This is my third new car purchased through Ganley. I have relied on my salesperson, Rich Heimburger in purchasing all three vehicles and he has been the most knowledgeable guy in promoting every feature in regards to all 3 cars. I just purchased a 2022 Genesis V70 from Rich and he sure delivered. Not only did he get me the exact color I wanted but he explained every feature this car has to offer. I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Kona SEL from Ganley. Rich Heimburger was the sales representative with whom I worked. He was excellent throughout the process. Went with my daughter to buy a new 2022 Elantra. Our salesperson, Antwan, was very pleasant and knowledgeable making us feel comfortable with the buying process. He was patient answering all of our questions, going for a test drive, keeping us apprised of what was happening every step of the way. We reviewed financing options, terms, warranties, etc. we were in and out of the Finance Manager’s office very quickly, and my daughter is thrilled with the car. What can be a stress filled day was actually a great experience for us.

Wasn’t planning on being in the market for a car until my transmission gave out. Shopped around at a few dealerships but always felt pressured until I stepped foot inside Hyundai of Parma. They made the process simple and answered all of my questions. Aaron was super helpful and extremely polite. Test drove the new Sonata N-Line. This is a well equipped performance version of the Sonata. Loaded with features, but missing a center armrest in the rear with access to the trunk. The 4 cyl, 290hp turbo is good, but the turbo lag bugs me compared to a non-turbo v6. Styling is good and it has remote start on the key fob - a requirement for me.

Staff was quick and courteous to me, work was done as promised. Out of their control, but Hyundai insists on 7500 miles between complimentary oil changes on my 2021. Would feel much more comfortable at 5k

I had an amazing experience purchasing my new 2022 Kona. Antwan went above and beyond in all aspects of the sales process - even driving with me to go get a co-signers signature (the co-signer was too ill to leave the house). The first sales associate talked over me and acted like I was supposed to know the answers to all of the questions I was asking. Extremely pushy. I was interested in leasing car. Hyundai requires the car to be under 5000 miles to qualify as new and to be able to lease. The car was over 5000 miles and somehow the staff said they could make it work. Turns out this was an attempt at fraud. Do not go here.

Worked with Chris and numerous others on a busy evening to buy a used car. After going to a number of other dealerships to look at cars previously and them being rude for no reason like I was annoying them for buying a car, this was a breath of fresh air. Everyone could not have been nicer the entire time. The finance manager offered to write me a check for the Pennsylvania taxes so I could finance the taxes which he absolutely did not have to do. The battery died the car 4 days later and I called to see if it was covered under the 90 day limited warranty and Chris said whether it was or not, dont worry about it he will write me a check for it. Just a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this dealership.

Ian and Matthew are the best at what they do!Just purchased new tires a month earlier and wouldnt you know it. I got a big fat nail in one of the tires. Such a pleasant buying experience! Car washed before test drive. No negotiations necessary. Dealer discount, dealer incentive and military bonus included without any discussion. Rocco super as were all others. No pressure to buy extras; such a relief after my experiences at a BMW and Honda dealership. I was looking at Subaru, but due to car shortage, they would not come down from MSRP and no incentives available. Venue had all safety equipment and was a great deal!!

I found a 2014 Tiguan Volkswagen on Cars.com at Ganley Parma Hyundai coming all the way from Detroit, MI. Very low miles, car was detailed to perfection and rides like brand new! Johnnie was an amazing salesman that noticed us the first time we pulled into the lot and pulled out. Lol. Transaction took a little bit longer than I expected. Hospitality could’ve been a tad better. My friend and I weren’t offered a bottle of water, piece of candy, coffee, etc, considering we drove 2.5 hours and was there for over 4 hours. Other than that I can say that I am a happy camper. Vehicle was fairly priced. Thanks again!

They are so kind, informative, and just honestly fun to be around. I didnt feel pressure to purchase, but I did feel good after my purchase. The price was incredibly fair, the options great, and they even worked hard to find a color I liked. I cannot recommend Ron more highly, either. I myself was impatient with having to wait for my tuesday appointment to do the finance papers and drive off the lot with it so on his day off he made things happen on Monday for me so I can get the car a day early, pure dedication right there. Great customer service and honesty. Chris was tremendously helpful in answering all my questions and providing additional photos. He provided shipping quotes as I live 800 miles away. Car was purchased over the phone, we flew in the next week to pick up. The dealership picked us up at the airport. Once we arrived at the dealer the car and paperwork was ready for us, just like I requested so we could get on the road. We looked over the car and drove it, signed some paperwork and were out the door in 30 minutes. Car is everything they said and more. Highly recommended this dealership.

Horrible service. I come for oil change they do some recall update ECM ( engine control module) after that my computer start show incorrect information about miles per gallon. It shows 3mpg, 18mpg, 9mpg, 22mpg.... when I come again for fixed that problem they say I must pay for diagnostic.Manager call me “liar”because he say I want fixed my car for free!!!! It’s insane ! Before I come to that “service with 4 stars” my computer show stable information 25,5-26 miles per gallon! This is the worst experience with dealer!! If they do something wrong costumer must pay for that!👏Bravo! Thank you Ganley Hyundai of Parma for spend my nerves and time.
