I love this store! Its fantastically organized, by both size and color, not to mention you get credit for the items you consign that other people buy. The staff are all so friendly and they have a great Facebook page, curvy online, for all the non locals.

Drove 30 min only to be told no kids under 16.. waisted my time. Only to find out if ur kids can wear their clothes then can come in dont have to be of age. That was my first and last time there

I loved this store..only place I could find things I liked and that fit me for a good price. Even if the price is a little high for a second hand store. Im a mom of two kids, I always have one with me. Now Im no longer allowed to bring my child. I can not support stores that discriminate.

Great shop, HUGE selection of items!! The owner has been going above and beyond to keep her staff and customers safe during all this Covid craziness. It was okay... Thought they were a bit pricey for being a 2nd hand store! Not a huge fan... I may go back in to give them another opinion but price wise I was quite disappointed.

I hadnt been in the store for a while. Had a chance to go back, Im so happy I did. My daughter and her girlfriend found some great deals. The staff were very helpful. Such a great atmosphere to shop. Curvy Consignments is a diamond-in-the rough; the store is a no-fills, straight forward, consignment shop with fair prices and a huge selection. If youre looking for straight-up variety in larger sizes, for both men and women, this is your place. My only critiques of the store is that its best to call in advance if they are open, as Ive driven there to find it closed during normal business hours. And, theres no restroom facilities... so having a long time, relaxed shopping experience isnt always possible.

This store seems to think that children are a nuisance and won’t even let them in the store. We didn’t even get to shop our son is four years old had a mask on and is very well behaved. So parents have to get a babysitter just to come to your store no thanks I’ll go to any other establishment. Shame on you for not being accessible to all. I’m sorry that leaving my child and husband who also wanted to buy clothes sitting in the car Isn’t viable option.Went to a family friendly store and spent $200.

I have shopped at this store for years. Selections have just been increasing, and the amount of NWT choices is amazing. The prices are incredibly fair. I love the online opportunities-I now live out of state much of the time, and it is just like Christmas every time I get a box! I have even been able to contact the owner, saying I needed something specific, and she searched for a couple items, took pictures, and let me choose what I wanted. You don’t get that kind of personal service anywhere else!

I love this store! They are very helpful. I cant do alot of walking due to a past injury. and one of the girls that work there looked all over the store to find what I was looking for. She didnt have to do that she was busy that day. And thats not the first time she has done that for me. I definitely Recommend this store. And I will be going back soon

I have always had trouble finding plus size clothes. Especially ones that I like and are comfortable. This store I would recommend to any plus size women or man. They are cheap great quality clothes for anyone and they are cute.They even have plus sized dresses and formal wear, also a decent selection of shoes. I have also sometimes not felt welcome at some stores because I am plus sized and they make you feel at home and it feels like you are in a judge free zone at the store. Great people and great service. They even have some torrid clothes and if you are plus sized you probably know that they are expensive but at curvy consignments they are cheap and most of the time still have tags on them.

Online or at the store they are always helpful! I dont shop elsewhere until I check the inventory at Curvy. I love saving money! Keep up the great work Amanda and staff, 😍.

My second time dropping off a consignment which went very smooth. The store is nice and spacious full of clothes as advertised. Everything you cant find at your normal/average thrift store. Especially for big mens selection this store is wonderful. The people have always been nice to me as I expect they will be to you.

Will not consign there again. Wish I would of just sold the items myself. I made less than $65 for about 55 items (all Torrid and Lane Bryant) that I never wore and still had tags or wore just 1 time, that were in season and newer (maybe 2 years old). She also does not provide proof of sales so you have no idea what sold for what prices. The owner wasnt the friendliest to me and there was a time I overheard her talking with a customer about another lady that was consigning with her. Just kind of unprofessional. I never shopped there but prices seemed cheap when I did glace around. Other staff members were pleasant.

For us Fuller figure beautiful women and gorgeous gentlemen, this store is the bomb. I always find something here, and if you have used but good clothes you bag them up, put your name and number (If you already have an account), and when your clothes sell you get money back. Its clean, has a good deal for just about every budget and the women are the best. Go once and you will find your new to go to store.

Amanda has always been honest and professional. Not only have shopped and consigned there, but I have also encouraged others to do the same. I have 100% great feedback from everyone I have referred to her. Upon occasion I have observed a few ridiculously rude customers and have heard her be witty in response. The bottom line is if you are expecting the owner or staff to grovel at your feet and throw down palm fronds when you enter so that you can verbally abuse them then this may not be the shop for you. If you have a history of high drama, unrealistic expectations, and general snobbery, this may not be the shop for you. If you have a brain and can demonstrate it by being a decent human being, and you enjoy amazing service and great prices then jack pot! Youve found your new shopping home. Every time I shop here I get consistent great service! I’ve had several folks in the last week thanking me for telling them about them and raving about the great service.

Ive been shopping and consigning at Curvy Consignments for several years, and I love it! Theres always new items there, great sales, and all of the staff (including the owner, Amanda) have always been super friendly and helpful to me. I always enjoy shopping there, especially for Torrid items - theres a good selection. As for consigning, I am very happy with the process. I also have an eBay store that I sell on too, so if I want top dollar for an item, Ill go that route- but for everyday clothing and stuff I just want to get rid of or would be too much of a hassle to put on eBay, this is the best place. The store is HUGE now at the new building and its a pleasure to visit! Keep up the excellent work, ladies!

Run away! I had the misfortune of dealing with this company via their online shop and it was a total nightmare. The owner runs it and they completely ignored my concerns as a customer, they lied about having already shipped something (not marked as shipped, no tracking begun for days afterward), refused to cancel an order that should’ve easily been canceled, then told me that my business meant nothing to them (odd, considering they refused to cancel the sale), gave me an “I’m sorry you feel that way” passive-aggressive apology, and then told me that I should just be mad. No point in wasting my time being mad when I can warn everyone else that it isn’t worth it. It doesn’t matter how good the price seems: the customer service is apathetic, dishonest, and condescending.

This place is cool for big guys and gals clothing. I go a couple times and month. Ive done their consignment also. Its fair and Ive felt taken care of. Good prices help too.

Love this place. Lots of treasures to find at a great price. Good brands like torrid etc for way cheaper and everything is in great condition or even still has tags on it and the girl who runs the place is a sweetheart.

I absolutely love this store and wish I lived closer (although my husband is happy we dont, because our bank account is safer LOL). Being able to shop in a store that is dedicated to larger sizes is wonderful. I am always able to find something, the prices are reasonable and there is a fair consignment system in place. There is such a large selection of different items: casual, business, athletic, shoes, dresses, scrubs, swimwear, pajamas, accessories, plus brand-new finds! I also enjoy spending time listening to the employees banter with each other and the customers.

Amanda and the ladies are so wonderful. They are very organized and helpful on finding specific items. There are always special deals and sales of the week as well. I have been shopping and consigning here for 6 years and I love it every time. Great bargains, you can drop off your old items for consignment credit and the store layout and selection are excellent. Mens section as well!

Excellent! I was visiting NE Ohio and popped in to see if I might find anything. WOW. Very helpful staff, nice clothing that is well-organized and priced to sell. I bought so much I will need to ship it home, rather than checking another suitcsse at the airport. I will make it a point to stop in whenever I am in the area. I highly recommend this store. Such a great place for the bigger curvy girl!. Love the way everything is color coordinated then size! My daughter is on the smaller plus size, but able to find a new high top bikini for about a 1/4 of the price. Really cute!

Fair pricing for quality brand names stuff. Im pretty happy to spend my money here rather than the overpriced department stores that sell these items. Clean. Dressing rooms too.

I can always find lots of clothes for a good price here. Sometimes they sell cookies and brownies to munch on while you shop. I like to get some to eat on the way home.

Love the selections. Love how its organized. Sometimes prices are a bit high for a thrift store, but well priced for expensive plus-sized clothing. Anywhere from $8-$20 dollars for a shirt. Anywhere from $10-$20 for pants, depending on what you pick. Things add up quickly here. Not regular thrift store prices, more like low-end retail prices.

Great store the owner is really awesome. They have ever changing inventory, so you never know what you will find. Often have brand new items.

Always fun, sale time or not. Spacious dressing rooms, great merchandise selection. Great way to recycle your seldom worn items and add variety to your wardrobe for less.

I have consigned and shopped at Curvy Consignments for over 6 years and in 2 of the 3 locations. I now live 5 hours away but still make Curvy a destination when I visit Cleveland, and I cant wait to see the HUGE new store in person! Ive recommended the store to friends who also live out of state because of the ease of shopping online through the Curvy Online Facebook page. Store owner Amanda is a smart business owner who I am privileged to call my friend after years of doing business together. I wish that my current city had a Curvy Consignments...Ive never found another consignment store exclusively dedicated to plus size women and big/tall men. My husband even shops here when were in town. Five stars arent enough to express how great this store and its owner really are.I still stand by this...Curvy Consignments is the BEST consignment store EVER! Amanda is amazing and continues to expand her offerings to meet the needs of her customers. Shopping online is easy and shipping is reasonable.

Now I have had excellent experiences with Curvy Consignments & Big Dudes, both consigning and shopping there, and have referred many, many friends there who have also been extremely pleased. The owner has really filled a need, and she knows her market. Yes, she may be particular about what items she accepts, but as a shopper, you want to have nice items in good shape at excellent resale prices. The store has expanded, and there is constantly new stock. Have you checked out her new attached store, Big Dudes, for the bigger guy? My girlfriends say that their guys no longer dread shopping, as they will likely find items they want in their size, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Less curvy ladies will appreciate the selection of shoes, purses, scarves, hats, gloves and other accessories. You cannot beat the prices, and the shopping experience is pleasant and the staff is extremely supportive. I highly recommend you check it out.

I have been both a customer and Consigner here for years. This has become my go to store whenever I need something. The store is organized so well and there is such a great selection. I never leave empty handed! They even have a section of clothes that are brand new with tags. They get so many new drop offs everyday that the inventory is constantly changing. If you sign up for their emails you get up to date notices about specials and promotions. This store is a true gem!!

What a treasure trove! I happened into Curvy Consignments on Valentines Day when everything in the store was 25% off! Well organized with ample stock, Curvy Consignments has knowledgeable salespeople who were patient, helpful and friendly. The prices are very reasonable and volume purchases are rewarded with additional discounts. Will be a repeat shopper and fan, for sure.

Nice friendly staff, I was picking up a Wish order, so I didnt look at their selection, but they seemed to have a large amount of goods.

Dont get me wrong I like being able to get money for clothes I was going to donate anyway but it kinda seems like the workers think thats an excuse for not having to be courteous. By that I mean the few times Ive called with a question it seems once I have taken up too much of thier time they shut me down with you can always donate it.That being said if you continue to brush people off or get short with someone who was being nothing but nice to you you wont have the donations you need to be in business.Not to mention I was notified very late of my clothes even being priced so my first question was how long you guys gave me for my clothes to sell since i was thinking i was out of time and your answer was you can always donate them.My point is you have no idea what people are going through so i would encourage your workers to answer the phone and questions with a smile instead of an attitude.

I highly recommend this clothing store! I am extremely hard to fit plus size and tall but this place has something for everyone! Clothing from Woman withon, Torrid and Fashion Bug are all here! Good fair prices and tons of selections! I drove from an hour away to get here and it was totally worth it!

I only have experience as a buyer, but I have bought things there face to face and online and have been extremely pleased with the quality of what Ive purchased. In addition, the owner has been great about accommodating me. I didnt find the store dirty, as the one woman said, or musty. Certainly the clothes I bought werent.

Place ok. Prices kinda high for used clothing. $15. not $8. Saw some at $12. But they are used. Workers are very friendly.

I have been a large man for most of my life, and during that time I have had many manufacturers and retailers take advantage of me for that . You know that door chime that you hear when you walk into some stores? ding ding I swear - to me it sounded more like ha ha .And that was simply because I knew i would pay a premium and have a limited selection of clothes that would fit me comfortably . NOT at this store ! and NOT this woman . 5 years ago when I walked into her North Ridgeville store, for the first time in my life I understood why my wife liked shopping for clothes so much . To have racks and racks of clothes that actually fit you .And the clothing there is at a fraction of the cost that I would pay anywhere else . Before it was just a disappointing task . Now when I shop for clothes it is fun . And Amanda and her staff are friendly and knowledgeable . And when I say knowledgeable, I mean they know what is going to fit who -and how . And the prices are so unbelievably low that I have been able to buy things that in the past all I could do was want . A dream come true . Thank you Amanda, and the whole Big dudes staff !

I almost didnt try this store because of the negative reviews and that would have been a mistake. I dont know about consigning here, but the shopping is fantastic. Great selection, sorted by size and color, fantastic prices... I found several lovely pieces. Priced higher than a thrift store, but worth it for not having to dig through a bunch of junk and wrong sizes.

The place is nice inside and she has good clothes, but the owner is arrogant and she makes her customers feel like they are dumb. She has a very sarcastic attitude and acts very disrespectful towards her customers. She is very confrontational even if you ask a question. I have also witnessed her talking bad about her customers when they leave to her employees and other customers. She lacks humility and if she keeps acting like this, her customers will start diminishing. Its a shame, because I can tell she worked hard to make the store what it is. It makes me not want to go in there or at the least, just stay clear of her. He staff is nice though.

I love the variety and styles here. An all plus size consignment store was a dream come true! The disappointment was in the employees. They were surprisingly rude. One followed me around scolding me for having my daughter in the cart with the clothes I was planning to try on, telling me that I should some how magically push two separate carts. It continued to the point where this employee actually followed me right into my changing room, because I, and I am making a direct quote here, grabbed the expensive items. Im not certain if Ill be returning to this store, as much of a great thing it is to have an all plus size consignment store, Im not sure that Im willing to let myself be treated so disrespectfully at an establishment that Ive spent money at.

I live in Youngstown, but am originally from Parma.. when I come home to visit family, this is my first stop before anywhere else.. I have found soo many awesome deals and have gotten outstanding value for my $ !! Finding big sizes is very inconvenient, and when I do find my size in catalogs or stores, its highway robbery, because I really dont have a choice, and have no other options.. but I can honestly say, that this store ( Parma Heights) has been a major blessing in my life. Amanda ( the owner) is extremely friendly and has a great sense of humor! I used to dread going shopping for clothes, but now its not nearly as bad! In fact, some of my fellow colleagues i work with drive to Parma, to shop with me as well! Couldnt ask for a more pleasant shopping experience, and once again, the value I get for my dollar is unmatched anywhere else... 5 Stars all day 👍👍👍👍👍

I had a few dealings with this business.. each time was sub-par if not down-right irritating. I, too, felt that each time the owner was very rude and arrogant. She also seems to close her store on a whim. I once before drove all the way out there (approx 30 mins) just to find she chose to close that day. I wasted my time and gas since I have no other reason to be in that area. I had even checked the website to verify days and hours before leaving and there was no indication of closing that day.Since I did make some decent money off my consignments the one time (but I had a lot of high quality brand-name stuff that all sold too), I gave it another shot today. Lo and behold, its closed for the entire week. The website had no mention of that. The worst part was that she was right outside the store working on something else and seemed irritated when I asked if she was definitely closed all week. She told me I could come back Saturday with little care of the long trip I had just made. I am NEVER going back there.She has a great idea but it ends there. If she is going to own a business, she should have someone else working the front-line because she is truly awful from a customer-service standpoint.

I have saved so much money by shopping here and I continually am complemented on the clothes I have purchased. The store is very clean and the folks who work there are very friendly and helpful. I was shocked after reading the negative review that was recently posted. I feel the complaints were false because I have never had issues. The owner has always gone out of her way to be pleasant even to customers who do not deserve it! If you are making a decision on whether to shop here or not, do not base it on the recent negative post. The post was utterly untrue, also (Sara?), before you sign a contract, make sure you understand it!

I have been shopping at Curvy for many years. Since her original store opened actually. I have never had anything but positive experiences. I often drop clothes off and forget about them, to be pleasantly surprised when I show up to purchase. Amanda, the owner always has a notice up if the store will be closed. I often get a text alert, email and fb notification. Which is more than other small businesses. No one really thinks to leave a reviews unless they are dissatisfied. So, when Googling the number and saw some nasty reviews, I wanted to leave a positive one.Dont let the negative Nancys deter you from making your own visited and gaining your own opinion!!!
