The Overview Was Spectacular. The Techs Were Informative And Respectful. Gave Me Opportunities To Make Informed Decisions. Provided Services I Was Not Aware Of Thats Beyond Excellence In My Eyes. They Put The Great Service Back Into Customer Service!

This location is the worst in customer service, every time I come here to get an alignment done they always have an excuse that they have to many appointments, and they ask if I can leave my vehicle and always tell them that I can wait it don’t matter how long it takes and the guys response is I’ll probably won’t get to your vehicle! This location needs to have a big sign saying if you don’t have an appointment don’t bother stopping. Worst location don’t recommend it to no one

I called for an estimate (price) for some work to be done to my truck, they said email my vin number to them to get the best quote, after several emails they never once responded. Ended up taking my business to someone who gave me a price on the spot

Meant to put 4 1/2 stars cuz golf was on and I cant find remote. Had appointment at 4.pm (Sunday). I came in at 2:30pm there almost finished. Fast service, very good service, friendly service. If its not broken they wont hound you to fix it, Good prices great day. Brought my Tundra for a alignment and wheel rotation and balance. Good price and service did not take all day I believe under 3hrs so no complaints. Truck rolling way way better, will be back.

10 stars! I took my Car to Firestone Complete Auto Care(Fairmont) to find out why my check engine light was on in my car, Wednesday December 26, 2018 at 4:15pm. Jason was the auto service employee that helped me at this location. The great service deserves recognition. Its really hard for me these days to find a trustworthy auto shop because of my past experience at other shops. Many Thank yous! This service is greatly appreciated! Hmm I went in for an alignment and they recommended I added camber adjusters because there was a frame issue .. all in all, I ended up paying $302 for everything and it fixed absolutely nothing . The car still has a bad pull to the right, when I took it to the dealership they told me they shouldn’t have done the alignment with the present issues .

I called to get a competitive quote on some tires and a woman who claimed to be the tire manager was grumpy, short, and a know-it-all type that didnt know it all. She told me a tire wasnt available for my vehicle, was wrong about it. Told me that a competitor doesnt have FireStones when it is on their website. Told me that I had to bring in a competitive quote in writing rather than going the extra step to get my business and looking it up online. Told me no promotions were going on when there are several.I just dont understand how you can be a tire manager or a competent sales person when you botch a call like she did. I got the correct information from the store manager but rather than trying to be competitive he wanted to argue that the tires I was comparing were not comparable tires when they stack up similarly on most review websites.About a month ago I went to this store to get my alignment done. I asked the tech if he could please make sure the steering wheel is straight before starting because I have had problems at other places with that in the past and he said yeah, no problem man. When I picked up my truck the steering wheel was waaaaay off center.I do not think that I can bring myself to continue giving this store any of my business. Terrible few experiences.

Went in at 7:30 on a Saturday. I was the very first one and was in and out in 1 hr with an oil change and front end alignment. Compared to being told on a Fri evening the wait would be 3hrs till they even got to my car. Thank you Thomas and David #50. Would definitely go here.

Went to get inspection and saw a great deal on tires so I am fixed up. Take all my vehicles there. Great business.

Oddly...I love taking my vehicle here. They are always so polite (especially Jason) and the cost is reasonable too.

Had a slow leak in my tire, so I took it to this location to get a plug and patch. 2 weeks later that same tire started leaking again, and the next morning my tire was completely flat. Took it to a Discount Tire and they explained they couldnt fix it due to Firestone repaired the tire completely wrong, so thats why it was flat. Ended up having to get a new tire. Wont go back to this Firestone.

Tires prices are extremely high compare to other shops.They will find additional stuff for you to buy from them if you have inspection.

Really like the people at this location. Anytime there is an issue that needs to be addressed, they show before after diagram of what was fixed and how bad issues were prior. I will continue to come to this specific Firestone.

Excellent service, set appointment they took me right in on my appointment time 2 check my AC. they worked on it for an hour and a half and only charged me $9.75 I highly recommend this place

Marco was very helpful...from the first phone call i made.. to when i stepped in the store until i walked out....i called and asked if they had these particular tires in stock..marco told me no..but that he can order them and would have the for me the next day...i asked if i can make an appt to come in 2 days later...he said that was ok...came in on a Sat 10:30am told me it was going to take about an hour...i waited and an hour later my car was ready....definitely recommend coming to this Firestone...staff was very welcoming

Had Fiance take her car in for a pre-purchase inspection. The technician informed her the vehicle had small transmission leak (typical for the vehicle probably wont get any worse) and had only 6 months life left on the tires. Otherwise it was in good shape. So she purchased the vehicle.In the following days she noticed she had a headlight out and a vibration at highway speeds. Took it to another tire shop close to her house and they let her know the tires were past discard specifications and there were two different sized tires on the car. Informed her she needed to replace all four tires if she wanted the vibration to be taken care of.She drove the car less than 200 miles and the transmission was so low on fluid that it started to slip when changing gears. At that point she called Firestone and expressed her concern believing that it was not a major leak.They made an appointment for her to return with the vehicle the following week. She parked the car and drove the car she was trying to replace until the morning of the appointment.The morning of the appointment She filled the transmission up to the correct level and drove it to Firestone. She was greeted by the technician, he took her keys, and put it on a lift. Took a look at the car and brought her out to show her the leak again and said the transmission was full and shifting correctly. She informed him that it was low and she had to add fluid before she came. At which point he said the car wouldnt move if it was that low. She reitterated that she added fluid so as not to burn up the transmission when she came back that morning. He told her that she should take it to a transmission shop and have it repaired then. Qouting a probable cost of $120-150. She asked why she was getting a vibration and he claimed the vibration is because of the alignment is out and its scrubbing at highway speeds. Pointing out uneven wear on the tires. Still saying the tires had a couple months left on them. At this point he never test drove the vehicle, they did not put the vehicle on an alignment rack. They did not offer to check the balance of the tires.To sum it up if you can check the fluuds in a car dont purchase from them, a pre-purchase vehicle inspection because they are not doing much more than that. No test drive, no computer check, no functionality of the lights. Overall completely dissapointed and honestly irate that they are so less than doing a custer service with this. When I called them to ask what the the miscommunication was. The technician asked point blank, am I supposed to fix these things outta pocket? Re: No, Mike do a good job and communicate. You didnt do either one...
