Parma Auto Body was the sixth body shop I went to after my 22 year old truck was hit in an accident. One shop wouldnt give me an estimate saying the truck was totalled and the insurance co. wouldnt pay for the damages. Two shops said that they couldnt do the work because they couldnt get the parts needed. Two other shops gave me estimates that were so high that they were more than the value of the truck.When Bill at Parma Auto Body said that he would get the insurance co. to pay for the damages, I thought here we go again! but to my surprise, he got the insurance co. to pay and his estimate was less than the other twoestimates that i received. Bill is truly a man of his word. I will always use and refer him for any auto body repairs.

Very nice and courteous folks I had some minor work done and they did an excellent job.

I took my vehicle to Bill at Parma Auto Body when it was nearly totaled in an accident. From the first time we spoke, Bill assured me he could get my car back to new within the amount so the insurance wouldn’t total it. He did that and my car looks like new again! He even sent it out to have it detailed for me! If you find yourself in need of body work, please give him a call. He is extremely professional and will coordinate with enterprise rental also so you can pick your rental up and drop it off at his shop. It made this nightmare so much better!

I was referred to this shop by German Auto Pros. I called and spoke with Bill who was extremely kind over the phone. I went to the shop to have him look at my sons 2005 Audi which had a front bumper injury and was in need of replacement. Bill was incredibly kind and helpful. He re-attached the bumper for my son! We only had an appointment to have it looked at and receive a quote, and Bill took time out of his busy day to fix my sons bumper for MUCH less than I expected. He gave some sound advice and said he could fix a different area on the car that is in need, if we so choose; no pressure. His shop is warm and home like. This place was recommended to me for their great auto body work. I wish I had had the opportunity to see it however it will never happen. I took my vehicle in and left with the owner for an entire day. When I went to pick up my vehicle he advised he would give me an estimate the next day. I was cool with that. When I got home I noticed that neither my driver side or passenger side door lock buttons would go down, the key would not fit into the passenger side door lock and the key would not lock and release on the driver side door. When I gave them the car I had none of those issues. The very next morning I went back to them to ask them what happened thinking they had just adjusted some things during their the process of looking over the vehicle. All I can say is that I have never been treated so horribly in any business in all my life. He yelled at me at talked to me badly accused me of lying . He denied my vehicle every being lock when I brought it in. Stated my vehicle was old and junk and came in like that. He went on and on. I remained calm but told him I was not leaving until he put my vehicle back the way it was when I brought it in. He stated he would install new locks if I wanted to by some but I declined. He also stated he could put the knew locks on and add it to the price of the body work. I declined. He eventually put my vehicle in the garage and closed the door. He would not allow me in there to see what he was doing. All I could here was drilling. Eventually he opened the garage door and pulled my truck out. My driver side door lock now worked with the key and the button went down. He told me the passenger side door lock had a broken spring so the key would not open the door, however the button would at least go down and lock the door. He offered to buy me a new lock and install it. At that point I just wanted out and away from there so I declined and left. His attitude changed with me and he started talking nice to me. Craziest thing! The reality is that the key did not even fit into the passenger side lock, it was not my lock, It was obvious they popped the locks off my door. You could tell they had both been tampered with. When I read a post on here that the person experienced the same thing I confirmed that this is what they do. Very, very, very, disappointed that he felt I was that ignorant that I would allow my self to be treated that way. Shame on you !!!

Requested that only a dent be fixed through my insurance company (Progressive) and got back what looked like a brand new friggen car. They fixed damn near everything on the car and fully detailed it inside & out. If you have options break your neck to get your car here.

Bill the owner is a wonderful and trusting person. His company does beautiful work. This is the second car I have brought to him. Ive always been satisfied with his work. I would certainly recommend his company to everyone I know. I will alway take my car there. He stays true to his word and made it possible for me to get my cars fixed. I said name the day and time you can do it Ill be there when you open. He said Wednesday. I waited a week. I was there on Wednesday. When he opened he was there and said I cant do it today. I went down Brookpark Rd. to Universal Autobody. They fixed my car in one hour. This guy is rolling in money and has no respect for others. Can you handle the truth! Wish I could give zero stars for disrespect!

I damage the rear bumper on my, I stopped to ask how much and how long it will take. I dropped the car in the morning and it was ready the day. The guys ask me if it was a new bumper. They did a great job and I cant complain about the cost. They really do good work and affordable.

This highly skilled and talented auto body mechanic reigns SUPREME in the Cleveland area! I’ve been doing business with him EXCLUSIVELY for nearly five years. Two weeks ago, my car was hit by a young driver who went left to center in a parking lot. I was devastated but I knew exactly where to take my car for service! Today, my car looks like it did the day I bought it! I highly recommend this company for their outstanding quality service and professionalism. I was involved in an accident recently. I contacted Parma Auto Body and spoke with the Owner Bill Powell, regarding the repairs needed for my car. In this situation the accident was caused by onother motorist and their insurance company was covering the rental, and all the repairs. Bill asked me for the information from the insurance company and told me not to worry, that he’d communicate personally with them to ensure they would cover all the necessary repairs to my vehicle. He also coordinated the rental car, and drove me down to the rental facility, Bill even went in with me to be sure they had a car for me. The repairs to my vehicle were completed in a timely manner, fell in line with the insurance company - after some negation by Bill.The work completed by Bill and his team was perfect... I had my car’s mirror fixed at this place. After a long wait-aproximatativ 2 months- for the mirrow to be ordered i had the work done and I noticed that the lock/unlock button on the the door was not working anymore and the door was missing one of the screws. I went back to the shop and I was told that.The owner sad is not their fault it’s an old car and i should buy a new car and if i want to have the lock/unlock button changed i have to pay for it . Their customer service is lousy and their work too.I’ll not go back at this place

Well, they fixed the minor window problem my car had, but everything else, i.e. the sum of my interactions with the owner, left a bad taste in my mouth. There was no one at the front desk, either when I dropped the car off or picked it up; I had to go wandering around in the shop for someone to assist me. When I dropped the car off, no one took down my information, unlike what auto repair shops usually do when setting up a new customer account. When I received a call from the owner to inform me that my car was finished (after leaving a message with one of the mechanics a few minutes before), he tried to charge me $10-$20 more than his original estimate. When I picked up my vehicle, I found out that the shop doesnt take credit cards--only cash. When I offered to write a check, I was told, Well, then Ill have to add tax onto it. If youre a legitimate business, you should be collecting sales tax, period. In addition to the cash-only nature of the transaction, I received no invoice. Something tells me that the IRS wont be getting a record of the income that Parma Auto Body earned from me yesterday...This business conducts itself in a pretty sketchy fashion, would not recommend.

I had a problem with 2 small trim pieces on my car. I took it to Parma Auto Body for them to look at and they fixed the problem on the spot in about 5 minutes. You cant get better service then that!
