An excellent game store, been gaming for over 35 years and easily one of the best places I visited.Well stocked, clean and comfortable, friendly and knowledgeable staff.Will definitely be back, and recommend this store to my friends.

Brandon is always super nice whenever I come in, remembers my name and always a pleasant experience. Ive been in a few times already to buy some figs and paint for my star wars legion collection. Great place, will be a regular for sure!

Walked in here today to see what the store carried and we were so pleasantly surprised by the positive atmosphere. They have rooms on rooms for game play and they’re even decorated and well lit! The owner is such an amazing guy, he took the time to chitchat and help us out. We will definitely will be back!

Phenomenal store with a good selection of modern board games and TTRPGs with the best prices youll find in a brick and mortar game store. The coolest part? They have rooms specifically set up for you to have a session of D&D as well as tables set up with landscapes perfect for War Hammer AND you can paint your miniatures in store.Its been my go to store for the last 5 years, I was worried when it came under new ownership, but honestly hes enhanced the store in multiple ways and is one of the nicest people you can meet ontop of being extraordinarily helpful.

Had a great conversation with the owner. There are a lot of games here, especially in the tabletop war gaming genre, that you probably wont find anywhere else. This store also provides great support for the gaming community with multiple tables, private game rooms, and organized events.

New owners great couple! Very friendly and knowledgeable. They have multiple game rooms that are free to use. Sell a small selection of snacks and drinks. Also sell board games, miniatures, paints. If you dont find what you need they do have a note pad to ask them to order it and they can call you when it has arrived.They have a painting space. Also a community board you can post on or find gaming groups. Their Facebook has planned activities.

I have been a customer of Gamers Haven since my arrival in Parma in late 2016. It seemed like a store on its last legs... a testament to old board games and dust. However, when Brandon Z. and his wife April came in and renovated this past November, they created something truly special. The store as it stands now is a beacon of community spirit, pride, and a testament to a tabletop passion borne of nothing but heart. The new space is clean, staff is warm and welcoming, and the new Hobbs Lane section rocks. There are FREE tables for DND usage and inviting game groups that meet weekly. It is truly a special place and I could not recommend it enough.

Ive been to a number of gaming stores in the Akron and Cleveland area and Gamer Haven is clearly the best Ive seen!There is a good stock of product for a number of hobbies. Prices are fair. Everything is nearly displayed, well lit, and easy to find. The game tables are high quality and demand respect. Best of all, the staff is always friendly and fair.Ive driven an hour to get to Gamer Haven before and it was worth it.

This store to is one of best hobby store in Cleveland. it had a fine price and clerks are real hobbies player, so if you ask for advice they will give it to you. they not the biggest in Cleveland, cleanest and best game table i ever seen. I will recommend this story to anyone.

The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. I went in after more than a decade of not playing Dungeons and Dragons and he helped me get back on my feet again. I have since gone in a few times to ask some questions and he has been tremendously helpful and friendly. He never pushes a sale more than a mere suggestion and even suggests other free resources I could pursue.His store is PACKED with merchandise of every sort. All very organized and neatly presented.I have been to many other similar hobby shops and never able to deal with someone so glad to welcome a new player and answer questions. I highly recommend visiting this shop, even if just to look around and check out the cool stuff.

Stopped in here to find Pandemic Season 1 (it had just come out, the store didnt have it in stock yet) but found excellent staff and board games/figurines GALORE. Anything youd need to build up your nerdy board game collection can be found here.

Purchased a board game from them that did not contain all the pieces. When I contacted them they told me there was nothing they could do that it was the companys fault and were very rude. They had another copy at the store when I purchased it and they could have fixed the problem with ease but were rude and had no care for the customer just their money. Will never go there again.

Called from out of state (Kentucky) to purchase an boardgame expansion called Talisman: Woodland for my private collection. The clerk said they had two copies at 39.95 each but would not mail them to me for whatever reason. Ok fine, I have a good friend that lives nearby who was willing to drive there, purchase it and mail it to me himself.Upon arriving hes told that both copies were pulled off the shelf because theyre out of print and selling for 2-3 times the cost on eBay and the owner is keeping one for himself and most likely selling the other to pad his pocket dispite quoting a customer a price who simply wants to complete his private collection and NOT scalp someone for profit.A COMPLETE GREEDY DICK MOVE FOR A BUSINESS TO TREAT A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT.
