I had several issues including being sent verification codes I didn’t request for example.Mobile Experts Kalayna and Amanda covered all my questions to resolve(s) and options to either secure present phone and or upgrade my phone to resolve issues.They patiently provided solutions and presented options to give me the ability to make informed decisions.They both displayed exemplary customer service skills. I would highly recommend them.

I came in with a difficult request, they came up with a solution and helped me to become a new T-Mobile customer. My wife and I switched from Verizon. My parents are next. Check out their military discount! The 600Mhz 5G network they recently launched is a game changer!

I wish I could give no stars! I switched from Sprint to T-Mobile and was told that I would get up to a $650 credit from T-mobile to pay off my old phone bill with Sprint. I’m stuck with a bill from Sprint because the representative at T-mobile failed to explain everything thoroughly. All of your representatives need to be properly trained on the correct information!

I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I switched to T-Mobile from Verizon and they made the process seamless. Great customer service, too.

Great store. The Manager and reps were very helpful. The store is very small so it gives you that personal feeling like you are not big corporate store, but they are very professional like you are. Mos Def would shop there again.

Nick was very cordial and professional. The phone customer service agent was also; but he could not tell me why my account that was Terminated October 2016 was being billed again 1 yr later in 2017. The ONLY usage since 2016 was as a mp3 player!!!
