Called in because I had gotten a flat tire and they were able to get me in and out super quickly, on that day. They were very friendly and my experience was great. They even had an upset customer while I was there and handled the situation with professionalism and gave a quick resolution. I will for sure be returning.

This has been the location I bring my car to for servicing for a very long time. They have seen at least 3 vehicles in the last few years and I always get excellent service and reasonable pricing!!

Do not go here, they never installed a filter with my oil change and later refused/denied that they didnt replace it. As if me and my fiancee werent watching them the ENTIRE 15 minutes they did the oil change. They never touched the filter. They put MY DIRTY OIL BACK into my car, claiming it was new oil. I absolutely do NOT recommend going here for ANYTHING!

The manager at the time refused to take into consideration the brakes I needed replaced were the rear brakes. I don’t know much about cars, but the rear brakes on my work vehicle are “drum” brakes and needed work done. I do imagine this may have took some extra work to complete, but, being this is a brakes and tire shop you would think this would be well within their range. Instead, he insisted the vehicle needed front brakes, and well overcharged for said brakes + a oil change. I would recommend this shop if you need the most minute of repairs such as brake pads at a high price. I will be taking my vehicle to another shop to get the drum brakes repaired since they were not capable of doing so.

The customer service here is the best. They are very helpful and informative. I’d recommend anybody to come here!

I have been coming here for a few years now and am always pleased with the service I receive.BUT....Phil really needs to learn how to talk to the customers. Always has an attitude and is very rude.I WILL NOT come back again unless RUDY is working.

We came in last minute because our tire got a nail in it and just came out of work. We were looking for tire shops around the area that would be able to help us ASAP as we have an decent commute and it was already a late Friday evening. We found this shop on google and luckily we still had 45 minutes before closing. We made it there and they were able to help us out with no problem. Manager was wonderful! Thank you so much for blessing us so late in the evening and making our day!

Service shop manager Rudy Sole diagnosed my problem in a timely manner. He and his staff repaired my car in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. And they didnt take me to the cleaners price wise with my bill. They made the necessary repairs without charging exorbitant fees. I highly recommend this station to anyone.

Scheduled an oil change for last Friday afternoon but I had to reschedule last minute. They were very accommodating, got me in the next morning. Staff was friendly and service service was quick. My car is running great for my travel this weekend.

My wife and I were visiting my father and started having car problems. We were in a bind and unsure what to do. We walked in to Monro and the guys there were awesome. Being a walk-in, I expected a couple hours wait just to get to the car, then another couple hours labor. Rudy was very professional and personable. We talked a little but while waiting for our car to get repaired. He was very thorough with what he was going to do to repair our car. He gave us an estimate and told us it would be an hour and a half. I was impressed that it wouldn’t have been that long. We were in and out within an hour and a half to two hours, waiting for the car to get onto the lift and repaired. Phil did an outstanding job repairing our car. He was very thorough with his work. He was efficient and knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend these guys to everyone I talk to. They are honest, efficient, hard working men. I wish I could give them more than five stars. There is a Monroe much closer to me but Ive been going to these guys for a little over a year. They make me feel welcome and comfortable and help me with my confidence in my vehicle by giving me recommendations and helping me stay up to date on my maintenance. Went to get an oil change on for my boyfriend car. The owner and the mechanic that was there were both friendly and helpful. They both struck up a conversations with me. I was very pleased with the service I would definitely return to get work done my car for the near future.

I got there 15 minutes before they closed and they were so great about it. They got me in and out in about 10 minutes. Rudy and Ricky were so nice! They did great work! I will continue to use this location specifically for these two mechanics.

I was told by a different company that I needed an alignment & decided to put it off until I got new tires. My brother recommended this location in particular & since it was right by my tire spot I decided to pop by & see if they could squeeze me in for an alignment & oil change.Even though I didnt have an appointment they were very professional & gave me a reasonable wait time estimate. They were very honest and didnt charge me for an alignment since I didnt even need one!They handled my car with respect when moving it too, which is greatly appreciated.Definitely will be using this shop for my future maintenance

It really sucks to be the lemon in a group, but after reading all the great reviews, I guess Im the lemon. So I scheduled an online appointment with this repair shop on 11/16/18. I call the morning of 11/17/18 and the manager tells me that they dont have any mechanics for the day so they are unable to do any work on my truck. You should not have online booking ahead of time if you cant hire responsible employees, or better yet there may be an issue with management. Not a way to operate a business either way.

Chris, at store 470, saved our day!We heard, upon getting off the exit, that something was dragging beneath our vehicle. Being that neither of us know anything about cars and in a hurry to get to family member’s house (for which we were already 30 minutes late), we were dreading what would be said and the time it would take to fix it.After a quick one-over of the vehicle, Chris was able to help us out by squeezing us in and removing the offending item with haste. It was 06-23-19 - just around 1p.m. and my husband and I were well on our way to Niagara Falls to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, when we got a flat tire. Picked something up on the freeway - darn it. We happened to stumble upon this Monro Auto Service and TIRE Center on our way to a different tire center. WE, ARE SO HAPPY, we came upon this place first. I know for a fact that the other place would not have given us such great customer service, and I would suspect we would have been waiting forever too. Ricky and Phil were both great guys.... they had us on our way within a 1/2 hour. Customer Service does not get any better then that!! If we are ever in the area of Brooklyn OH again and get a flat, we know exactly who we are going to!!! Thanks again for your professional, fast service!!! P.S. we made it to Niagara Falls and had the best time ever, and us and the new tire made it back to Wisconsin without another incident!!! LOL

My husband and I had alternator problems while out of state. We were able to walk in, tell them the problem and we were back on the road within 2 hours. Awesome service and customer service by Rudy and Phil. Honest and hard working. The other customers that came in also spoke very highly of their service.

My car is super old and I dont know anything about cars. The guys here were always really nice and never made me feel bad about my lack of knowledge. They did everything they could to get issues fixed and even though it is a work-in-progress trying to fix the problems with my car they were always willing to bring it back in and at least look at it without charging me extra. I would give this place zero stars if that was an option. I made an appointment online, got there five minutes early and was told I’d have to “wait a long time” for an oil change because online appointments don’t mean anything. When I asked what the point of having appointment is if they’re irrelevant, I was rudely told to go “f” myself by the man working behind the counter. I have dealt with this man before and he definitely should not be working with people. Rude, demeaning and could care less about customers’ experiences. Nobody getting paid should ever swear at or converse with a customer the way he did with me. There were also other customers there as he was having his little tantrum. I went to the Take 5 across the street and got excellent service and an oil change that didn’t “take a long time.”

I dropped off a car for an oil change. No employees were wearing face masks. At the counter there was a small piece of plastic hanging from the ceiling but no employees any where had face masks on.

Had an oil change on Saturday afternoon at another shop. ( I wont say the name but I am calling them). Took the car home and my wife and I headed off to a friends house. The next morning I noticed oil all over my garage. Our friend called us about an hour later and said there was oil all over her driveway. The shop I went to the day before was closed on Sunday. So I was in panic mode. Called up to monroe and talked to Rick. Told him my situation and he said bring it up for a quick inspection. They were busy and booked up, but he squeezed me in. Ended up the oil plug wasnt tightened enough from the previous shop. No charge from monroe. Rick helped me out on a Sunday when I was in a bind! Much appreciated.

Unfortunately, my tire had a flat This Thanksgiving weekend. I drove in town from Nashville to spend time with my family. On my way to pick up my little cousins my tire pressure continued to decline. Thank GOD, I stopped for gas at GetGo and attempted to put air in the tire. The tire would not inflate. I was very upset because I did not have much time to spend with my family before I needed to head back to Tennessee. Across the street, I noticed Monro Auto Service and Tire Center. I cautiously drove across the street and told the Assistant Manager Phil my issue. After about 8 minutes the Tech, Orly drove my car inside the shop. I called Good Year to see if I could purchase new tires and they stated they would not be able to get me in that Friday but I would need to drop my car off in the morning and they would need to keep it all day 😕. As I was talking with Good Year on the phone, the Assistant Manager Phil was printing documents. Little did I know he was preparing the estimates for installing new tires on my car. I hung up with Good Year and Phil told me he could install all tires today and give my car a wheel alignment! Phil even went the extra mile to go to another store to pick up the 4th tire for my car. Phil and the Tech, Orly were able to install new tires and give me a wheel alignment in less than 3 hours. I was able to go spend time with my Cousins after they installed the tires. Phil and Orly were very courteous and nice to me. Even though they were busy in the shop, Phil greeted me immediately and asked me how could he help me. I am very grateful for their great attitude, quick service(the day of!😁🙌🏾), letting me know how much time they needed to do the work and what was going on. I did not expect things to go that well. I could have cried when they told me they could install all tires that day in less than 3 hours. Especially on Black Friday when they were so busy and already placing new tires on another vehicle and fixing others. I thank GOD for Phil and Orly. I recommend them to others. They were very knowledgeable about my car. I wish their was a Monro Auto Service in Tennessee.

Made an oil change appointment online for the night before. When I took my car in they said I overbooked with someone else and they werent going to be able to get me in at all that day because no one came in. Dont allow online appointments if they arent going to be valid- whether anyone came to work or not.
