Ordered at midnight & by noon, my order was delivered! That is fantastic service! Havent been tasted yet, but my husband (recipient) sent me a photo & it looks just like the photo on website! First order with edible arrangements, definitely wont be my last! Thank you for the great experience!

Very disappointed in Edible Arrangements. I am in the military currently deployed & put my trust in this company to deliver a birthday package for my Mother to make her feel special & they only delivered the fruit arrangement. Did not deliver the balloons, brownies, or the personalized card. Instead they said sorry & we will deliver everything tomorrow plus 6 dipped strawberries. Pointless to deliver this the next day. Will not be ordering from this company in Pasadena anymore.

I ordered two dozen apple donuts for my daughter’s donuts themed birthday party. I figured it would be a healthier twist to the traditional party favors. When my husband got home with the order I couldn’t believe the mess I was given. I was extremely disappointed with the product!! The chocolate was messy and smeared. Very poor quality. I’ve purchased this item from this store on numerous occasions and had never had a problem. I contacted the store manager immediately to discuss the problem. She instructed me to take pictures of the apple donuts and to text them to the store owner at a particular number; which I did. I paid $75 for two dozen chocolate covered apple donuts. This was anything but cheap which is why I expected good quality. I was too embarrassed with the way they looked that I didn’t even give them out to guests. I had to scramble around for last minute favors. No one has ever gotten back to me with an apology or offer to correct the problem. I also sent them a previous message about 2 weeks before completing this review and still no response. Never again!

Been a long time customer of Edible Arrangements. Although extremely overpriced I would usually purchase from them a 5-6 times per year. When I received my last order the size of fruit seems unusually small compared to the exact order I’d received in the past. When I called to question the size I was assured it was the standard size. I contacted their corporate office and was told that I should have been given larger cuts of pineapple and to contact the store owner (Bruce) and see if I cold work something out. I contacted the store and explained what I was told and also explained what the small cuts of pineapple included a large portion of core that was not edible. I requested a partial credit or partial refund being that a large part of the small fruit they sold me wasn’t edible. I was told my request would be discussed with the owner. After a day and a half of no return call I contacted the store and was told the owner said there is nothing he will do for me. A business that titles their goods as “Edible” but then sells you .50c worth of pineapple half covered in chocolate for $30 that isn’t even completely edible is wrong and as an owner to not even attempt to find a reasonable solution for a years long customer for the poor quality of food you sold is telling. Maybe Shari’s Berries is worth a try.

So Friday, the 26th, I placed an order for my husbands birthday because they offer same day delivery (or so I thought, according to the site). I ordered that morning and figured it would be delivered that afternoon. Well it wasnt. And nobody from the Pasadena location called me to let me know it wouldnt be delivered that day. So Saturday rolls around and my order was delivered around noon but it was missing 2 of the 3 items I purchased. Now Im really aggravated. So I call the store and the girl I talked to simply offers me a refund for my missing items. Uhm no, I want what I ordered. And I ask why my order was delivered a day late and why didnt anyone call me to let me know?? I got the classic Oh, Im not sure. I wasnt here yesterday. No apologies, the best she could do was refund my delivery fee of $9.99. You know who did make it right? The delivery driver, Lindsey. She apologized several times and went out of her way, and on her own time, to bring me my missing items and extra goodies. She came back to my house after work to make sure the customer was satisfied. She needs a raise! Thats the only reason why I gave 3 stars. Thank you Lindsey! You are awesome.

I purchase several times a year and I understand that valentines is a busy time but the selection available during this time is very limited. Basically you can get chocolate covered strawberries. I like the arrangements with other chocolate covered fruits but none are available. I doubt I will purchase again during valentines. I can go to Kroger’s even papasitos sells cheaper priced chocolate cover strawberries.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Website offers same day delivery for a fee of 9.99 so I place the order. Over an hour later I get a call saying they dont offer the service. I was told that employees have told the owners but they dont want corporate to remove it so they dont miss business! I ask for a refund on the fee, but they didnt know how to give it back. So instead of just taking care of the order they decided to refund the whole amount. I never do reviews, but zero stars should be an option!!

So now I have to wait 4 days for return, missed out on actually sending arrangements... Total waste of time, all I was offered is to replace order to be charged again, why not complete first order the first time...In need of better management or updated systemsMy business goes elsewhere

A wonderful experience with Edible Arrangement store in my area.

Called for 2 days and even drove by. Business hours posted on door says they are open but no answer and door locked. If y’all are not open according to the business hours y’all have posted then y’all should put a closed sign and change business hours to correct hours of when y’all are actually open. When I call an Automatic answering machine also says you can place order online but when I try it isn’t able to locate the Fairmont Location so it won’t let you place an online order. Smh! I don’t recommend this place and encourage anybody to go somewhere else, don’t even waist your time.

They have business hours for 8am but Ive been calling since 8:15am and no answer nor call back. Its now almost 9:30pm. I would hate to order from the website and still cant reach no one to confirm the dmtime of delivery.

My wife, as well as mother love getting the cool bouquet looking fruit vases. Deliveries are always on time. I work out of town a lot and they always come through in the clutch for me. Do not ever order by phone. whoever took my order is rude, and incompetent to the highest degree. wrote down my name, phone number AND address wrong. misspelled the recipient name even after spelling it out and the order was not on time. placed an order at 11:30 and the delivery was made close to 5PM whenever my fiance was already gone. NOR did they even send a receipt. worse experience i have ever had with any online order.

I love y’all dibble arrangements. I get them several times a year and my boyfriend gets them periodically for me throughout the year just because.The only one complaint I have is that they don’t seem to always check the freshness of the fruit. I have strawberries that are really inedible be covered in chocolate that I’ve had to spit out, same with the cantaloupe. It’s a rare occasion but it does happen!! Other than that, if I had my way I would be able to get an arrangement atleast once a week!!

The price would be reasonable if they were willing to deliver at a specific time. With the delivery time window that they offer, they should lower prices. What they do is actually extremely easy to do on your own and very cheap. You re pretty much just paying for convenience, and their time slots are not convenient.

I’ve ordered from this location in at least 3 different occasions with different amounts of arrangements. Never had an issue. I get email updates when order has been placed/when it’s ready for pick-up/etc. The staff is always very respectful and prompt when I’ve been in the store. I honestly have no complaints. This location is one I definitely recommend!

Im observing all these negative reviews with most of the locations near me. Ive used edibles for years they never have failed me! Im in Houston and Ive always sent my loved ones through out the states gifts year round so I spend way more than $200.00 per year including birthdays, deaths, etc! This is my opinion, if it matters! if you want perfect dont pay the delivery fee! Do it yourself, it actually means more to your loved one specially when yooouuuuu drop it off yourself and not a total stranger, if ever possible... Everyone is complaining about the services, its fruit and flowers. Give me a break. There are people out here in the world that dont even have the ability to have any food, let alone delivered to their home at a perfect time of a day. Get off your high horse and do it yourself when you want things perfect. Your complaining irritates me. No! I do not work for these people just that all the complaining makes me sick, literally..... Order your arrangements from edibles you will be happy no matter what......

The order was correct, vey beautiful and quite good to eat. The store personnel were friendly and courteous. Definitely will do again when the time is right.

I had placed an order to be delivered on June 7th to a hotel where my mother was staying with my family for her birthday. When I placed the order, I thought it was Hotel A but turned out it was a different hotel up the road from Hotel A. I called your location to reroute the delivery and it got to my mothers hotel just about minutes before they arrived and my mother said it was still cold too. Thank you once again!

This was my first and last at ordering at this place. The most unprofessional experience I had!!! I ordered a arrangement for this place wasnt cheap either but my sister was worth me spending this much. I ordered this arrangement online and paid and confirmed the pick up time which was going to be at 11 am on valentines day. I understand is a busy holiday. But when you order something and they give you a specific time to pick it up and plan a surprise around this time i mean should be done at a certain time or just let a customer know. Well we didnt get this arrangement till a little more after an hour later!!!! not a cool thing to happen. Specially when you know your own sister gets off of work 2 hours after the original time they had given us. Spoke to the manager and was no help at all. She kept blaming at the fact we gave her a wrong name but the arrangement wasnt even ready either way. Manager was very unhelpful! Ruined my and my sisters surprise!! Please people dont come to this store !! Very Unprofessional!!

Some of the fruit wasn’t as ripe as you would want but overall a pretty good gift.

So my husband order me a dozen of Chocolate cover strawberries for Valentines yesterday. Well when we sat down to eat some we both took our first bites. Then looked at each other and said Kroger are better. First the chocolate was supposed to be regular milk chocolate but it taste like dark chocolate. Then the strawberries were old already. You could tell from the top so I had to use a knife to cute them and cute out the soft part. All of them are like I was highly disappointed. I didnt even bother to call to complain i just decided to take my business elsewhere.

Went to pick up my order and it was dark chocolate instead of white & the rep gave attitude bc I told them it was supposed to be white. Smh.

I ordered for Valentines day, I understand that its a really busy day for them, but when I placed my order it asked me for delivery instructions I specifically type to be delivered before 1pm. The arrangement didnt arrived until after 3:30pm. The surprise was ruined, she wasnt even at the office to receive the arrangement since she gets off at 2pm. I spend so much money for nothing. They didnt even offer to make it up for the delay. I will never, ever order from here again, they dont worth my time or my money. If you want to make someone special, dont order from this location. This store management sucks so much that 1 star is too much.

She didnt get to receive it and it wasnt a surprise when she had to go back to work just to pick it up !!! NO ONE. was able to give me any type of information on my order !!
