Jasmine was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful while I was in store today. She was able to locate the mistake that was made from an online order and fix it for me in no time at all. Both employees were so welcoming to every person that walked in the door while I was there. I’ll definitely be going back to this location in the future based on the experience I had today.

Just got new phones, a process I usually dread. Have to say this was the easiest, most pleasant new phone purchase experience we’ve ever had, thanks to the team of Lexie and Cam. They were so great to work with and made everything go so smoothly. They were so patient with all our questions and even with that, we purchased our new phones in record time. Great job!

This is the most poor service oriented place. So, I got here before 7pm, waited for over 30 minutes before I was attended to- I wanted to purchase a Samsung phone- I already have a prepaid account with AT&T and needed to purchase a new phone where I would retain my number and pay on installment. I spoke with one of the shop attendants- Levi, who told me it was impossible, with a body language that connotes that I’m dumb when I couldn’t understand why I can’t switch from a prepaid plan to a post-paid plan . Then, I decided to purchase the phone outrightly (that way I could retain my number) and she said the manager wasn’t available to help! In all, I was frustrated, spent over 50 minutes at tue store without any atom of help!!!!!
Im very thankful for Camryn! She set up new accounts for me and troubleshooted # port issues for over two hours, staying with me pass closing time. During this time she was working by herself and juggled a bunch of other customers as well. She did an amazing job. Thank you Camryn!

One of the Employee which I approached upon visiting AT&T store was very unprofessional when I & brother explained the scenerio issues with our phone she took our phone inquiring about account did the necessary screening check the phone within approximately 2mins she stated l dont know what the problem was then we saw another employee on in the name of Brenda l believe cause she had the same phone like ours she was willing to help us she really have a passion for her job. When she realized that it seems all her effort proves abortive she called At&t customer service to solved the problem which was to found out that the Identification number was totally from the old phone. The old phone ID number was input on our purchased new phone.The employee body language was so rude she dont have a name tag on her uniform. This matter was reported to the manager the next business day. Another employee that we were looking forward to catch up with but she have clocked out was campryn she was the lady that was helping us out before while we went to get another phone but we were unlucky when we revisited the store.
The manager, Alexander, helped me during my visit. He was quick, knowledgeable, straight forward. The store was packed on July 5 do to the holiday and he greated everyone who walked in while handling everyones needs. He was a true leader delegating work to other employees, while leading from the front and assisting with multiple sales and tech issues.

Camryn was very nice and helpful, answered all my questions while also multitasking with other guests as my phone backed up and transferred data, but she didnt miss a beat. This store is terrible kevin doesn’t have a clue he just lied about everything and when we tried to straighten things out we were told he was on sick leave. This is not a true AT&T store it’s a retail store with rebuilt tv boxes that are junk please find a corporate store that’s what we did and knowledgeable people there
I am a new AT&T customer; less than a month since Ive switched from my previous provider. The experience has been awful from being lied to by sales reps, customer service reps being completely unprofessional and rude, not receiving all of my equipment and a countless number of other issues. I was so ready to walk away and say forget it, I dont care if they add it to my credit bc I pay to be treated to with dignity and respect not just for service. It wasnt until this past Saturday when I was visiting my sister in Baltimore and I had to make a stop (another issue) to AT&T because my sons tablet did not have a sim card after we rode down from Jersey (3 hour trip) that my hatred towards AT&T had somewhat turned around. The young ladies in this store went above and beyond to make sure that I was assisted right away and treated with respect. Camryrn and Malinda were professional and truly great customer service representatives. If I could visit this store all the time I most definitely would. Thank you guys sooo much.

I was tired of T Mobile and thought to see what AT&T was about. Came in the store and was greeted instantly by staff. I loved that! The associate that helped us was Mike. The experience I had at the Parkville AT&T store was phenomenal ! My son and I were greeted immediately as we entered the store. We were quickly approached by Makaela. Needs to improve customer service/support. Ive been going to this store for years, but for some reason most customer reps are unspeakably rude. I work....so do you i cant help that your job is based on most of the world being Unequipped with our phones& have to take you out of your way for help. I was waited on by Kerron when at this at&t location. He was professional, attentive and knowledgeable of all products I asked questions about. My experience getting a new phone was painless and will be returning to this location in the future when I need a new phone to hopefully deal with the same employee kerron he made the entire process as streamline and quick as possible given my dislike for going to phone stores I would highly recommended his services and ability to fulfill your needs without unneeded frustration and ability to delivery a streamlined process with whatever phone product You decide on. Give him a raise quality employees are difficult to find and should be compensated adequately.
When I stepped into the store, Robert made me and the other 4 people who entered with in 10 minutes feel like we were the only people there. He was fast, well versed and able to answer any questions he was given. There was a problem transferring my data and he kept at it until it worked. If you need a phone, go and see Robert he wont try and sell you more than you need, he fits your needs. The best at his job, Highly Recommended!!
Today I had A situation with my iPhone 6 today I had to get another one I went to the AT&T store on the corner of Harford Road and putty Hill and the Parkville area when I came to the door there was very professional Due to the COVID-19 the AT&T store was very clean very spotless as I was looking for a new upgrade the young lady Was very knowledgeable about the iPhones and I couldn’t understand but she help me understand what type of plan an upgrade that was fit for me It was a sale going on for the iPhone SE which was the last one they made with a home button she was very knowledgeable about this phone and explain it to me that it will do everything that I need to do far as the business wise and right now I really love this phone very fast the camera megapixels it’s excellent technology as it is very durable thank you so much for helping out. If 0 stars were possible thats what I would have given. The associates there including the manager were beyond bad. We got a so called deal for the tv service. After hooking it up we found out the channels promised were not there. When trying to bring back the box we were told the manager wasn t there and only she could do it . For three days of going back and forth she was finally there but informed us she could not do it and we would have to mail the box back. Why couldnt the guy tell us that 3 days prior. Terrible service with stupid people. Only went there because it was close to home. We will travel farther for help from now on. Just fyi we have been with att for 20 years and have never been treated so badly.

Really good customer service with Rashad. Very patient with helping me upgrade my older than old phone. Small store with either two or three employees working. Looks at first sight they make not get a lot of foot traffic, however it would be ones luck to walk in an all the employees are attending someone. In any case, I plan to return here to pay my bill. I recommend others that live around the store to go there as well.

On June 15th 2020 on a Monday, I came to the AT&T store to buy for the very first time an iPhone. I wanted the iPhone 11 Promax that has 256 GB and the color is cool Grey. Dylan, who worked at the AT&T store in Parkville, Maryland was all by himself and worked from the day he opened the store until closed had his hands full by helping several customers before he was able to help me. As patient as I am, Dylan was able to help me even though he looked tired and was ready to go home. I wanted to trade in my Samsung galaxy S7 for the down payment of the iPhone 11 Pro Max and Dylan was able to do so by deducting $300 from $1100 phone, so that my monthly payments would be reduced from $40-$28 a month. He was able to show me how to transfer all my information from the Samsung galaxy S7 30 iPhone as soon as I went home when he closed up shop. He asked me that I have 14 days to return the Samsung S7 for the trade-in of the iPhone which I will do on Wednesday, June 17.Above all things, Dylan is a great sales rep and I appreciate him for giving me my first iPhone that I will enjoy.Thanks Dylan!

Went to store yesterday. Had terrible customer service. I waited about 20 minutes which was ok but the guy I saw first stated to me whats up. No hi how can I help you. The guy had no idea what he was doing to resolve my phone problem and just kept telling me to contact customer service line. He daidche did not know how to fix the issue and contact customer service. He did not even bother to check with his co-worker. I ended up figuring it out on my own without calling customer service. He should have been able to help out or sought assistance. A complete joke

Absolutely AWFUL!!! They refused to take my ID and allow me to even pay for my own account then they threw me out if the store onto the street. I called the better business bureau and filed a complaint against this absolutely horrific store as well as filed formal complaints with at&t. The manager and his incredibly rude employee should ge fired!!!
