I love buying my yarn at Micheals. The quality is nice and my projects turn out really well. My sister and I buy the yarn by the bulk, I don’t like going back just to buy one skein. Anyway, I have been making several afghans since I am in quarantine with my kids. Right now is a good time to learn a new hobby, you never know you might surprise yourself😃.Note: I love buying the canvases from Michaels. I love arts and crafts. FYI my artwork is for sale 🤠

Drove here for framing during store hours. Was told the framer doesnt get here until 11:30. Would be nice if that was clearly posted online with your store hours. At 9:40 AM store was empty including employees circulating.

Clean. Not many exciting things like they used to have. Honestly I wouldnt go there for stuff Walmart already have at a better price.

Store is always clean and they had what we were looking for and the manger on duty was awesome friendly and greeted us when we came in the store.

Store is alright. Similar to Hobby Lobby. The one closest to my house NEVER has in store what they say they have in the store online. The staff always looks extremely confused when I show them that an item is in stock online. Either they have a horrible inventory process, or someone is getting a lot of craft stuff under the table. Prices arent as good as Hobby Lobby either. Only good thing is that they have Halloween decor. Dont trust their online inventory

Lots of cute craft and decor items. A lot of items were still being stocked, but I did go very early in the morning.

Expensive! We went for fall decor and WOW the prices are high. The 30% off helped a bit but tread lightly!

Clean and organized. A little pricey for my liking but they do have EVERYTHING YOU NEED!

Worst experience ever! I ordered through curbside pickup and the bunch of flowers I was given were missing flowers and it was all raggedy. I couldn’t get my money back either because it was an online order and they said I have to wait. Terrible service.

I was looking for a particular ribbon. It was shown in stock at 3 stores. League City store just told me where to look. Couldnt find it. Bay Area store told me an aisle to look on. Then proceeded to tell me it could be anywhere in the store. Couldnt find it.Pasadena store...AMAZING customer service. The young lady immediately looked it up and personally walked me to the aisle. Grabbed herself a ladder and unboxed what I needed. BEST SERVICE and I shop often at the other 2 stores. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I will be driving out of the way just to do business at this particular location!

I have had the most FRUSTRATING experience with your “curbside pickup”. I am not certain why your staff is unable to locate a customer’s order that has already been pulled. Two days in a row for two separate orders, I have watched staff search and search and search for my order. To the point that on both occasions they have gone to the back of the store to search back up to the front on the store to search again. What are you searching for??!!!! Why is it not in an organized way that the order is labeled and the staff goes directly to it. On the first occasion I watched the staff member search the front cabinets 4 times then went to the back of the store to search just to return to the front cabinets to search again then asked for help over the headset to immediately lay her hands on my order. That took 30min!!!!!! Are you kidding me?!?! Day two, staff goes to the back then comes to the front to search just to go to the back of the store again and all of a sudden finds my order. She took 20min! This makes no sense. Do better Michael’s. Do better!!!!!!-beyond frustrated upset customer

As much as I love this store, the employees customer service skills need work. And not just today, it is always difficult to find someone to help or who wants to be helpful.

Could use more employees that are able to help consumers i dont really shop there and had a hard time finding the ribbon section.

I can always rely on Michaels to get craft supplies. From tie dye kits to floral design supplies, they have it all! I would highly recommend going to Michaels. Even if you dont buy anything, it can inspire lots of creativity.

Has supplies but the people were less than helpful. Bought an item tagged at one price but rang up another. Was told that a customer must have switched tags not that the product was in the wrong place. Needed the item but this just reaffirmed why i dislike going to Michaels when hobby lobby is closed.

I have done curbside pickup twice and boh times I had to wait atleast 15 to 20 minutes. First time I had to call. The second time I had to go inside the store. I didnt even have my mask with me since I wasnt planning on getting off. It was such an inconvenience.

I love to shop at craft stores. But the employees here are some what helpful. I asked 1 employee about contact paper and they didnt know what it was. She asked another and they too didnt know what it was but did help with locating where it might be located. What he did find for me was $22 and wasnt contact paper. Im like no worries Ill go to Walmart and get it for way less.

I was very happy with Michaels found what I needed and some. Very nice and friendly people.

It wasnt very busy and I found some great $1 finds in clearance in addition to the cake making supplies I needed.

I love this place for the selection and price! My only suggestion is for MODs to be more aware of the long line trying to check out. 1 checkout register and 7 people waiting is inconsiderate.

Went to the Pasadena store to check for more of a selection than the Baytown one. Store was beyond messy and dirty.

Ive been to this location once before and it was pretty organized and had what I need. So this visit was the same . Found what I needed and a couple extra items on sale.

Michaels is my go to store for crafts its the best they always have great deals around the store. I bought my cricut machine from there I love it

Manager assumed we had removed mask from the display, and instead of asking, she was very rude and ranting indirect comments aloud. Very unprofessional.

Prices are high and they only carry a small array of products in each section. The quality of some products has recently dropped. ( Sensory bottles now arrive at the store scratched and dented. ) Not my number 1 stop for crafting supplies.

Their floral department, while small, has really beautiful selection. Otherwise, Hobby Lobby has a better selection in other departments. Aisles are really narrow. Makes maneuvering around difficult when there are two or more shoppers in the aisle.
