The repairs were completed quickly and the result made it impossible to tell it was ever repaired - The paint work is absolutely flawless. They are #1 in my book!

They were easy to contact and work with. I was in an accident where I was not a fault and the other partys insurance cheaped out on the replacement parts and only wrote enough money to get used parts. However, Sunnyside was able to get these price matched to OEM parts and the repair was done really quickly with all new parts. Well done and I would definitely come here soon. They were also transparent with what they were doing and very good on keeping me informed on the status of my repair.

Sunnyside Collision Center was great! Brought my car in for body work and they worked with my insurance. Brandon knew I was in a hurry and worked with me to make sure I was able to have my car back in time. Had bumper and reflector replaced due to a rear end fender bender. Brand new honda parts were installed perfectly however the reflector wouldnt seat properly flush with the bumper. I called them up and they said we can modify it to make it look good as new. So i brought it back up and they did an excellent job. Cant even tell the difference it looks as if though it just came from the factory. Very nice people aswell. Would recommend this place to anyone.

My vehicle was involved in an accident, I was given 3 body shops suggested through my insurance sunnyside was not one of them...I like to check other places and get reviews, prices, how long to repair etc. Sunnyside was one of the shops I called, they were very friendly, really professional, thorough in explaining process and what to expect, length of time it would take etc. The sales manager I spoke with was derek. I had dealt with sunnyside in past, I bought a used vehicle from them about 8 yrs prior and was the best experience Ive had with a dealer. Derek said he could get my vehicle started next day, made all the calls necessary to get approved through my insurance, he turned me over to damage appraiser Brandon Lavine who was also very kind and professional, throughly explained what to expect. Told me could take a week to a week and a half depending on the damage they found once they pulled it apart...( was new truck 4500 miles some parts may not be readily available) the next week I got a call from Brandon explaining vehicle would be ready today or tomorrow..next day they ran into a snag with alignment people, he called me right away to say I know I told u by today but they are backed up at alignment shop which I appreciated him letting me know first thing in the morning so I could make proper arrangements to get a ride etc. Next day picked up vehicle was washed thoroughly even shined the tires....also added some decals for me as a courtesy which came out awesome and I appreciated very much...I cant speak on competitiveness on price, it seemed reasonable considering all the work and parts put in..I care more about my experience, honesty, integrity, they are top notch...I highly recommend... always about customer service and sales tactics to me more than if it is the lowest price, which it could well of been. I went with this body shop based on the experience with sales at their car dealership, was not disappointed at all with either which is really rare in an auto dealership these days....I would say even if you do find a lower price elsewhere...these guys are definitely competitive and you really cant put a price on an a plus service...especially these days where it seems like all these companies care about is getting your money.... be honest, people are not as dumb as some sales guys want to think...u may get their money at the moment but they are not coming back or recommending you....or taking 20 minutes out of their life to write an overly long review lol.....try them out...

This place is great. I was involved in an accident last week, and was appointed to this shop to do the estimation and car repair by the insurance company. Brandon is very nice and patient, he always loves to communicate and explains the whole procedure in great detail. Although I finally decided to repair the car myself, I still would like to give this shop a 5-star rating. (This is not their fault, since the repairing budget is limited by the insurance company, they can only use the recycled parts for my car, and I am a little bit worried about the security of a 9 years-old car with some recycled parts, so even I may have to use some extra money of my own, I decide to do the repair myself to make sure brand new parts will be used).

From the first phone call to the second time he had to remind me to get my garage door opener out of the car, Chuck was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was kind, honest and made this process so simple for me. The damage to my Civic was minimal but it did require me getting a rental car. Chuck called Enterprise for me when I came to schedule my service appointment and got everything set up so the car was there waiting for me at the time of my drop off. He even got me scheduled for a routine oil change while they had my car so I didnt have to make two trips! Getting your car repaired after a fender bender can be stressful, but I really felt Sunnyside went out of their way to make everything go as smoothly as possible! Our Jetta looks brand new! Repairs were completed on time and car was washed and cleaned before delivery! A+!

They did a great job with repairing the damage that was caused from hitting a guardrail at 60mph plus. It really did look and drive better than new and I will continue to take my vehicles there!

Avoid avoid avoid!!!Tl;dr Awful communication. Horrible repair work, they didnt even fix the issue the first time. Kept my car for 3 weeks, original quote took 1 week to complete, total time I lost with my car was nearly a month.Awful experience! Ive been here multiple times. The last time there will be my last time there. Poor communication through the repair process. I didnt have an estimated completion date or a quote for a week. They didnt meet that date. Didnt tell me they werent able to do that until I called them the following day. I finally get my car back and they didnt completely fix the issue. They then keep my car for another week. When it was time for me to get my car back they did the same thing, as before and didnt communicate the completion of the work until an hour before they closed on a Friday, expecting me to be there immediately. While they had my car for 3 weeks, I got called twice to give a review on my service! They didnt even give me my car back but wanted a 5 star review. That alone shows what they really care about.

Did a goos job on our deer struck car

Needed new hinges for one of the doors on my Jeep. Dropped Jeep off on Wednesday they stated it would be done by Friday. No one called to let me know they had not started the repair and had to keep it until the following Tuesday. I called them every step of the way, not once did they call to inform me of progress ! I even had to call and ask on Tuesday if the door was done.
