great place with great service for finding many types of batteries. Id been hunting for a keychain flashlight battery, didnt have an old one to compare, looked many online stores with no luck. Battery Warehouse was the best place to go!Very courteous service at the Parkville, MD location. If I could give 10 stars, they would definitely deserve it.

Prices arent great but they do have inventory of commonly needed batteries so if you are in a jam, you can probably get what you need. That said, if you purchase the wrong item by accident, you will pay a restocking fee when you return it. Not a great policy for anyone looking to purchase a large volume of batteries. Staff was easy to work with.

Needed a battery for the wifes car. $30 less than the other places & they usually have the odd sizes.

Always been helpful. Not had to replace much but they always have what I need. Only issue I have would bd finding them online. Only reason I know of this store is driving by. Wouldnt have know any other way.

I have been there only a few times and each time I was helped quickly. Each visit was handled by a different employee. All were very knowledgeable. My needs were not anything difficult or unusual but I was treated in a friendly, professional manner. This will be my first choice for service.

I liked this place; they have all kinds of batteries! I got a car battery... they installed it, tested the old battery, explained everything to me. Price seemed reasonable and customer service was great.

Purchased a battery this afternoon. When I got the battery home I discovered it was the wrong size. Took the battery back and asked for consideration for my expenses to return the incorrect battery. I was told by the manager that I should have checked the size prior to taking the new battery. Im not the QA department for Battery Warehouse. The manager had a very bad attitude and was not customer oriented. They offered me a replacement with a senior discount which I should have received with the first sale. The service was unacceptable and I requested a full credit. I received terrible service and will not return to this company. I cant recommend this company

They have such a nice selection of batteries and are always so pleasant and helpful. I go there for all my battery needs. Today was for my car remote key. I was surprised the battery was about as big at the key, round and flat. Bought and installed for $4. Cant beat that!

As soon as I explained to the merchant what I needed he got the battery right away. He was also quite helpful in assisting me in selecting the charger I needed, based on how/when I needed to use it. Excellent customer service, not only to me, but to other customers who were waiting to be assisted.

My car battery had died and I gotten a hot shot. But that meant I couldnt turn the engine off or I would need another boost. So with the engine running I called dealers and several repair shops. No one could replace my battery until at least the next day, but I HAD to have an operational car ASAP. Then I recalled that there is a Battery Warehouse near my bank. Out of desperation, I called them and the staff said they had a battery to fit the make, year and model of my car. In fact, it would only take 10 minutes. I drove into the parking lot where they actually replaced the battery in 10 minutes. Wonderful service, delivered as promised. They have batteries for electronic devices as well as vehicles. The inventory appears to be extensive. Theyre not fancy, but they are efficient.

I have a new battery that I purchased within the past 6 months that I am returning for the second time. just buy a new name brand one if getting a battery for your vehicle. Why risk being stranded as I currently am once again.

The Belair store I think someone is ripping me off... he wanted to charge me 80 for a $50 and said there were no other options and I called the day before and got 3 different prices..... and the batteries wont last 2 years... they suck

The long haired guy plaid game with pricing on lawn tractor battery and was rude not helpful and they lost sale I walked out called customer service woman their all she wanted to do is argue with me about what happened I can see why I was treated like I was treated bad cause customer service it rude and ignorant will never go to battery warehouse again they lost a customer for life!!!!
