Went today for the first time based on the reviews here for a new muffler and the place was relaxing to wait. The front desk worker named Joe was informative and helpful and the worker must did an amazing job because my car sounds like new. Would recommend.

Theyre good they will look at your vehicle for free, but when its time for your vehicle to go under it,s operation or Surgery, or you yourself going in the hospital or your animal is going in for surgery at the pet clinic, and that is making sure that you are wealthy W/$$$$$😆😐🤓🤓

I have been going to Meineke on Ridge Rd in Parma Ohio for the last three years. They have never let me down. I was so thankful when I called about my grandmas car, it had the muffler hanging off, and the ac wasn’t cold. I was told to come right in, Jay started working on it immediately while I waited. Recharged the ac, and welded the exhaust back on- and added reinforcements so it’s back to being quiet, I won’t have to worry about it again. They all explained exactly what was happening- and allowed me to approve it before starting. They didn’t try to make me feel dumb, or sell me some unneeded repair because I’m a woman. They saved me, were so professional, and so fast. Another place quoted me $300 more than I paid here, more than fair- I’m happy I found this place. I can’t say enough how great it was, I’m bringing my car up here later this week to be looked at. Thank you guys!!!!

We take all our cars to Meineke on Ridge Rd, we always get excellent service and are well informed of what is going on with our cars. They are very trustworthy as well.

I like this place because they have the knowledge and the skills to fix things correctly no doubt but somethings are wrong too,and leave my review to warn others clients in the future. they leave my car outside body with dirty hands grease all away around the body they replace the reservoir washer fluid leaving the neck upstairs loose miss a bolt or a attachment to make the neck not move. the first time i get there to pick my car because they said we order the parts but they come tuesday that was saturday i pick my car so i can still going do my stuff and going to work i told them then i bring it tuesday but that day(saturday) when i arrive to the repair shop i notice a mechanic turn on my car and accelerated so bad like my car is a racing car when hes suppose to start,drive and park this is so unprofessional apart of that the customer service was ok they serve people well and jobs are ok but need to be careful with the customers properties.

Meineke is great. Lenny takes the time to diagnose the problems and really cares about your car. My almost 16 yr old son got gifted a car from a family member and it had so many problems. We got a new battery, oil change and coolant leak fixed and among other things fixed. They did a wonderful job and I will always take all my cars there and recommend them!

We use this shop not because its a Meineke, but because the guys that run it are really great. They are honest, they work hard, they try to help everyone, and they do good work on our cars. If youre in the Parma, or NE Ohio areas, this is a great place to get your car checked, maintenance done, or oil changes. Weve been with them now for at least 6 years, and have no intentions of going elsewhere!

A friend recommended Meineke to me years ago and they have quickly become my go to for anything related to my car. From the moment that Lennys trustful voice answers the phone I know I am getting honest and all around good service. Most recently they were able to squeeze me in short notice and had me in and out. Taking your car in is never fun, we joked about it’s similar to going to the dentist but these guys make it as painless as possible!

I’ve been going to Meineke the past few years. This last time my Jeep started making a loud noise from the exhaust system at 6:00 pm the night before. Meineke was able to get me in at 9 am the next morning. They put on a new flex pipe and I was out the door at 9:45 am. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they took me in and fixed everything up. Car is running amazingly now. Great place to get repairs done!

I know I can always trust the guys at Meineke in Parma. I’ve never had to worry about whether the repairs are necessary or whether I’ll be overcharged or whether the job will be done right. I started using them for car repairs almost immediately after moving to the Cleveland area, and I’ve stayed with them for three years up until the point of moving away. I never had any reason to go anywhere else.

Take your car here period. They deal with domestic and foreign vehicles. Fast service. They dont try to rip you off. They will fix your car so fast ;you will think they cheated you somewhere. 😅 I looked for years for fair mechanics. They dont do repairs you dont need just to boost the price. They dont try to rip off women which a lot of mechanics do. I buy my parts elsewhere but they can order parts and have them there pretty fast depending on the year and make of your vehicle. Safety score 100%.

I love Meineke but I have to leave this average review(I would have given a one star if not for the fact that I have had very good experiences with them in the past) because of the following reasons. The front passenger side of my 2012 Subaru Outback began to shake whenever I hit 60mph and above. After extensive research on my own, I settled on a control arm and ball joint issue. But when I went to Meineke, they said I had bad Rotor, a ball joint and bearings. So I had to pay much more than anticipated. When I went back to pick the car, I asked about the shaking and they said it had gone. But that was not the case, the shaking is still there and thus I paid a lot of money for work I problems I wasn’t really bothered about but the real issue for going there was not fixed. I have called several times today to tell them that the issue persists but each time I was told to hold. So I now have to pay again to fix the main issue I went there in there first place. If they do something to ameliorate the situation, I give an update.UPDATEI complained to them about the issue above. They took the car in and fixed the issue without charging me any extra. If that is not good customer service, then I don’t know what is. I am very impressed with them.

New to me through Carvana. Under 100 day warranty. Gentleman took care of everything fixed my brakes, new Battery and they handled Carvana. My car was returned just as clean as when I dropped it (which was spotless since I had just detailed it). Store front was clean. Sorry cant Remember names but they were great.

Had a very pleasant experience at Meineke. Josh had given me a quote over the phone and was very reasonable with pricing. Had to have my car towed there and he was able to replace ball joint within an hour and a half. Good honest work would definitely recommend.

Had a gross EVAP leak code of 0455 1/2 they did a smoke test and replaced the gas cap and also needed the control arm on the passenger side replaced.The work got done in a timely fashion.

Dropped my car off during off hours left key in drop box and they called me in morning with analysis, car was done few hours later and I was able to pay on phone and pick car up after hours when I got off work. Easy honest and fair and friendly. Would use them again in future.

Took my AWD Subaru in to get clutch replaced and an oil change which comes with checking tire air pressure, topping off all fluids, and some other things. The price was exactly what a generic google search estimated the job at. And they were able to estimate the price fairly close before they even started. They were done in 2 days. I was surprised considering they had to take my whole transmission out for the job. They also fixed a rattling noise and patched a hole in my exhaust without charging me. It looks and feels brand new! Also I should mention there is a 1 year warranty in case something they did goes wrong.

I now live about 40 mins from the shop and will still drive to get my car serviced here because I trust my car with them. They are very nice and never have any problem explaining what needs fixed. They put in a new fuel pump and a heater core valve they did a great job . I had it the truck towed in on Saturday afternoon and they called me Monday morning told me it was finished I could pick it up anytime even stayed open a little late so I could get the truck 👍 I would highly recommend their services to all my friends . Well I had previously taken my car in to just get brakes but realized I needed a bunch of regular maintenance done. Lenny really made me feel comfortable you dont get that with mechanics. Hes a honest mechanic even fixed something for free gave me a really good deal on my brakes and all the other work he did. had my car back the same day I took it in. Returning customer who had another great experience. This time for some exhaust work. This time I wasnt able to get under my daughters car before bringing it to them to assess for myself the extent of the leak.After dropping of the car they called me later and pinpointed the issue. They told me the issue and cost. Way less than I expected. Basically what I am getting at is that they could have told me I needed a lot more work than needed and charged me unnecessarily but that is not how they operate. They are very trust worthy and professional in doing a great job at what is only truly needed.

Took my 2004 Dodge Dakota in for an oil change and to have Lenny and his crew check the oil drain plug. What I thought was a simple leak at the plug turned out to be a cracked oil pan due to rust. I had fears it might actually be the case after I inspected the pan prior to taking the truck in for service. I am thankful they found this problem before it caused a much bigger problem. Lenny worked with me on the total cost of the repairs which doesnt happen at many repair shops. I will continue to my vehicles to this location as they have never done me wrong.
