We googled for computer repair, and we found this company.Our IT guy Michael was very upfront and honest, told us exactly what we needed and didnt give us anything we didnt. We got a desktop computer that is way way above our expectations. He was very friendly and its quite rare to have an experience like this when it comes to technology related things. I called Clevlegend Repairs for advice on my computer, could I upgrade to Windows 10 or did I need to buy a new computer? Mike came to my house explained my options, went over the price, and took the tower. He called later that evening to say it was ready. He brought it back to the house, set it up and made sure everything was working.He installed everything I needed and its perfect. Great turn around time and very trustworthy.

Customer service still exists - Mike helped me with a computer issue I was having, he removed malware and viruses from my computer. He picked up my computer from my home and brought my computer back to my home and showed me that the computer had been fixed. He followed up next day to make sure that everything was fine with my computer. You can tell that Mike strives to do a great job and that he will not stop working on your issue until it is resolved. Prices very reasonable too. Will recommend and use in future.

I was a bit nervous coming to this place at first. The guy mostly does eyebrows and threading, and he repairs computers inside the new eyebrow place in the corner. But he had no problem fixing my computer. He was quick and solved a problem I had spent hours on (unresponsive wifi card) for $75. There is a flat $25 diagnostic fee (which is standard) which gets waved if you pay for the repair. I didnt have to pay up front, which eased my mind. He has a card reader, though it wasnt working today, so I paid cash.Not only was he polite, he worked around my schedule and didnt mind waiting for me. All told, it took about 3 hours, but a diagnosis and fix would have taken a minimum of an hour on its own at home if I had known what to do, and that is less time than most businesses will take.My only complaint is that he first tried to charge me $125 for the fix (essentially just a fresh Windows 10 installation) for labor plus the license. After I balked at that expense for a simple install, he remembered that I already had a Windows 10 key he could use on the computer and asked just $75 for the labor. Probably an honest mistake, because in every other way he did not seem to be trying to rip me off.

So fast and convenient! He met me at a coffee shop picked up my laptop and returned it a few hours later fully working and the price was amazing

Last weekend, my laptop screen literally began to fall apart at the hinges. I was desperate to find someone who could repair it, but on a Sunday I had my doubts. Luckily I found this company!Honestly, Mike is probably one of the nicest people youll ever meet, he got on it right away and had everything done the next day! He reassured me of it and the price he offered was just right too.I definitely recommend giving him a call if you ever have any hardware issues, not only does he know what hes doing, he does it in a timely manner. My USB drive that stored all of my teaching plans and lessons malfunctioned. Mike worked very diligently to solve the issue. Unfortunately, the port could not be saved; however, Mike was able to install software so that I could convert my old pdf files to PPTs and editable documents, etc. Great customer service, friendly, and reasonably priced!

Top notch computer repair. My laptop was attacked with multiple viruses, though I had almost lost all of my data but I must admit Mike the owner himself took good care of my problem and brought back my laptop to a brand new condition like Ive never had a virus.
