Got me in and out quickly with my new tire. Only giving 4 starts because they jacked up the front of my bike under the oil pan, which scratched and removed the black paint down to bare metal. Truly minimal, but cmon guys, use a block of wood or something! Or jack under the frame...

I went to this location this past weekend with my sister. She needed a tire for her Can Am. It turned out that I needed a tire and brake pads for Harley. The service was great!!! Those guys took great care of us ladies. I’m telling all my sisters that ride about the honesty and integrity of the staff.

BEWARE !These guys installed my steer tire rotation backwards!Wheel separated from hub..I simply asked them to pay what Stubbs charged fix it $562 and they refused and said it wasn’t their fault, offered a gift card. How can I pay Stubbs with a gift card !After that said take me to small claims court !Safety and people lives isn’t a joke !Spend $50 more and find a qualified shop to do your work, it’s your life we are talking aboutCould loose your life over this kinda stuff and they won’t even claim ya !This is why Attorney’s stay rich ‘

I recently bought a replacement set of tires for my 2012 Suzuki 650 Bergman Executive scooter from Discount Motorcycle Tires. I rode the scooter to their establishment to order the tires. Afterwards, I got back on the scooter and went to start it and then... nothing. I went back in and approached Justin, the guy that ordered my tires and explained my situation. He rolled my scooter into the showroom floor and attached a battery charger equipped with a battery jump feature and he had me try to start it. Again, no luck. He took it to the back of the building and into the shop where a regular battery charger was located and he hooked it up to the scooter and said to give it 15-minutes to charge up and then try to start it again. That attempt also failed. I thanked him for trying to help and told him that my wife was just getting off work and I asked her to run by our house and pickup a spare battery I had in the garage and bring it to the shop. While I waited, the staff offered me a bottle of water. My wife showed up just before closing time with the battery. After I pulled the dead battery out and put the new battery in, I suddenly came to the conclusion that I didnt have the right sized bolts to attach the battery cables. Just as the last two staff members were getting ready to lock the doors, I approached them and asked if they might have the correct sized bolts laying around that I could use to finish installing the battery and head on home. They were more than willing to help and the quickly located the hardware I needed. This is what I call customer service! My grateful thanks to all who helped me with an unscheduled breakdown!

I would highly recommend Discount Motorcycle tires. They installed flat proof Nitromousse ( that I supplied ) on my dirt bike tires and these things are not easy to install. Justin really took care of me.

Road to the shop from Pearland on my 2018 Goldwing with a plugged rear tire to get tire replacement. I was all set to purchase new tire but when the mechanic pulled off the tire he determined it was fixable and brought me back to show me how he would fix it instead of replacing since the tire still had plenty of life on it yet. Also adjusted my gear shift to accommodate my riding shoes in a couple of minutes.These guys have definitely won me over as a long term customer and I will be going to them for service from here on out.Excellent service and very customer friendly. A joke !Save your life and deal with a professional!

Had a flat so I called ahead to make sure they had a tire for my 16 year old bike. I live about 15 miles away and since the tire would not hold air for long, I called and ask them to hold the tire for me. The guy I spoke to had one and held it for me. When I got there the service was great and the employees made me feel comfortable while I waited for the repair. I’m planning on buying a rower bike soon and this is the first place I’m going to look.

Called ahead of time to ask if they had the tire that I was looking for and if they had any customer feedback on the tire as I was changing brands. They were very informative and I decided to try out the tire. They held the tire for me and when I showed up they were prompt and polite. Also, the least expensive place I have found to buy quality tires for my Harley. I will continue to be theyre customer I have purchased 3 tires so far and had excellent service every time.

Excellent prices and service from both customer services and the shop. I needed to replace my rear tire; however, the tire was not available. Vanessa from customer service, within minutes assisted me to order the best deal available. As promised, received a follow-up call notifying me the tire arrival. The tire was installed within an hour. The gentleman from the shop was very professional. In addition, I wanted to change the gear oil. Instead of “taking my money,” he advised me to wait until later, per the technical manual. I saved over $90 in comparison to “Authorized Dealers.” Discount Motorcycle Tire will continue to be successful because of the great employees as Vanessa and the gentleman from the shop.

I have buying from these guys for a long time. I love this shop. I have never had a bad experience. I own Kawasaki and I own Harley Davidson. If you want to be treated right and offered outstanding service then this is the place to shop.

Prices were fair and the service was on point. In and out in less than 30 minutes. The ladies at the parts counter were nice and helpful and the gentlemen in the back were quick with the work and gave me just the facts that I needed. My tire change was painless. Going back tomorrow for the front tire. Expecting the same service.

This place is great. Was buying my first Harley, and Joe offered to let me come in and take a test drive on a couple of bikes to be sure I would enjoy the ride. He knew I wasnt buying a bike from him yet still provided me with top knotch customer service. Also have had work done here... Very fair prices. Highly recommended shop. I accidentally left my smart phone on the counter and left the store... Called an hour later and they had it for me... This place rocks!

Best prices I could find in town for new tires. They even mounted them no charge. I got great service from the second I called. Linda did great with listening to what I needed and didnt push me on equipment I couldnt afford or use. Jonathan helped me get a new visor ordered for my helmet while I waited. Prices are fair and the staff over all is welcoming and cool to talk to especially if you like shop talk. If they sold food and cold beer I wouldnt have any other place I would need to go on days off.

The service I received today, keeps what little faith I have left in humanity alive. I called on Friday morning (6/26/15 - 9am) to see if I could bring my Ninja ZX10R in to get the rear tire replaced. The guy (I wish I remember his name) was extremely friendly & professional. He told me to bring it by at any time & theyd show me the their tire selection & mount it for free (if I buy the tire there). Of course Id buy it there since the service was so extraordinary! When I got off work, I brought my bike by around 4:45. The guy who greeted me at the front door (again I wish I remember his name too), was very helpful & friendly. He had a lot of tattoos and cool personality. He was able to match my front tire with a new Michelin Pilot Road 4 GT rear tire. (190/50/zr17). They had it done in less than 30 minutes. Amazing service.

They have not pissed me off... Ron will make you aware problems with your bike (wheels)... without poking a foot up your butt... poke your own foot up your butt being stupid not following his advice... Ill pass up a lot of shops going there from Cypress Fairbanks

A little upset last time cause they basically only had pilot power lame tire to fit my sport bike. Also I guess didnt hear I wanted a oil change. Also didnt pump my brakes when they switched my rear tire out. Loved this place a few years ago

When Texas Powersports of Pasadena refused to service my 2007 Honda motorcycle because over 10 years old Discount was able to make the necessary repairs for a more reasonable cost.When the motorcycle tires I needed for my bike were out of stock they made me a sweet deal on a different brand which made my bike handle better than OEM .

Allowed me to bring in a set of tires for my Goldwing. In by 945 out by 1045, were very friendly people. The service man answered all my questions and young lady up front with the most beautiful eyes was very professional and smiled the hole time, you just dont get that any more. I called every motorcycle tire shop that I could find in houston on the internet. they gave me the best quote over the phone hands down. they held the tire for me until I got there. Younger girl at the tire counter made incorrect assumptions about who I was but I wasnt mad, as she was cute enough to get away with it. there seemed to be three or four bikes in front of me in the queue. about 1 hour from my arrival to having the tire on the bike. there was a nice selection of all types of bikes to look at to pass the time. Rode the tire 100 miles in a relaxed manner to break in. afterwards i began to travel at a higher rate of speed. Balance was adequate at all speeds. Overall I would say I received fair treatment. Will return to this location when I need a front tire.

UPDATE: Went back to have my tire change again, simply because the are close to where I live and cheaper service... Checked in... I had my rear tire off the bike and my own new tire... Took my tires to the shop... Then sat... And sat... Finally I went back to the service area to get an estimate on when it will be done... They hadnt even started... No one from the front desk took them some white tag they needed to start working on my tire... Come on... What did expect, right?... Only reason they get a two star instead of one is because of their prices for service...Dont expect to be treated like a PAYING customer... Everyone is super rude... I came in because I needing my rear tire changed... I had the new tire  and just needed them switched... I was a new customer and I had questions... I got short rude answers like I should have known the answers already... I tried small talk to a few people and everyone acted like they were in a hurry or had better things to do... After waitin an hour and a half, I walked back to the shop and noticed three guys laughing and jokin in the corner... I watched them for 7 mins... so I finally asked how much longer... The guy walks over and lowers my bike and walks it out... Waste of time... The new store looks nice, but the bad attitudes are hard to look past... I will not be referring this place to any of my riding brothers... or anyone for that matter... Dont believe the fake reviews put on here...

I had a bent rim on my bike before I took it to them, the couldnt balance it properly because of this, I took it back to them the day after I bought the tire and they broke my exhaust because I apparently had an aftermarket expensive exhaust system that was made out of thinner metal, they said it had to have been cracked before they jacked it up for them to have broken it, it was too late for me to turn around and bring it back Sat so I brought them a better rim and they exchanged the tire but gave me no compensation for my broken exhaust that I had to get a friend of mine to fix for me I live well over an hour away and this is the third time I had to return up here needless to say I will probably not be returning again
