Do not buy a car from these people, I haven’t had this car. For a month an have has nothing but problems with. The vehicle an THE OWNER MIKE, letting the legal team deal with him, he is very in professional, and did not hold up his end of the deal IN WRITING, car engine light on, Frame messed up, OIL LEAK . . Don’t waste y’all money or time with these people

Do not buy a car from this place at all!!! They sale junk cars that you will have to spend to much money on and shouldnt have too! They lure you in by acting as if they really want to help but they dont just like any other dealership thats trying to scam! They are all about the money and being in a hurry to get the cars off the lot! Save your money and buy elsewhere!

I bought a dump truck From these people truck does not dump,bad transmission, bad motor, took them to court they told Judge every lie under the sun do not trust these people and please please dont sign arbitration paper work they use that as a tool to rip you off waiting on judges decision

Extremely pleased with the car. Feel as if they went up and beyond for me. I live far away (Cincinnati area) and explained to them I would have to take time off of work to come to Cleveland. Without me asking they offered to send me a video of the vehicle running and more pictures, which we agreed was a good idea considering how far away we are. I made the trek and the car is what we expected for the price and are very pleased overall.

I purchased a lemon for 13 grand cash now I’m stuck with a truck with a bad transmission and the heat works when it wants to. DO NOT BUY from this lot .BAD BUSINESS!!!!!

Car wouldnt start, had it towed in. They checkd it out and determined it was the starter. Gave me a few options on a replacement, but car is a little beat-on so just went with the cheapest. Had the car back that afternoon. Quick, easy, and a lot cheaper than I was worried itd be. Definitely be taking my car back next time it needs something.

Found these guys on Craigslist looking for a loaded expedition awhile back.It was everything I was looking for and the price was right.I used to hustle used cars during my time at 16 even years after I started a very successful plumbing business.finally hung it up because I was making great money in my trade and due to the fact you can’t please people who don’t understand what a used vehicle is.they think your the manufacturer when the first thing goes wrong.It was the only place I went and liked the deal and mike and his father Stuart were immediately found to good people and into toys just like myself.Back again a year later to get a personal use truck for towing my boat and same deal, the truck was everything they listed,dropped the price considerably without even asking.Same deal as before, we talked longer about our hot rods, Harleys, boats and being in construction than it took to buy the truck. I drive 2 1/2 hrs to get here and don’t bother to look anywhere else!Once again Mike, papa Stuart, and “head tech Eddie”come thru again!Plus took my 81 year old mother and heavy duty girlfriend for backup and never needed their strong arm help once! We left like we were visiting lifelong friends. Recommend this place to anybody.Remember, used cars,used being the key word! Avoid like the plague! Notice how every 5 star rating is coming from accounts with only 1 or 2 reviews. Fake accounts to boost their rating. These people are awful and they sell junk cars which they overprice. Staff are very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Had visited the lot a couple of times before purchasing a car. I never felt pressured to buy a car even though I finally settled on a Chevy truck which they helped me get financed. Nice truck with no problems. Thanks for the help and look forward to working with them again

Would not recommend this place. I dont usually post reviews, esp bad ones. But I feel this needs addresses. Very disappointed in the customer service. Very disorganized and inefficient. Contacted them about a vehicle and told them when I would be able to come out to see it. I drove out of state 2 and a half hrs only to sit for 5 more hours waiting for them to find my paperwork and finish it. Have had the vehicle for 30 days and have had several issues. Absolutely disgusted with the whole situation before I ever even made my first payment on it. They avoid my phone calls. When they do answer they are very short and say they will call me later ... but they havent. They still have not gotten back to me yet. I needed a more dependable vehicle since I travel a lot for work....and I have broke down twice now. The fuel gauge hasnt worked since I got it home and filled the tank up. I could have dealt with that, however, the rear window leaks when it rains. It has not been a dependable vehicle. Any reputable dealership would have checked the vehicle out and been aware of the issues that Ive had with it. Not to mention, the poor detail work. I had to vacuum the dog hair out around the back seat when I got it home. Has been nothing but a hassle with trying to get paperwork straightened out that they did not do. I have never had to deal with this much incompetency in purchasing anything. And I have purchased a vehicle in Ohio before, so its not the state....its the dealership.

Not a huge dealership seemed nice and friendly. The truck we purchased was accurately described by the dealership. Knowing it is not a brand new vehicle we felt we got a nice deal on the truck. Also they handled our financing for us and provided all the vehicle history.

I was not going to write a review because I dont believe in putting people down for mistakes, but claiming Im a liar and slandering the company is why Im writing this review. I went in, needed a car fast. They had the perfect car, for at the time I thought was for a great deal. I test drove the vehicle, there was a smell in the car that at first smelled like a bad air freshener, the brakes felt bad but other then that not too bad for the maybe quarter of a mile I was allowed to drive it as I was told by the salesman to turn it around before I got to the first red light. They said they would look at the brakes and fix the passenger side seat motor since it was broke. Nice guys right? I got told the brakes were fine, had to wait over a week for the motor for the passenger side seat. Get it almost to the freeway just to notice the struts were bad and the smell in the car was only getting worse. They said no big deal well fix them and take a look to see what smells. Took a little while, but they fixed the struts they said and set off some kind of scent bomb in the car. Super nice guys right? That was in April. I just got my truck back and its end of August. Been to 3 mechanics because it wouldnt pass e check, the transmission was bad, the brakes were bad, the struts that they claimed they fixed were bad used struts, ball joints, front axle drive bad, the smell in the car was mold in the carpets from a gmc malfunction that gmc refused to make a recall but the sellers are claiming the car had no mold in it, the amp that supplies the whole car with sound including the turn signals was flooded. They are claiming I bought the car as is, true statement, saying I have a 3rd party warranty, true statement. However they are claiming Im a liar and a slander because my receipts are for July. Well yea the 3rd shop has had the vehicle since June. The second shop was a shop that didnt have a small lift to do the work but they had the vehicle in the first 2 weeks of June, the first shop had the vehicle in late may as for 2 days just to do the work it needed to pass e check so I could get plates for the vehicle. I didnt drive the vehicle but maybe 6 times in April and may because the smell was so bad that I couldnt put my kids in it. Had to take out the carpets in beginning of may because they were covered in mold under it, which the sales person is claiming I left my windows open during a bad rain storm or something. I contacted the attorney general instead of writing a review. Which is where the sales person claimed Im a liar and slander. Between me and the 3rd party warranty they sold me, $6000+ in repairs for a $10,000 vehicle they sold me that I have barely been able to drive. I have pictures with dates of the moldy carpets, 3 repair receipts and as far as the fake and irrelevant receipts they are claiming I have for the vehicle repairs, the repair list was too long to fit on 1 receipt but best believe I will have that fixed. I was 8 and a half months pregnant with my 3rd child which was why I needed the car to begin with and they sold me a car that was completely unsafe to drive let alone put my children in.

Bought a vehicle from them in December 2018. Love the truck, super happy with it. Got it for a fair price too. Paid them for all their documentation fees as well. However, fast forward 45 days later and my title never showed up. Granted a week prior to my temp tag expiration (I live out of state) I tried getting a hold of the dealership to see what the issue is, along with talking to the Ohio BMV. They kept dodging my calls, their voicemail was full, and even when they did pick up answers were short and you could tell they didnt want to deal with their mistake. According to the BMV, Ohio Motorcars is violating Ohio state law since they didnt file the paperwork in the 30 day period they have to do it in, now I am stuck with a vehicle I cannot use since they didnt do their job. I have also gotten in touch with the Ohio attorney generals office and filed a formal complaint. The solution I have now is to drive to Ohio (I dont live in Ohio) and pay out of my pocket for another temporary tag for my vehicle. So my money for gas, tolls, and a new temp tag. Its a shame, cause I am actually very pleased with the vehicle I purchased, just not happy with their lack of communication, dodging of phone calls, and inability to produce the proper paperwork having paid for them to do their jobs.
